This villa includes a private chef, a butler, daily housekeeping and an on-site villa manager. During your stay at Villa Palma, you’ll have access to the facilities at Cocotal Golf & Country Club. Villa Palma is located at Cocotal Golf & Country Club in Bavaro-Punta Cana, the Dominican Republic. The villa is located on the golf course with views of hole 7 (Benjamina).
Cocotal is a large, gated resort & residential community with 24-hour gated entrance and security. This is one of the premier locations in Bavaro, Punta Cana, and a favorite destination for families and golfers seeking a tropical retreat.
The resort offers several amenities, including a 27-hole inland golf course, golf practice facilities, a restaurant & sports bar located at the golf clubhouse, paddle tennis courts, a soccer field, large resort-style swimming pool, kids’ pool, sunloungers and Bali beds, lounge area, kids’ playground, and a mini market. For those looking to explore beyond the resort, Bavaro Beach is conveniently located only a short 5-minute drive from the entrance of Cocotal. Punta Cana Airport (PUJ) is located about 17 kilometers or about 10.5 miles from the resort’s entrance, and Santo Domingo Airport (SDQ) is about a 3-hour drive away.

THE SPACE:
Villa Palma is a stunning 6-bedroom, 6 1/2 bath, 2-story villa in a contemporary design and a spectacular, resort-style pool with a semi-Olympic lap pool (25 meters / 82 feet long), and a large Jacuzzi. NOTE: The Jacuzzi can be heated, but the pool cannot.
As you step through the front entrance, you'll be greeted by a stunning view of the swimming pool, which is designed to seamlessly blend with the villa's architecture.
The spacious living room, with its impressive double-height ceiling, features a comfortable sofa area, a large flat-screen TV, and a bar (beverages not included). Both the living and dining areas offer access to the swimming pool and backyard. From the living room, step onto the terrace, where a second living area awaits, complete with sofas, another TV, and a pool table, promising endless entertainment possibilities.
On the right side of the villa, you'll find the kitchen, indoor and outdoor dining spaces, an outdoor kitchen with BBQ, and a spacious pool deck with sun beds, and an outdoor shower. The kitchen comes fully equipped with all the essentials for cooking during your stay, AND the villa includes a chef who will expertly prepare all your meals, adding a touch of culinary delight to your vacation (food and beverages are not included).
Enjoy your meals in the elegant indoor dining room with white dining chairs and a custom-built dining table, or opt for a more relaxed dining experience outside by the pool. The day is best spent relaxing in the sun, cooling off with a refreshing dip in the pool, and indulging in snacks in the poolside lounge. VILLA STAFF:
Chef: Your private Spanish-speaking chef will prepare breakfast, lunch, and dinner to be enjoyed at the villa (groceries are not included). The chef may reside on the property in a separate living area.
Butler: The Spanish- and English-speaking butler can serve drinks, and food, and generally helps around the house. The butler may reside on the property in a separate living area.
Housekeeper: The Spanish-speaking housekeeper will clean the villa, make the beds, and wash towels and linens (usually every 3rd day). We do not offer personal laundry service. The housekeeper may reside on the property in a separate living area.
Villa Manager: You’ll also have an English- and Spanish-speaking villa manager available during your stay. Where can I even begin. The property is amazing. Spacious, comfortable and full of amenities. Beyond the property, however, the hosts and their support staff on premises were well beyond our expectations. In preparation for the trip, the communication and flexibility was exceptional. Once we arrived, we worked with the property’s driver who picked us up and helped us get anywhere we needed to go. We opted to have their in house Chef prepare meals for us and they blew our minds. We had dinner out one night, the food was good but nothing compared to what Chef Raymond prepared for us. We also opted for them to provide drinks and the bar was always stocked, any special requests were discussed and fulfilled in no time. I have received notes from every guest in our party saying this is one of the best trips they’ve ever had and it wouldn’t have been possible without Anders, Karen, David and the Villa Palma team at Group Palmera.

My husband and I stayed at this villa with 9 of our friends/family for our wedding weekend, and it was absolutely fantastic! The accommodations were perfect for all 11 of us. We all had our own privacy but gathered around the outdoor pool and dining table every night and morning. The staff were phenomenal. Ramon’s cooking was exceptional as was Victor’s hospitality!
We would definitely recommend staying here!

A group of ten of us came here for my husband’s 50th birthday! It was an incredible trip. The house was amazing. Clean, modern, and we loved the outdoor space and privacy! The food was incredible. Jimi is the most amazing chef and cooked us everything we wanted, never leaving us hungry. We couldn’t even choose our favorite dish- it was all wonderful. Kemil, our butler, was incredible catering to our every need. Michi kept the house and our rooms spotless. David helped us get anything we needed and assisted with excursions. We spent a day at the beach club which was amazing. They all worked so hard to make this vacation extra special. We will be back!

Team team was amazing before, during, & after our stay at the Villa. We didn't have many ask but the team made everything we asked possible. David, Nelson, Rafael did such an amazing job from helping with restaurant reservations, recommendations, excursions, preparing intimate dinners & more.

I had my birthday trip here with 11 ladies and it was amazing!!! We all had an awesome time. The house was sooo beautiful and we felt super safe in this gated community. The butler E was such a nice and friendly guy. He made us mimosas or margaritas every morning with our breakfast. The chef Santo prepared our delicious meals everyday which were delicious. Just wished it was more Dominican authentic food to choose from. Our maid was great we barely saw her but our rooms would always be clean and ready when we went to sleep. Everyone was so nice and so sweet and so respectful. We loveddd the staff. The bar was fully stocked and we had fun making cocktails. Overall I had the best experience and so did my friends and we were totally booked the same place again.

Stayed here with my husband and friends for my 40 th birthday week. The absolute best week ! Elias went above and beyond taking care of a million things. The food was great cooked by Chef Jimmy. And Michi was very nice and kept the house clean and in order. Don’t hesitate … book Villa Palma!

The spectacular service we received from the staff Elias (E), Michi, and the awesome chef (Yimi) was one of the highlights of our trip. A great chef and so accommodating of the various needs of the family. By far the best meals of the trip were prepared by Yimi. The food was absolutely perfect and the service was like nothing we'd ever experienced before. We ended up loving Yimi so much that he became like family. Kids called him Uncle J! Lovely guy. Awesome pool, hot tub, outside area...perfect. Everything was first class. We had a blast!

Let me start by saying don’t wait to book! This villa was beyond my expectations and my friends. It’s literally better in person. The staff was absolutely amazing from David and his quick responses and reassurance, Jimmy(chef) keeping our stomachs full with the delicious meals, E(butler) keeping us happy, entertained, and making sure we were comfortable. Michi(maid) keeping our rooms and bathrooms cleaned and spotless everyday, and lastly Bryan(private driver) having so much patience with picking us up and dropping us off wherever we wanted! This is my new home every time I’m in Punta Cana! Over exceeded my expectations!

Amazing Experience!
This was my 40 birthday/girls trip of 10 and we had an amazing time from check in to check out! The chef- food was top notch AMAZING. The Butler E (Elias) OMG was nothing short of FANTASTIC! He catered to our EVERY NEED ALL 10 women. This trip would not have been as successful without E. E was there for you sun up to sun down doing what you needed for him to do.. he setup, cleaned, served drinks, food, store run, took 100 photos just simply wonderful! I would stay here EACH time I visit Punta Cana
Tried to bring him home with us he’s so amazing.

This mansion is the best I’ve ever seen with my own to eyes. The home is located in the safest location in the Punta Cana which has 24hr security into the neighborhood. The golf course is located in the back yard of the Villa with a beautiful view. But who needs a view when the Villa is already breath taking. From the huge grand entrance door to the amazing view of the pool from 90% of this home. But the experience doesn’t start with the home it start with the moment you book this vacation rental.
First let’s start with the preparation for the trip. The home owner Anders went over and beyond to accommodate date changes with our trip. He also made sure we had everything we needed as well. Anytime I called him he would answer or respond promptly. To have so many people available to help us throughout the process he was always present to make sure we were fully satisfied with all arrangements.
The property has a Villa Coordinator name Karen who is available to ensure all your needs are planned out head of time from the transportation to the food and events. She ensure that once we started the vacation everything was planned perfectly.
Next once you arrive the property manager Piero was amazing and welcomed the guest with open arms as if you are family. He was also available any time you need to give recommendations for all activities and to book any reservations.
Next the Butler Elias was more than we could every ask for. He made sure we had the time of our lives while making sure everything was perfect. He had his hands in everything from carrying luggage to cooking and cleaning. He book transportation and was there at our leisure. He was the reason the experience was over the top.
Lastly the chef can throw down in the kitchen. He was flexible with our menu and cool everything to perfection. If I had a sister that was single I would try to marry them just so I could go over for a thanksgiving meal.
Let me not forget about the cleaning crew who made sure everything was fresh and cleaned daily as if we just arrived to the home. Not only did they clean they would also offer to do laundry as well.
All and all this was the best experience a person could ask for and if I ever return to the Dominican Republic I refuse to stay at any other location.

This was the most amazing house I’ve ever been in . The house owner Anders and house manager Pierro had great communication and made sure we had everything that we needed! Also the house butler Elias was great and got whatever you needed whenever you needed it . Also the chefs food was amazing and also the house maid kept it nice and tidy! My husband and I have stayed in numerous houses all over DR over the years but this house took the cake. We took 4 friends from NY down there for the week and I have only positivity to share. The service was impeccable, the food was absolutely amazing and the house was a slice of heaven for us and our friends to celebrate my birthday. It was worth every penny and I would do it again in a heartbeat.
