This beautiful custom built home with amazing architectural design sits just 100 yards off the shores of Lake Winnipesaukee. Your home away from home is situated in a private gated community and comes with amenities including 4000 feet of shoreline with two large sandy beaches for everyone to enjoy the summer fun. The main beach sits just 100 yards from the property. Other outdoor community offerings include, tennis courts, basketball courts, bocce, ice skating, and miles of walking and x-country ski trails.

When you are ready to come inside after a day in the sun or after hitting the slopes, you will be welcomed to your home away from home where you may never want to go outside again! This lovely home includes over 4,300 Sq ft of living space, two master bedrooms both with en suites and private decks with lake views. The Great Room is the centerpiece of the home and is a fabulous place for everyone to come together and relax around the stone fireplace and gaze at the three story chimney and the multiple balconies overlooking the room. When you are ready to unwind, head on into the relaxation quarters where you will find an indoor hot tub, sauna and steam shower. This room also has fantastic views of the lake. If you are looking to enjoy our outdoor space, just step outside onto our expansive patio and wrap around deck where you can sit and relax on the outdoor furniture, warm up around the gas fire pit, or cook dinner on the gas grill.

We had really nice stay. Neighborhood was quiet and the view was great. The chlorine smell from the hot tub was really strong in the first floor bedroom which was the only flaw.

This home was perfect for our family from California that traveled for out son’s wedding. The large room with multiple beds accommodated he and his groomsmen for getting ready for the wedding and having all of the bathrooms was clutch! The view of the frozen lake was so beautiful! Mike was fantastic with the details for arrival.

Beautiful home in a great location overlooking Lake Winnipesaukee in a gated community. Lots of space and amenities to keep ya happy. Everything worked as planned and advertised. Would stay here again with a large group. Michael was easy to communicate with and responsive.

The house was beautiful and so clean! We had a great time and had zero complaints. The host even let us know ahead of time that one of the garage doors was broken and instructions on how to use it before it got fixed.

The house in general was great, but very dated and some things not in best of condition. The dishwasher did not have a hinge to keep it from dropping to the floor when opened and a couple of us ended up with bruises. Front stairs rock pieces falling apart and driveway was too steep for my mother who uses a cane.

The house is central to lots of activities, places to see etc. Seems like one is 15 to 20 minutes at the most from everything. At the same time, the community was quiet and relaxing secluded from the masses. We especially enjoyed the relaxation room and the house did not lack for anything. We will most certainly be returning.

There property has everything we needed. Plenty of rooms and space for 4 couples of friends. The hot tub, steam room, and sauna were an added benefits for rainy days. The community lake front and beach made it extra nice! Mike was very pleasant and prompt with communications. The only negative is the numerous light and fan switches. Very cumbersome trying to figure out.

This property has so many spaces to gather both inside and out. We were able to have meals on the patio with the grill and also in the large dining room. The bedrooms are large and comfortable. There are great remote work spaces and the WIFI was great. A short walk to an immaculate beach and a short drive from so many great places. The views of the water are gorgeous and we took lots of walks in the beautiful neighborhood. They have so many Adirondack chairs along the water as well as benches to relax and it's so fun to see the Scenic Rail Cars come through, always with a friendly wave from the conductor. It's a great property!

We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home. The owner was very responsive and even extended our checkout time without us asking due to a snow storm that was dropping over a foot of snow! Approximately 20 minutes from gunstock and we enjoyed both skiing and tubing during our stay. Loved the great room and of course the hot tub/sauna.

My family and I (all seniors) had a very nice time in this house. The floorplan and architectural touches were quite unique. The house was very comfortable with plenty of room for all of us while also providing privacy. We especially enjoyed the outside fire pit and the spa. Mike was a great host, very responsive. We would recommend this house to anyone staying in the area.

Our family spent time in the area for a Celebration of Life event for our parents/grandparents. Mike was terrific to work with throughout the entire process. Extremely efficient, responsive and friendly. It was clean and a great space for our family with everyone having their own bedroom and bathroom. The location is great to get to the many attractions in Laconia, Gilford and Meredith. Special thanks to Mike for your flexibility and communication - Would definitely book again.
