About this house rental

Welcome to Trinity Home. Trinity offers a rare chance to host 20+ people in beds.
If you are looking for a place for your group to spend a few days while in Dallas, or an opportunity to host a bachelorette/ bachelor/birthday/baby shower/sport events/ or work event, then this is the home for you.
Base rate on the home will cover up 20 people that visit the home and or spend the night. It's $25 per person after the 20th person and $50 for everyone after the 50th person. (Whether they spend the night or not).

The space:

This newly built home has a spacious downstairs area perfect for hosting! Comfortable and clean, this open concept layout is ideal for large groups! The first thing you notice when you enter the living room is the 75 inch HDTV combined with a surround sound system! Perfect to watch the game on, host sports events, or movie nights! With two big couches and two accent chairs, this living room has more than enough space for your next watch party or cookout! As you make your way to the kitchen you'll notice the coffee station provided for you to enjoy! Grab yourself a pick-me-up cup of joe to start your day with! Also featured in the full kitchen is basic necessities, utensils, as well as an electric stove top to make all your favorite meals!

The first bedroom is so spacious that it fits three queen beds comfortably! Relax as you snooze on the plush queen size mattress! It also features an attached bathroom that has double sinks making it easy for multiple people to get ready at the same time! Also included in this bathroom is a stand-in shower/tub combination. As you enter the master bedroom you are greeted with beautiful natural light! The master has a queen size mattress and is right next to the bathroom. The third bedroom also has plenty of natural sunlight and is located downstairs! Featuring two full size beds, this room has more than enough space to accommodate multiple guests! The fourth bedroom includes two full size mattresses and a nightstand for all your small storage needs! The shared upstairs bathroom has a stand-in shower/tub and includes complimentary shampoo, conditioner, and body wash dispensers that are also included in the other showers!

The quaint backyard has enough space for your next cookout!
There will be security cameras on the property in the living room, front of the home, and back of the home for your security and to ensure the proper amount of guest that were agreed upon for proper booking.

Three House rules
No Disruptive parties - Events with loud music, parking violations, excessive drinking, take place primarily at night, and 25+ people are not allowed.

Smoking is not permitted inside ($400 fine), no tampering with cameras/security devices, no DJs or large sound systems (Only regular speakers).

First 16 guests are included by the base rate which includes everyone visiting and spending the night. Keep all guests and noise inside after 10:00 PM

The place never matched the pictures. The bedrooms were very untidy and the house is a very old property. The outdoor decor is amazing but the pool is not clean and very untidy. All of my guests were very disappointed with the messy and very very dusty bed spreads and blankets. Everything was stinking. Even the towels were of bad smell. Pillows, bedspreads, blankets and towels were stinking. Tooo pricy for what was offered.

My stay at this house was only for 1 night. The house overall was nice. It could’ve had a more detail cleaning. The neighborhood was quiet but didn’t look to nice. The backyard was nice and the pool and jacuzzi was an added plus.

Ray was great. Solid place for a group to stay. Random things were not well cleaned (furniture, dishes, etc). Some things in need of repair (floor tiles). But all in all - a Great place to stay.

Broken floor tiles, Mold in baths, Sticky carpets in bedrooms, Stained living room furniture locate in sketchy neighborhood and the list goes on. Stepped out to fill gas which is 0.5 miles away and the cop told us to leave and save ourselves. The listing states 20 can stay, but the size is for max 10 people only. Except living room, all rooms have double beds bumping against each other with barely 2 feet to walk. Save yourself from this place.

The house is super spacious and super clean. My 8 friends and I rented this place out and had such a great time. It's close to so many different restaurants and activities for you to do. I definitely recommend it.

We had such a fun time at this Vrbo. It wasn't too far from the places we wanted to go so we didn't spend too much on Lyfts. I will say the neighborhood can be a bit off putting as you're driving in - but overall we didn't have any problems. It was a comfortable clean home. But there weren't any wash cloths which was a bummer because we had to buy some. And we couldn't hand wash any dishes because there was no paper towel or dish soap. But the homeowner was very responsive! I will say overall it's a good stay but if you're having a large group bring your own supplies!

We were a large family of over 60 year old siblings. 4 couples gathered, one with children so there were 10 under one roof. We had plenty of room and all would have been very comfortable except the management company does a poor job of: 1. communicating check in information, they waited until day of checking in. 2. Gave us each one towel, left on the bed with nothing in bathrooms as back up to even dry your hands on after washing. Nothing in the kitchen to work with other than one roll of paper towels, not a sponge or anything. 3 spoon and forks for the 10 of us to eat with 4. water leak in kitchen from upstairs, air fresheners plugged in every room to mask must odor.

Check in process was smooth. Property was clean, as pictured on website. Love the 3 bathrooms. Felt safe. Best place for me and family to celebrate my Dad's 70th birthday. Thank you so much!! I am booking again just to enjoy another staycation.

The host was very helpful and informative! The site and the sites do not reflect accurate bedding. The host quickly confirmed beds that there is not Murphy bed in room with 3 queens. the neighbourhood was sketchy But home was clean with plenty of room and we loved and enjoyed our stay!

Perfect space for our group of 13 ladies! Plenty of beds for comfortable sleeping arrangements and a cozy area to sit and visit. We only spent one night so we didn’t use the kitchen, but it seemed very nice.
