Appartement parfait et emplacement idéal.

L’appartement est très bien placé. Il est très bien équipé. Nous étions 6 personnes, chaque couple avait sa chambre et il y a deux salles de bain avec tout le nécessaire. Tout est très propre. Merci à Samantha pour ses conseils et pour avoir répondu à toutes nos questions rapidement et avec une grande gentillesse.

Wonderful location near St Mark's square. Easy walk to all sights in venice.

Location amazing. Right around corner from St. Mark's Square. Wonderful bar right downstairs to grab an espressso and pastry. Apartment was clean and well provisioned.

Fabulous accomodation, fabulous hosts, fabulous location

Our stay was fabulous. The unit was very clean, and the hosts had thought of everything that we could need and had everything ready for us to use at no extra cost. The location is also fantastic.

There was nothing we did not like about our stay.

Very good

Very friendly and responsive hosts. The list of restaurant recommendations was excellent and worth following! The location is simply brilliant and the little coffee across the street is perfect to pick up breakfast.

Unfortunately the fassade of the building was under renovation and there was practically no daylight inside the appartment.

Had a wonderful family stay in Venice

Wonderful location. Safe and comfortable building. All conveniences and some added nice touches. Very easy to meet and get acquainted with the apartment. They did a fabulous job arranging water taxi service for us as well.

The only complaint would be the continued work on the outside of the building- we knew about it ahead of time. The noise was not much of a problem for us. (It was not too early or too disruptive) It did, however, mean that the outside shutters on windows were closed, so it was a little dark in the apartment.

Fantastic apartment. Central to everything. All home comforts supplied

We had serious delays in the airport and arrived long after our arranged time. However our hosts could not have done enough for us. We walked from Piazalle Roma as we were late for the vaporetto but Matilde came to meet us at Rialto Bridge and brought us to the apartment. Check in and out was so easy. Matilde gave us loads of information on the city and places to eat. A very pleasant experience overall.

Nothing. Some building work being done nearby but I expect that is the norm for Venice as it seems a constant battle to maintain the buildings.

Beautiful apartment spoilt by noisy builders

Apartment was lovely, clean and location was perfect. Everything we needed was just spoilt by building work going on

Didn't appreciate being woken every morning to builders literally outside the bedroom window on scaffolding drilling and banging from around 8.30am onwards. Would of liked to have been pre warned prior to our arrival.

Beautiful apartment close to everything.

The apartment was beautiful and close to San Marcos Square. The only thing that could of made it better was if it had a view.

If I had to say anything it would be the lack of a view and the construction outside.

The photos respond to reality. The apartment was very clean and located in a perfect spot for vacation. Samantha and her husband were very kind and helpful to our needs. It was the perfect choice!!!!

Location top. But most of all I need to mention Guiulliano. He booked us a different restaurant every night , made sure we got a water taxi from and to the airport, gave us really venezian tips about the city. Best place to stay! We were traveling with 4 kids!

Location was absolutely perfect - just off st Mark's square - nice clean spacious apartment with all needed facilities and two nice bathrooms.

Very central apartment, close to all sights, shops and many restaurants. The apartment is comfortable for 6 people. Claudia met us at the vaporetto station, guided us to the apartment and gave us a great introduction to everything.

Location great. Beds comfy. Clean. Friendly and helpful host.

TV didn't work. Quite noisy at night. Extra Charge for 8pm (late arrival) - not obvious when booking and unreasonable.
