In the winter months head to Gunstock for day or night skiing or tubing, cross country skiing on the trails or skate on the frozen ponds just outside your door in South Down Shores. Enjoy the winter views of the mountains and lake from the large windows and deck. On summer days enjoy South Downs beach, boating or swimming in the lake, fishing off the rocks, or just watching the boats go by. Ride your bike, take a walk or go for a run along the miles of paved sidewalks, trails, ponds and streams that run throughout this lake front community. Grab a glass of wine and relax on the Adirondack chairs with 180 degree views of Lake Winnipesaukee. Challenge friends on the bocce courts or to a game of corn hole.
Spend a few weeks renting this well maintained 3 level condo in picturesque gated community on Lake Winnipesaukee. This Condo sleeps 6-8 people with 3 BR’s with 3 queen beds, 1 full and 1 twin bed. The main level offers an open concept family room with 50” Smart TV, full Kitchen, walk out deck and half BA. The third level has a queen bed in the master, 2 queen beds in a large guest room, full BA and laundry. Enjoy the fireplace in the finished basement offering another family room with 60” smart TV, BR#3 has both a full and twin bed and full BA. This home has assigned parking. No pets and no smoking allowed. Multi-month rentals available at discounted rates.
