Besser sein lassen.

Definitiv das Frühstück und die Nähe zum Strand.Alle sind freundlich.

Da ich ca. eine Stunde zu früh da war, wurde mir das Zimmer direkt am Eingang aufgeschwatzt, da dieses sauber sei. Am Ende kostete es 5 Euro mehr. Kein Problem. Einzig zum lauten Eingangsbereich ist es nur durch ein Gitter und einen Vorhang getrennt. Kein Fenster, dass man schließen könnte. Insofern nach 24h Reise dauern durch Krach gestört. Meine zweite Buchung am Ende des Urlaubs habe ich storniert. Für 25 Dollar vom Flughafen abholen ca. 8 km ist ein unverschämtes Angebot. Ich habe dann ein Tuktuk für drei Euro am Flughafen gebucht. Sorry, aber keine gute Wahl.

The owner and his wife are lovely, friendly and helpful. The rooms are a good size with air con and the breakfasts are delicious with plenty of fresh fruit. Beach and town both nearby and easy to get about.

We were so close to the beach it was a shame not to have been able to see it from our room and from the breakfast terrace.

Very Satisfied

Very clean and dry room. Very friendly owner with friendly children. Calm area. There are different rooms. One on the Top with kitchen and balcony with small view to the sea. Mosquito net and fan . A/C and breakfast perhaps extra pay.

Anna and her parents are so sweet and helpful! The room was spacious, very clean and the bed comfortable! I have already booked my return with them so can definitely recommend 🤗

Passable

I met Anna her mother & brother, they're all very nice. The guest house is nicely located near the beach, the bed is very comfortable there's a mosquito net on the bed, the bathroom is spacious with hot water, Anna speaks good English so it was easy to communicate with her.

The bedroom have only one long window (part of the door frame), & it doesn't have a mosquito net so mosquitos & flies enter the room when the window is open, when you close the window there's no other ventilation in the bedroom so it becomes very humid, with the fan alone it gets very hot & humid, I felt sick the whole day, when you open the window you don't have any privacy as it's right in front of the bed & it's from the floor to the top of the door, there's a curtain but the fan makes it fly, so if you don't pay extra for AC you have to choose between privacy & humidity. It was arranged for her brother to take me to the airport with his tuk tuk, but they didn't tell me that the tuk tuk is not allowed inside the airport, so I had to walk with my bags for a few minutes to reach the terminal, which wasn't a big deal cause my backpack wasn't very heavy, but they defiantly should have told me as I could have wanted to make other arrangements also they charged more then 3 times what pickme

wunderful days to start our holidays

We had an ocean wiew family room upstairs. Big space with two double bed, balconry with wiew.Fan , cooking facility , small drawer to close. Breakfast was good , everything made from Ravi and wife. We also made a wunderful tour for 4 days. We felt like home 😍

Everything was just as expected, if not better. The location is very nice, with easy beach access and it's close to many restaurants and shops. The hosts also organised a tuk tuk to the airport for a fair price. The room and bathroom were spotless and clean, the overhead fan worked very well. I'll be happy to return!

Clean room with really friendly people

Really friendly people with a nice clean home/room. It was our first day in Sri Lanka and we enjoyed it a lot! We definitely recommend staying here.

A great place to stay in Negombo with easy beach access and situated close to restaurants.

All the members of the family who run this hotel are very friendly and helpful, and help make the stay really comfy. The traditional Sri Lankan breakfast was delicious and filling. The host helped me plan the easiest way to take a train trip to Kandy, and gave me a lift in his tuk tuk at a very cheap price.

Good value for money and comfortable room

Comfortable bed and clean room. Lots of hot water and good shower. Fair price compared to other options in area. 10-15 minute walk from most bars and restaurants but plenty of good & cheaper options close by - much quieter at night for sleeping.

Lovely atmosphere

The family are so lovely and fun to talk to, they genuinely care about the happiness of their guests. I extended my stay here and went on some tours around Sri Lanka organised by the owner, which was excellent. There is also a spa partnered with the guesthouse which was absolutely blissful. The place was clean, friendly and has good AC and comfy beds with mosquito nets. The airport transfer is a good idea especially for solo travellers as it was a great peaceful welcome to Sri Lanka. I highly recommend this place for short and long stays. They really have thought of every way possible to make you feel calm and happy.

Lovely hosts, perfect for relaxing after a long trip

Lovely host and her family. Comfortable bed (I really like harder beds). Lovely space to relax in the shade also, on the terrace.

The shower head could use a deep clean. Otherwise, nothing else I didn't like.

Superb

Owners are really kind and helpful. They have their own Tuk-tuk so were able to drove us to the airport early in the morning - 5am. They even went an extra mile helping us to get postage stamps while all post offices were closed due to strike and as it was our last day of vacation - only thanks to them we were able to send the postcards.

The owner organized the transfer from the airport for us (We arrived in the middle of the night). He was very helpful und gave us many advices what to do and how to travel sri lanka.
