About this house rental

Please read: This house is currently at a really low rate because the outside of the house is getting worked. We have remodeled the entire home and is ready to live in from the outside but we are waiting on permits to finish the outside. We are going to be adding a pool and redoing the front driveway. Unfortunately, the city of Dallas is taking a long time for permits to get approved so we are moving forward and opening just the inside of the home which is 100% finished as you see in pics. Enjoy

This ultra modern newly renovated home is ideal for those who want to vacation in style! As you enter the home, you are greeted by sleek and contemporary decor throughout. Featuring an open concept layout, the kitchen, dining, and living room all flow together to create a welcoming environment! Unwind on the luxe living room sofa while watching your favorite shows on the big TV! Making your way to the full size kitchen, you'll see every at-home chefs dreams; a gas stove! With sleek black cabinets and butcher-block countertops, this kitchen provides a luxurious space to cook and dine. Equipped with everything you need to whip up a delicious homemade meal, take advantage and cook up a feast! Serve your edible artwork on the bench style dining table that seats 6, additional seating can be found on the oversized kitchen island that seats 4!

Catch up on sleep in the master bedroom that features a plush king bed and a beautiful custom built accent wall! Pamper yourself in the luxurious attached master bathroom that features a spacious walk-in shower! The second bedroom has two oh so comfy queen beds for you to relax on as well as a designated workspace for those who like to get things done while traveling! The third bedroom can accommodate multiple people with its beds! Relax in the second bathrooms garden tub or the separate walk-in shower! Featuring double sinks, multiple people can get ready at once conveniently! Watch TV from the comfort of your beds in either the fourth or fifth bedroom that feature oh so comfy queen beds and a TV for all your entertainment needs! The third bathroom has a stunning and roomy walk-in shower!

Three House rules -
1. No Disruptive parties - Events with loud music, parking violations, excessive drinking, take place primarily at night, and 25+ people are not allowed.

2. Smoking is not permitted inside ($400 fine), no tampering with cameras/security devices, no DJs or large sound systems (Only regular speakers).

3. First 16 guests are included by the base rate which includes everyone visiting and spending the night. Keep all guests and noise inside after 10:00 PM

We had 4 families that stayed in this house for a football tournament. The house was great and had plenty of room everyone. Everyone had a wonderful time and I’d definitely book again if we come back to Dallas!

We really enjoyed our stay house was clean neighborhood was nice and quiet the one thing I would suggest is to have more cooking items available ex: cutting board, more utensils etc. other than that the house was great with a great price!

Stayed in Dallas for a State High School football game with family. This house was perfect! It’s been remodeled completely and had plenty of space for our multi family group. Parking was tight because you are in a neighborhood but other than that everything was great!! The host was pleasant and was easily reachable. If we are ever back in Dallas we would for sure stay here again.

I had a great stay at Ray's property. Me and a couple friends stayed here and it worked great for us. We were having an issue with the AC at the front of the house and Ray promptly had his repair man come over and fix the unit. I would definitely stay here again!

We absolutely loved our stay in this beautifully renovated home! Everything looked exactly as the pictures showed, and we were pleasantly surprised by the spacious interior. We were fortunate to find such a large place to host some friends and family from out of town. Super convenient location, with upscale finishes throughout the house, and a great host that was quick to respond and accommodate us!!

The outside was not appealing which was stated in the overview, but once I stepped inside the house I forgot about the outside. The house is absolutely beautiful on the inside. Check- in and checkout was easy, response from the owner was prompt. I would definitely rent it again.

Ray had been very responsive and flexible. While we were there the kitchen sink had been clogged and he and his team were able to fix it while we were out. The home was lovely and we had a great time.
