Excellent location

The location of the apartment is excellent. Walking distance to many top attractions. It is clean, quiet and spacious.

It may be due to the thick walls that WiFi signal is available in very limited areas. There are switches that controls kitchen vent, water heater, etc. They are not marked and not obviously noticeable.

Excellent location and wonderful staff

Perfect location, everything you need and more! I would not hesitate to stay here again, could not have been happier here.

Wifi wasn’t great in the main bedroom but who cares if you are in Venice!

Great location, friendly host, good value

Fantastic location, right in the heart of Venice, walking distance for pretty much everywhere you might want to get to. Excellent host - met us off the airport bus to walk us c.30 mins to the apartment, and gave great restaurant suggestions. Really clean and well equipped with e.g. washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, microwave, etc. Overall good value for money for Venice

Not a problem for me, but other guests may not like there isn't much of a view, and it overlooks a busy (but excellent!) cafe with lots of customers spilling out onto the street

It was a perfect stay in a beautiful city.

This was a self catering apartment in a brilliant location for getting out and sightseeing. Despite being very centrally located it was very quiet.

Great location, Great Communication and Clean apartment

Great location. 1 min from Rialto Bridge. Quiet street but as you walk 30 steps you are in the middle of it all. Apartment was specious and very clean. Layout of the apart,ent provided privacy. Host met us at the Rialto vaporetto stop and walked us to the condo. This helped us tremendously with not having to look for the apartment which can be a challenge in Venice. Overall great experience and would stay here again.

Wifi connection in the second bedroom were weak which we did not care too much or nor requested host to fix the issue. Great communication with the host.

Great location, comfortable and clean. Barbara was superb, she was attentive and gave excellent food recommendations. I definitely recommend this accommodation and hope to come back to this same place.

Stunning Venice

Everything was wonderful with the exception of wifi signal. Guido our rep met us off the boat he was great and he made sure that everything was to our liking. Five stars!!!

It was excellent.

Clean apartment, air conditioned, good size washer and dryer, 2 toilets, nice size kitchen, and Guy met us at the pier where we got off the boat. He is so nice to meet us and walk us over to the apartment. We could have had trouble finding the place otherwise. The location is amazing and within short distance of walk to everything! We loved Venice.

Just perfect!

location perfect, just metres away from Rialto bridge. Immaculately clean, spacious, everything you need. Guido the flat steward was really helpful and kept in touch with us via WhatsApp, prior to arrival and met us at a convenient location and walked us to the apartment.

property was pretty close everything like water taxi and diners.

dryer was not same as in USA. kept stopping after 2 minutes. Mayne because we didn’t know how to use it.

Exceptional

The location is great - right next to Rialto Bridge so basically the center of Venice. Very touristy but I'm a tourist. A lot of restaurants and shops. Walking distance and a water bus ride away from everything. Actual normal speed wifi: I think it was either 100/300 MBPS when I tested. This was only in the living area. Wifi in the bedrooms we're about 5MBPS, I think. The host Giulia met us at the Rialto water bus station and walked us to the apartment. The apartment itself is clean, with all the named amenities present. I would recommend this place for a good few days to explore the highlights of Venice.

Representative of host met us separately as we arrived at different times. Helpful and informative Location of the apartment was ideal and convenient. Literally next to Rialto bridge.

Only snag is the apartment is quite dark and cold.

Can’t beat the location

From the front door you can throw a rock and hit the Rialto Bridge. Great space for our family of six. One queen/king bed in a bedroom, two singles in another, and a fold out couch. Full kitchen, two toilets, one shower, one clothes washer. Had everything we needed. The staff met us on arrival, showed us around, etc. Worked great.

Small rooms, but still bigger than a hotel room, and probably good size for Venice!

Highly recommended!

The flat is absoultely centrally located but quiet in the night (besides some noise from deliverys or street cleaners). It is spacious, newly renovated and has all comfort you need. Beds were comfortable with very good mattresses. - And we got 2 sets of keys for individual use!

To meet the flat assistant was not so easy although I had informed him some days earlier about our arrival time and once again the same day some hours in advance with SMS to both the owner and the assistent. But we had to wait for him for about one hour! He came finally after an additional call. - After a long journey that wasn't a good start at all!

Great stay near Rialto, Venice

The appartment is very well equipped and spacious, in a super location close to the Rialto. The owners were extremely helpful with all our questions, and very kind and friendly. Top recommendation.
