We include 1 roundtrip airport transfer with the rental. If you would lite to have a Golf Car for your travel back and forth the to beach, we have a 6 person car and 4 person car available for the rent.
Use of the villa is limited to registered guest. Unexpected quests/paid companions will not be approved for access.

Our stay at Luxury Sunshine II in Punta Cana Resort and Club was August 2-8. Our first impressions were, WOW!!! It is a beautiful house and met all our expectations and more. The staff, Anthony (chef) and Marisol and Mari (house Staff) were absolutely the best. They spoiled us every minute of our stay. The staff surprised us with a decorated birthday celebration for our son's 22nd birthday. I cannot express how pampered we felt. Everything about the house was wonderful. The ease of getting around the property on the golf cart was great. Manuel, the house manager could not be more accommodating to our needs. The amount of fresh food everyday was overwhelming. The resort area and beaches were pristine. The staff was waiting for our arrival with wonderful appetizers and refreshing drinks pool side. They continued to treat us like kings thru out our stay. The rooms and beds were so comfortable. Anyone who chooses to stay will not be disappointed. Thank-you to Manuel, Anthony, Marisol and Mari. Cannot express enough gratitude for such a wonderful time.

This home is everything you want in a vacation property and more. The staff was amazing, the home is immaculate and comfortable, lots of amenities and the neighborhood is welcoming and safe. One of the best vacations ever!!

Pretty much everything went great, chef and the girls working at the house are friendly, helpful and there to make you feel comfortable. The other interactions with the drivers, house manager and owner were also easy and efficient. If you expect everything to be 100% perfect then stay at a $2000/night room, otherwise this met our needs perfectly and hope to return someday.

Enjoyed our family visit. Chef and staff were great. We had 5 four and under so pool was really great as well as yard play space next to golf course. The beach is about 1/2 mile walk so renting a golf cart was savior in getting ton the beach w little ones A Big

Gorgeous, just like the pictures! Location is fantastic, the uber stunning PuntaCana Golf and Beach Club with the Six Senses Spa is just on other side of driving range from home/pool! Would recommend getting golf cart to leverage quick exploration to all of the resorts and amenities within Puntacana (Playa Blanca; La Yola, The Westin, etc). Similar to other reviews, we did experience low water pressure and waning or no hot water in some, but not all, showers. The AC in the lower bedroom rocks! We enjoyed the doors open to the breezes as well. House Manager Manuel was polite, welcoming and available quickly and with wit by What’s App. Chef Alan and House Staff Cassandra and Camilla were all great and very accommodating: meals were delish - especially freshly made morning juices; we never rinsed or collected a dish. The kitchen was their domain! Special shout out to Manuel and Alan for coming to our rescue with the new golf cart!! Would recommend this property to anyone traveling to beautiful Puntacana!

If you need a large enough home to accommodate friends and Family this 5 Bedroom/5.5 Bath Village is perfect for your needs. From Booking, check-In, Follow Ups and ultimate Check out Leny, the Ladies in the house, Manager Manuel and Chef Charles will make your stay as at home as possible. Cleanliness, Food Preparation and upkeep of the unit was unparalleled. The Close proximity to the La Cana Golf Course Club House and the rest of the Punta Cana Resort & Club amenities was the perfect spot on easy access and enjoyment. Leny and her staff went well beyond the call of duty and my group will for ever be appreciative. Will most definitely return.

An amazing stay. Weather was perfect. View from the house of driving range and ocean was beautiful. Pool was large and great for swimming all day. The house is great for two families. We had 4 adults and 5 kids (5-13 age range) and it was more than enough space. Foosball table outside was a bit dated but made for some nice games during the break from the sun. Short golf cart ride to beach and club pool, which we used a couple days to mix things up. The best part though- the chef (Modesto) and two house keepers (Camela and Eyebelesa). Hopefully spelled their names correctly. The food was outstanding. A mix of American breakfast and Dominican lunch and dinner. Every meal was excellent. And more food than we could eat! and without asking they brought us frozen drinks during the day while we were lounging at the pool for adults and kids. The house was kept clean and they were so nice throughout the trip. It really was a magical vacation. Would love to stay again! Only negatives were the water pressure in two of the rooms was quite low and two of the tvs wouldn’t connect to Netflix or YouTube. Not a big deal. Overall, awesome food, great pool and house and fantastic people making food and assisting us.

Our family of 12 enjoyed an amazing week at Sunshine II. The staff were just wonderful and the chef provided amazing meals. Although communication was sometimes a fun challenge our translation app was able to assist with this. We loved the proximity to the beach and clubhouse and the decision to book the golf cart was was perfect. We look forward to a return visit!

We were catered to all week long by a wonderful staff. The owner showed up one evening with a bottle of champagne to celebrate one of the guest birthdays. Extremely accommodating to all requests and would recommend highly.

My family has vacationed in the DR frequently for a week at a time. This is the first time we stayed for two weeks and I was looking for a villa that would include a chef and be conveniently located in the Punta Cana Club and Resort. Villa Sunshine II fit the bill and exceeded my expectations and requirements. The staff was excellent and accommodated our requests and requirements exceptionally well. The two housekeepers, Sol and Cassandra, the chef, Antony, the villa manager, Manuel, the owners, Oliver and Leny, and the driver, Leandro were at our beck and call and always responded quickly to serve us whenever we needed them.
The location of the villa in the Tortuga section is ideally located to access the Beach Club by golf cart or by foot. The ocean is visible beyond the golf course from the villa. The vistas from the back terrace areas are gorgeous, overlooking the driving range. We are avid tennis and pickleball players and the tennis center is easily accessible by golf cart in minutes. The villa is well appointed, the bathrooms are in good condition although the water pressure and hot water can be spotty at times. The covered outdoor terrace area always has a nice breeze even during the hot heat in the afternoons. There is air conditioning only in the bedrooms but none in the kitchen, the living areas and the bathrooms.
This villa is an excellent value that comfortably fit my family and friends who loved the views, the pool area, and the outdoor living spaces!

The proximity to the beach, access to other areas within the resort, and the exceptionally talented staff at the house make it a no brainer. 12 friends stayed at this property and we absolutely loved it. Honestly the pictures may not do the property justice. It is an excellent home with a terrific view. The chef and the ladies that cleaned the property are excellent. We had such a great time and having the chef on site made the stay really convenient. The food was excellent and they even set up balloons and a cake to help us celebrate a few birthdays. There are so many positives with the location and I just want to point out a few issues. One of the bathrooms had a slow drain in the sink which seemed to be an issue getting cared for by the manager during the stay. Hopefully they care for it prior to the next stay. AC is only present in the bedrooms. The remainder of the house does not have AC. It wasn’t such a huge deal but it’s something you should know. I did not have the property manager’s contact info which I blame on both myself and the property manager. We should have exchanged numbers to ensure we could stay in touch. I mainly reached out to the host who then sent the info to the property manager, so there were delays in communication when needed. Again I take some responsibility for that. The host did stop by and brought Wine to help us celebrate the birthdays, which was a nice touch. Overall an excellent property and I not only recommend it, I will plan to stay again.

Property Managers Lenny and Oliver were incredible - great communication, flexible with our large family of 17,and just extremely nice people! When we arrived Lenny and House manager Manuel greeted us with a special bottle of champagne - didn't expect that - what an amazing touch to make all of us feel special! Manuel and Lenny arranged and picked up flowers for me to give to my wife on our anniversary - they were attentive to our every need! Our Chef Francisco, and his assistants Kayla and Cassandra were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING and SPECIAL. These three worked tirelessly all day - breakfast, lunch, and dinner - they were all so AWESOME and SPECIAL - they became our FAMILY - We Miss Them Dearly!!! Chef Francisco is extremely talented - All meals were excellent, tasty, creative, and made to our wishes! The property is EXCELLENT, AMAZING VIEWS, LOCATION, and GREAT SECURITY! After two weeks we did not want to leave, our time was AWESOME and AMAZING because of the SPECIAL people we got to know - Lenny, Oliver, Manuel, Chef Francisco, Kayla, and Cassandra we MISS YOU ALL!!! Chef Francisco’s culinary skills were a true highlight of our stay. Every meal was delicious and showcased the vibrant flavors and unique tastes of the Dominican cuisine. His talent shone through in every bite. His attention to detail, presentation, and the way he accommodated dietary restrictions truly elevated our dining experience.Francia and Kayla, the housekeeping staff, deserve special recognition for their dedication to providing a pristine environment. Their friendly demeanor and discreet service ensured that we felt relaxed throughout our stay. The property itself was a haven of tranquility and beauty. The only thing that disturbed us were a few cockroaches but we understood that this was because we had to keep the doors open due to there being no AC in the main living areas. Other than that, everything was meticulously maintained, and the attention to detail in the design and furnishings was remarkable.Our family trip to this property in Punta Cana was an experience beyond compare. We cannot recommend this property enough, and we eagerly anticipate the day we can return.

We enjoyed the house which is nice but had 2 water leaks that were not attended to. One was in the bathroom where we had to get buckets for the water leaks from the ceiling. The second was with the air conditioner in one of the rooms. Our son and his wife had to leave their room in the middle of the night as it was flooded with continuous water and we had to use all the towels and a bucket to try to clean it up. There was no action to try and fix it even after calling and texting the property manager. Our chef was amazing and did all he could to show off his amazing skills! The house staff ladies were awesome and very kind! Everything was afar away from the house but glad we rented a golf cart. The menu we submitted was not followed but again the meals were fabulous. The staff did an amazing job accommodating our final dinner and setting up a fabulous dinner table with fresh lobster the chef arranged for us! Cheers to the staff but the communication and attention to details lacked. The pool tile is extremely slippery and not recommended for kids and even adults if wet.

Our group, which consisted of 4 adult couples, had a blast staying at this property. The check-in process was great, even allowing us to check in early which was a huge help. The staff was amazing - delicious food, they kept the drinks and snacks flowing, and kept the property spotless every day. The location is perfect - the beach, spa, and golf are all within walking distance or a short golf cart ride away. If you have an opportunity, the spa is defined worth it - we had the BEST massages and the guys couldn’t stop talking about how great the golfing was! The only challenge was that the indoor common areas on both the 1st and 2nd floors are not air conditioned. We were there in June so it was hard to hang out indoors at night. We made the best of it and spent most evenings gathered around the pool area, but I’d recommend updating the listing so that guests are aware of that in advance. Outside of that, the property is amazing, the staff is awesome, and we had a wonderful time!

We are a group of 11 friends that vacation together yearly. Finding accommodations for a group that size is often difficult, and if found moving a group around that large to restaurants, pools, beaches, ect is near impossible!
Until we found Luxury Sunshine II!! Everything about this place is designed so all you have to worry about is vacationing!
It is located on a beautiful, secure resort with access to all the beaches, hotels and restaurants that are located within. Want to go to the beach with a group of 10? No problem, load a cooler on your golf carts along with your friends and drive the 4 minutes to a fantastic beach, park next to the sand and relax!
Then, the best part come back to the house to a fantastic meal prepared by the house staff. Breakfast, lunch and dinner, all expertly prepared by the cook and two assistants. We are spoiled now and will never vacation anywhere that does not have these amenities. Having to not leave to eat with a group as large as ours gave us so much of our vacation time back that we were losing planning meals and transportation to and from, as well as affordability of not eating for dinners.

This home and community is fantastic. We were three families traveling together, our first time visiting the DR and had children ranging from 1.5-10. Hotel pickup was smooth, the home was very clean, well kept and well stocked. And most of all comfortable! Having some green space behind the pool for kids to play on was very nice. The in home staff were lovely and flexible. Highly recommend!

We went to the Sunshine II Villa to spend some time with friends we had not seen in a long time. We had the best of time. The Villa is gorgeous, extremely clean. Just a short walk to the beach. We had the privilege of having Francisco as our Chef. He made us extraordinary meals every single day. We had the most amazing time and were really sad to go. The kids loved the pool. We will most definitely be back.

This a very special house and you should not think twice about staying here. The home is beautiful. We loved driving around in golf carts visiting the near by beaches and other resorts. However, the very best part of our trip was the exceptional care we received from chef Francisco, and house staff Kayla and Cassandra. Francisco is a talented chef and prepared meals that the kids and adults loved. Be sure to have him prepare local dishes and I recommend letting him plan everything for you. Kayla and Cassandra went out of the way to make sure we were happy and having an incredible stay. Leny was very responsive and helpful, especially when we arrived. I give this home the highest recommendation possible and have never stayed at a nicer vacation rental. I hope to go back some day and will always be thankful for this vacation! One thing to be aware of when traveling with kids is that there is no pool gate, so you need to close the glass doors to seal off the pool and there are easily accessible neighbors pools on the other side of shrubs.

If you’re reading this to figure out if it’s worth the stay or not, STAY HERE!!!!! Pictures and descriptions don’t do justice and this is usually not the case with other properties. This place was the most amazing place we’ve ever stayed. The staff, property manager, and owners were available and welcoming at all times. Words can’t describe how well we were treated. The food was amazing. There’s no need to leave the house or the complex. We will be back!

Five couples shared this villa for two weeks at the end of February. The villa was as advertised and it is beautiful with 5 master suites. The beds were comfortable and the weather was nice everyday. We enjoyed the pool and it was a short walk to the beach by way of the golf cart path. Towels and beach chairs were provided at the beach. Golf carts were available at an additional charge but we only used the smaller one due to some of our group that had difficulty with walking. The golf course looked nice but none of our group played during our stay.
Francisco the chef prepared three delicious meals a day and the staff helped with serving, keeping the villa clean and anything else that we needed. Their English is not very good but one of our group was familiar with Spanish and we also used Google translator. We felt like friends when we had to leave.
The property manager met us at arrival but it was a bit difficult to coordinate things with him as he just didn't seem to be as available as we would have liked. While a bit of an inconvenience, this did not hamper the trip at all.
Transportation was provided to and from the airport and this made the short trip to the villa enjoyable.
We were happy with our stay and would recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay.

We had a large family group stay at this beautiful villa in Punta Cana. It could not have been a nicer week. The villa was absolutely wonderful. The chef, Francisco, is outstanding. He eagerly made every effort to accomodate everyone's taste - from a pescaterian to a non-cheese eater to two non-shellfish eaters. His meals were beautifully presented and truly delicious. His two assistants, Keli and Cassandra, were also extremely hardworking and diligent. We loved all the different spaces in the house to relax and refresh, including but not limited to the pool in the back. This was a spectacular week for us, and we hope to return soon!

The best service we have ever received. Everyone was so helpful and friendly! I don’t know how we will ever stay at another VRBO. We were so spoiled with the housekeepers and chef. Food was amazing! We had a wonderful stay in Tortuga Bay! The house is beautiful. We spent almost all of our time on the outdoor patios. They are so comfortable and the views are amazing. The property is close to everything and totally accessible by golf cart (which our kids loved driving). The chef and housekeeper were two of the kindest people I have ever met. They took such wonderful care of us. We can't wait to go back!

50th Birthday Celebration
The pictures shown online are just as on the property!!!! The property, service, house, and experience was phenomenal!!!! We stayed here for my husband’s 50th birthday and we were blown away with the attention given by the house manager, Manuel, Chef, Santos, and maid- Queen gave to our party!!! We got exactly what we requested and more. We ate all meals prepared by Santos and was satisfied with every meal. If you try this property you won’t be disappointed. Great vacation and great location
We had a terrific time and the chef the staff the house the pool food was all great. With a group of 10 every single person was taken care of individually for any of their needs those for food or transportation. I would highly recommend the house the managers of the property and owners were on site they were terrific. We would have no problem going back great time well worth the money Carrie I want to personally think Joelle the chef and each of the two ladies that took care of us and cleaned and cleaned and just did a great job. The owners Leny and Oliver answered any questions and helped us with anything we needed really appreciate your help. Regards Frank and family
