Podria haber estado mejor.

El desayuno estupendo.la ubicacion muy bien.

El aparato del aire acondicionado esta dentro de la habitacion y el ruido es ensordecedor, la cama hace ruido cuando te mueves.

Agradable

Las vistas que tiene y el personal muy amable

El aire acondicionado hacia mucho ruido. Y el agua de la ducha no salía muy fuerte. Los cojines no eran muy cómodos.

Un poco desagradable

La ubicación y el personal del bufet era muy atento y agradable.

La fachada y la recepción del hotel no tienen nada que ver con las habitaciones. Por fuera y la recepción parece que está bien pero las habitaciones son bastante penosas, están ancladas en los 80, las mesillas no tienen enchufes, el mobiliario muy muy viejo, las camas solo tenían una sabana por encima, la puerta tenía el pestillo estropeado y solo se podía cerrar con llave… creo que deberían actualizar y renovar un poco las habitaciones. Por otro lado, ponía que el hotel tenía parking pero no pudimos acceder porque la calle estaba en obras y la de recepción no nos dio ninguna solución.. tuvimos que pagar por aparcar el coche en una zona de pago. Y por último, en la pegatina de el ascensor ponía que había pasado la revisión no faborable… En conclusión, creo que por ese precio hay hoteles mucho mejores.

Las habitaciones limpias y de espacio correcto y las camas muy comodas.

La poquisima presion del agua y que los dispendores de jabon no funcionaban correctamente

Great location hotel with nice food and friendly staff

Restaurant and cleaning staff were really friendly.

At first we were given wrong room, that was not cleaned, after several attempts we managed to get the room that we paid for and since then we managed to enjoy out stay throughout. Massive thank you to the lovely cleaning lady and super friendly restaurant/ waiting/ kitchen staff- they made our stay exceptional.

1. inconvenience and the possibility of parking a motorcycle in an underground guarded garage 2. inconvenience was malfunctioning air conditioning 2. inconvenience was crazy celebrations involving pyrotechnics until two in the morning. You felt like you were in a war zone.

Old Hotel

The only thing I liked was the breakfast was really good!

Very old hotel, furniture. The hotel needs major repairs. There wasn't even water left in the room. The beds are old and uncomfortable. The closets smell of mold. The money was paid to get a room with a sea view, but I got a courtyard :(

100m from the beach Extensive choice at the buffets for breakfast, lunch and dinner. I recommend checking what the grill chef is cooking fresh, such as fried eggs, pancakes and fish Little balcony with chairs and table and partial sea view The shady pool and garden, hardly anyone else there Wheelchair and child friendly

It could be a nice place, but you get what you payed for.

There was a big variety of options at the buffet. Our room was quite big, had windows on two sides and a sea view, which we enjoyed a lot. The staff were exceptionally friendly. The hotel is very well located, 15 minutes from the town centre, but in a nice area with a lot of restaurants, bars and shops.

The beds were somewhat uncomfortable. The outside area (around the pool and the mini golf course) looked heavily neglected. The pool itself seemed nice, but we didn´t use it, because its sorroundings didn´t seem like the cleanest. Despite the huge buffet, the food was quite bland, sometimes too cold already, too soggy (e.g. fries) or too dry (the Spanish omelette). It was obvious that the were serving leftovers and not particularly fresh food. We wanted to play some mini golf on a cloudy day, and some childern already got the golf clubs and balls, and the receptionist told us that they had only one set, so we had to wait. Then we went to the basement area to play some billiards, and realized that some balls were missing, although we already inserted the coin.

The location, the friendly staff and the pet friendly accommodation conditions.

Dirty hotel

Place was dirty. Only one plug in the room bath was too small paint was peeling off balcony doors. Air con was too noisy to leave on. Swimming pool area was dirty swimming pool was dirty. The second one was so dirty no one use it . Outside mini golf was all broke up outside was filthy. Tennis court was black with dirt couldn't use it. Food was dirt bread was hard eggs was green inside over all food was very bad couldnt eat anything in the hotel.l over all very dirty hotel would not recommend it to anyone

Dinning room poor food . Breakfast lay your own table and clear away own dishes. A/C over food so cold food. No smiles or Good Mornings from the staff.

we took a room without breakfast and with a balcony. the balcony was perfect as we were on the corner and had a fabulous view of the sea and mountains!

dirty swimming pool :( but sea is close so we went swimming there, but had like to swim in the pool too or sit there.

The hotel is ideally close to the beach, the personnel is really really nice and helpful. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The breakfast was very good, no doubt about this. But with the coronavirus measures, there was a horrible line to the buffet, especially in the weekend when the hotel is busy. The personnel was doing all his best to serve as quick as possible, but it was just impossible for them to serve 300 people in 2 hours while they are just 3-4. I hope the managers of the hotel feel ashamed for making their personnel/waiters go through this stressful and difficult situation. It's not human and I hope they will realise it quickly because the poor waiters seem close to collapsing after 2 hours serving us.
