スタッフがフレンドリー　生けている花などにおもてなしの心が感じられる周辺がディープな京都で異世界

朝食がおいしい

朝食付きのプランでしたが、とてもお得でした。洋食と和食から選べて、両方ともボリュームがあって美味しかったです。

口コミで、豆から挽いたコーヒーがセルフで飲めるとありました。ですが、私達はチェックインが受付ギリギリ21時ちょっと前だったこともあり、受付の方に利用できる時間を確認したところ、大きな音が出るため21時以降は利用できないと言われました。また、朝は8時から利用できると言われましたが、私達は8時に朝食を希望し、9時にチェックアウトの予定だったため、時間的に無理でした。ところが、夜22時に利用されている方がいましたが、よく見ると館内説明書にも、利用時間については記載がありませんでした。利用時間について、こちらから確認しなければ、受付の方からも説明がなかったので、 22時を過ぎて利用していた方も、ルールを守らなかったのではなく、説明を受けていなかったのかもしれませんし、館内説明書にも記載がなければ当然です。館内のルールはみんなが分かりやすく、統一されていなければ、不満になるかと思います。とくに、こちらのホテルではこのコーヒーについての口コミを見ていたので、とても残念でした。そして、大きな音が問題ならば、深夜や早朝のみあらかじめひいたもので対応して頂けたら良かったです。

きのう・Kefu・あした

・スタッフが時間によって変わりましたが、どの方も落ち着いて柔らかな対応で、安心できました。・カフェスペースからステイスペースに至るアプローチが素敵でした。・ステイスペースのカフェステーションやランドリーの設置が良くて快適でした。・カフェステーションやシェアキッチンが使いやすくて、居心地が良かったです。・モーニングメニューが充実していて美味しかったし、クッキーもおいしかった。・船岡湯がとても良かったです。お風呂セットも便利で、充分楽しめました。

・部屋が少し寒々した感じに思いました。・寝具のせいか、ベッドに入ってからなかなか温まらず、寝付くのに時間がかかりました。・紹介していただいた飲食店が臨時休業しており、残念でした。連携していて紹介していただく以上は、臨時休業の連絡はとっていてほしかったです。

Mon séjour à Kyoto

Personnel très gentil, atmosphère moderne et détendue avec cuisine partagée à l'étage, possibilité de louer des vélos. Douches et toilettes communes sur le palier mais pas problématique car seulement 2 ou 3 chambres par sanitaire, ceux ci étaient toujours disponible et propre.

Emplacement un peu éloignée de toutes les attractions majeurs de Kyoto, mais le prix était cohérent du fait de la distance.

Beautiful, you want for nothing, with lovely staff - about 25-30 mins from main attractions

The inside and out was beautiful. The rooms were functional and clean, the shared toilets and showers immaculate. The kitchen had a drip station you can use to make coffee, but also had everything else you might need. The cafe/common room was also styled really well, very inviting and with lots of info about the local area. A really nice place to come back to after a busy day

It wasn’t as central as we had thought. It was about 30 mins by car to the Fushimi Insari shrine, 25 mins from Sannenzaka. However there was a bus stop nearby and buses that ran regularly. We also hired bikes for 500 yen a day each so that meant getting around the immediate area was a bit quicker (15 min ride to Imperial Palace). There’s not much to fault with this place and their location they can’t change - but that’s the only thing I wish I’d considered a bit more. In saying that, it was quiet which was a bonus

The kitchen space was very nice so even when the room was a bit small you had a table to sit and work at. Also you could cook for yourself. The Aircon was very silent so it wasn’t bothersome even in a smaller room.

Such a lovely place to base yourself out of in Kyoto. Clearly a lot of time and effort has been put in to ensure a lovely visit for their guests. We appreciated all of the small touches from start to finish. Couldn’t rate the place highly enough

Nice hotel in a quiet street

Very nice hotel, but quite far from subway , I recommend it if you want to explore the north of Kyoto (Toei park, arashiyama) The staff was nice and the hotel was clean, but the laundry drier is quite weak, I recommend doing your laundry elsewhere.

The dryer is too weak.

We had a fantastic time, the option to hire bikes was so helpful and we had a wonderful special Japanese breakfast which was very appreciated seeing as breakfast isn’t common in Japan! Close to a great dinner spot and also traditional Onsen.

Cute property with extremely friendly staff, nice rooms with comfy beds and good amenities, shared facilities including a kitchen were all really clean.

The blinds in the rooms were just a little too short and would let light in through the bottom.

A coffee lovers paradise!

Loved the coffee station and the kitchen space, there are books and board games for guests to use. The room was very clean and comfortable, we had a room with a shared bathroom and the shower and toilet were always very clean. The cafe downstairs is also a nice space, great coffee and French toast!

A little far from the central tourist attractions and Kyoto station but well connected by the bus route.

10 of 10!! We will come here again!

1)I really like the staff here. They are really nice and thoughtful. Give us recommendations of food and help us to keep our luggage. 2) The room is really cozy and clean. The mattress and pillow are so comfortable. 3) they also have a yummy breakfast set( Western and Japan traditional breakfast) you can try. We rented bikes there, enjoyed the scenery of Kyoto.

Nothing, it's perfect here. We definitely will come here again!

Superb

Amazing to have a choice of coffee beans to make your own drip coffee in communal kitchen. The whole hotel was very clean and attractively presented.

Breakfast was very slow! But delicious, so worth the wait.
