This cozy and bright furnished one bedroom is located in Brookline, a walking distance from Longwood Medical Area, which features world-class hospitals: Brigham and Women’s, Boston Children’s Hospital, and Beth Israel. Located on the MBTA Green Line, a ten minute ride will take you to any of Boston’s visitor attractions, museums, and Boston Universities. Or take a relaxing walk to Coolidge Corner and Brookline Village to visit the local shops, restaurants, and cafes.

Everything you need is right at your finger tips, minutes to Coolidge Corner (Brookline's largest center) and Brookline Village which offers shopping, restaurants, Movie Theater, Trader Joes, Stop and Shop, Bakery's, drug stores, Coffee shops, Where Pigs Fly and more, minutes to D Green line. Just a little over 2 miles to Boston.

The entire apartment and laundry facilities.

It has one bedroom, featuring one full-sized bed, as well as a sofa bed. The kitchen has been recently renovated is fully equipped with stylish granite countertops and stainless steel kitchen. Living space has two large windows, letting in plenty of natural light, as well as a comfortable couch and a flat-screen television. A parking space can be rented for $15 per night.

Public transportation is a 5 min walk: Green line Longwood D train.

After your reservation has been confirmed, we will email you a contract for you to review and sign. The contract will just outline the basic house rules.

Pets are considered on a case by case basis. Please let us know if you will be bringing a pet. There is an additional $150 pet cleaning fee as the apartment has to go through a special cleaning after your stay. Guests bringing pets will be required to sign a pet contract.

Parking is available at $15/night. Please let us know if you will be needing a parking spot.

Please note , for any stays 28 days and longer an additional cleaning fee of $100 will be charged.

Pack n' Play/ High top chair available upon request for $10/night.

There is a $150 lost key fee.

The apartment was clean and cozy. It's in a very peaceful neighborhood. 20 minute walk to Fenway. The host was easy to communicate with and quick to respond to my messages. I'd definitely stay here again if I return to the area.

Nice little apartment, with very comfortable bed, nice sofa to watch a number of streaming channels in the living room. Very close to Harvard Medical School, but at the same time in a residential area that made it very quiet. Great overall

This rental was very cozy, and located perfectly for our needs. The whole experience was seamless, from booking and check-in right through checkout. Great all around, definitely would stay again and recommend.

Location ok, but beware of "T" Green Line trolley trains right behind apt. Older but clean apt unit. Kitch was updated and well appointed. But a broken drawer in bthrm and an inoperable window AC unit was NEVER fixed. Even with e-mails back and forth with management.

We're not "city people", but were in for kids college. The location was in a nice residential area. Place felt very safe. Very close to the T. Host was great communicator, very responsive. Would stay there again on our next trip in to Boston.

The apartment is old and has its quirks but the location was excellent for us and during a cold December there was plenty of heat.

It's an old property, but the apartment is well appointed, just as described in the photos. Bed on the soft side for us. We didn't need to, but Kitchen has everything you need if you need to cook a meal. Walkable to Brookline Village and to the MFA. Easy check in and out and a great option for a parking space if you need one.
