Welcome and thank you for taking an interest in our Beach house! If you are a SNOWBIRD ask us about our special discounts in January and Febraury!!!!!! Send us a message! We are excited to share a wonderful experience with you! We just purchased this home in on Halloween in 2019 and are excited about sharing our lovely home and being your destination for making great memories with your family and friends! You will absolutely love the location of this rental! it is on the quieter side of the island where the beaches are more private and the pace is a little slower. You won't be fighting for "Beach Space" here. Our house has beautiful unobstructed views of both the Gulf and the Bay, and the walk to the boardwalk is only 1 minute away! I have intentionally designed the house to give our guests a unique experience in a well-designed home. We have thoughtfully considered how to best accommodate our guests, and provide functional and aesthetic furnishings that are casual but luxurious providing you with a tasteful "Beach" experience for the time you are here. We have two decks where you can relax and enjoy the ocean breezes along with gorgeous sunset and sunrise views. We have provided you with plenty of activities, to keep both you and the kiddos occupied! Our kitchen is well equipped for any of your cooking, or drinking needs! I believe in good quality sheets and pillows, so each bed has a hotel quality to them. Our bathrooms are gorgeous, with marble, and glass accents. We also have a great outdoor shower, which I particularly love! It's also a perfect place to rinse off your four-legged family member after a long day of chasing seagulls on the beach. We have pet-friendly accommodations, dishes for food and water, along with a portable doggy bowl for the beach. a few toys to keep them entertained, doggy bags for picking up after, and a gate on the deck to keep both your two-legged and four-legged babies secure and safe. For your little ones we have a Pack-N-Play, a highchair that you can clip onto the counter, a baby gate for the stairs to keep them safe, pack-n-play sheets, and tons of good books to read at night! We also have all your beach gear covered! You don't need to worry about lugging your beach gear here! We have provided a wagon, ice chest, beach chairs, umbrellas, beach toys, and plenty of beach towels. We strive hard to keep this property in the best condition and do routine maintenance to combat the harsh salt air. we will be quick to respond in case something needs attention. Due to the nature of being in such proximity to the gulf, we would highly encourage our guests to purchase trip insurance protection in case you decide you would like to cancel your trip at the last minute due to the weather being unfavorable to you. We know you will enjoy your stay here, and we are excited to host you during your vacation!

Property was exactly as listed and more. Extremely clean, beautifully decorated and walking distance to beach which was clutch! Also walking distance to neighborhood pool. Best of both worlds, highly recommend!!

We have been coming to Galveston for 4 decades; now we enjoy coming with our growing family. This home is the very best house we have ever rented!! Well appointed with every single item we needed to enjoy a perfect trip!!

First of all, before we even got there Kim went above and beyond communicating about hurricane Beryl, how the storm affected the electricity and kept me updated on the status daily. Luckily, we were able to still stay our 4 nights at the beach house!!! Check in was a breeze, the beach was clean and very close by. They had a wagon which came in such handy since we had 3 toddlers (1yr-3yr) and so many beach toys. The house was magnificent and had everything we needed or forgot. The beds were comfy, even had a pack n play for my one year old! The kids enjoyed the books and toys! Overall, we had a fun family vacation and thanks to our wonderful host, it was a breeze.

This was by far the BEST Vrbo house we have ever stayed in! Everything was thought about by the owners. Fully stocked kitchen (including cooking spray!), jumbo sized shampoo and conditioners in ALL bathrooms (toiletries including feminine products and first aid kid supplies), toys, games, books, and even a craft project with supplies! Not to mention a garage FULL of beach supplies (wagon, umbrellas, chairs, beach toys, pickleball net, boogie boards, puddle jumpers and life vests, and beach towels!) Bedding was amazing in all bedrooms, PLENTY of pillows, and towels. AC units for both upstairs and downstairs kept us nice and cool. Washer and dryer were also super convenient in the house! The location was AMAZING, only 30 minutes from the Seawall and main stores/restaurants of Galveston but it was right on the water with an easy 1 minute bridge walk to the beach. We drove to town several times just for fun, and it didn’t seem far. If you’re traveling with small kids, you know how hard it is to remember everything and you will feel so at ease walking into this property and seeing everything available. Only thing I wished was blackout curtains in the kids room, but we made do just fine. Thank you so much for an amazing vacation, we want to come back again!

Spacious house for 7 people (3 families) coming together to celebrate grandparents 50th anniversary. Very well-stocked house/kitchen and all the extra beach gear, chairs, umbrellas, etc available for use in the garage. Super easy access, walking distance from the beach to the house, with beautiful ocean/beach views from either of the 2 balconies! Plus, bonus optional craft activity (and many game options) that owners provided for rainy day - super thoughtful and fun bonus!!

I planned this weekend for my two boys and their two friends. We have rented a lot of beach houses on VRBO and this one is by-far the best. The cleanliness, the hosts, the amenities, the location -was ALL top notch. No detail is lost on the owners of this house. And they were quick to respond with any questions i had. And even had an amazon package of mosquito spray and repellant delivered during our stay to help with those pesky things. The beach was not at all crowded and the sunsets were spectacular. Will rent again and can't recommend enough.

The house was beautiful and very clean. We had 4 adults and 2 kids under 2. There is easy access to the beach via the boardwalk crossovers. There were ample beach chairs, umbrellas, wagons and games etc. Beds were comfortable and bathrooms updated and clean. We had a very relaxing weekend stay.

We spent 3 nights at this lovely home and the only complaint we had is that it was too short! This home is charming and comfortable with beautiful gulf views and easy beach access. Fully stocked with all the things you might need when away from home plus all the beach essentials. We highly recommend this home for your next Galveston getaway:)

The purpose of our stay was to enjoy The motorcycle rally as a small group. To be together as a family with the kids and friends. The beach house was gorgeous. All the amenities were there and the place was as advertised. From charcoal to beach supplies, decent cookware and some basie cpices and condiments in the cabinets, it was all there. The layout was great - we had two couples and 3 kids, so we could separate the boys and girls between the one bunk room and a full-size while the couples each had a nice room. The walk to the beach was easy, and being so far out, it wasn't so crowded - only locals there. The only downside is it's pretty far out of town, although there was a little grocery a couple miles away for unplanned purchases.

This is a beautiful house and just as described. It's so thoughtfully stocked with everything from cooking spices to hair dryers to body wash. The owner's designer eye shows and lifts this house far above others. Lovely beach retreat.

The house was very well stocked with all the niceties of home and included a beach wagon and chairs and umbrellas. The kitchen had everything we needed and the beds were very comfortable. The beach was a short walk and not crowded. Five of us and our dog were very comfortable and we enjoyed our time together. Thanks for sharing your beach house with us.

Our family had a blast at the property. It was as described and in a nice friendly neighborhood with super easy beach access across the dunes walkway. Despite it being spring break week, the beach was pretty empty…although the weather was chilly for us. We would definitely stay here again.

Kim and Chris are amazing hosts. Kim decorated the house for Christmas, and Chris came down to winterize the house due to the cold spell. The house is gorgeous, the beds comfortable, and the views beautiful. We can’t wait to stay here again.

The home was beautiful and had everything. We added an extra day with no hassle. 4 adults, twins, and a baby. Plenty of space. Garage is stocked with to dos: bikes, croquette, bean bag toss, hammocks, beach supplies and more! Highly recommended 💜

We've stayed at a lot of houses in Galveston and this was the best stocked house we've had. Everyone was comfortable and the house was very clean. Only inconvenience was that you have to wash the bath rugs yourself prior to leaving. It's a small thing really but it was another thing to worry about when trying to plan your departure.

Had a terrific family getaway, the house was fantastic! Beds were very comfortable, close walking distance to the beach, the provided cooler, chairs and wagons were an added bonus! The host responded to all of our questions in a very timely manner (both before and during our trip). Would highly recommend, looking forward to our next trip!

My family and I enjoyed our stay very much. Everything with the property and Property Managers was excellent. Only suggestion I have that would have made this property perfect is if it had a lift to get all your items up those stairs. It was a real shore getting groceries and drinks , our luggage and etc. please let me know if you get a lift. We would definitely come back for another vacation.
