Welcome to Allora! This 3-story, luxurious roof-deck townhome is situated in the lovely, Ruskin Park, sleeps 12 people in total and offers a fantastic, central location in Seaside, FL.
The first story features a King primary bedroom with a smart TV and an ensuite shower room with twin wash basins. There is also a bunk nook with 2 twins, each with a TV, and a bi-fold louver door for privacy. The separate hall bath has a small tub/shower. The fully equipped kitchen has all stainless appliances (fridge, dishwasher, glass top range, microwave, euro-style washer/dryer combo), stone countertops and a breakfast bar adjacent to the living area with a Queen sleeper sofa, 60” smart TV, Blu-Ray player, and door opening onto the front patio with Adirondack chairs on the park. Outdoor shower in carport. Wireless internet. This floor sleeps up to six.
Second Floor: Private entrance from the park or a separate rear entrance takes you to the secluded terrace on the second floor with/ a gas Weber grill and outdoor dining. French Doors lead to the expansive main living area with a massive 82” 4K smart TV with 4K Apple TV, Blu-Ray player, cinema surround sound, Sonos, wireless internet, wet bar, and hall bath with shower and utility closet with full-sized washer/dryer. Double doors lead to the gourmet kitchen with TV, Northland fridge and freezer, Viking gas stove, microwave, dishwasher, and warmer drawers. This penthouse is great for gathering or hosting. The dining room leads from the kitchen with rustic reclaimed Elm-wood table seating for 8, Sonos music system, a Queen Murphy bed, and French Doors to the front terrace overlooking Ruskin Park and the Fairy Forest. Easy check in experience and the home was ready when expected. The 3 level home was plenty to accommodate 10 people. This is also a great location to all shops, food, and the beach. The only compliant we had was the 3rd story front bedroom did not have air conditioning so it was a pretty warm room. We called to report the issue but maintenance did not come. Thankfully we had a fan from home and we used it to circulate air.

This was our 2d trip to Seaside and 2d time renting with Homeowner's Collection. Once again the experience did not disappoint and we will be returning. Location was very convenient and the unit was very nice. We encountered a couple of issues with the unit upon arrival but management team took care of them and properly acknowledged and addressed our concerns. Would recommend better shades on windows to keep out bright lights in am but we encounter this in many rentals. We are big fans of Seaside and Homeowner's and plan to be regular guests. I would recommend this unit for 2 family gatherings or with lots of kids.

The vacation itself was good. Loved Seaside but staff for the Home Owner's collection was not good at all. The number they provide does not connect you to the person that you were just speaking with and they offered no assistance as the week went on. I paid a fortune for the Concierge service with no transparency or clarity what the costs would be to use this service. They just went ahead and charged my CC that I had used to book the property. Trash was not picked up once during our 6 night stay. Not even from the previous renters. I had called the office of Home Owners and they did nothing. The trash company missed the 3 days that they were supposed to pick up.In addition the property description and photos is very misleading. It says that it has 4 bedrooms 5 baths Sleeps 12. Well there is not 4 bedrooms. One of the rooms is closet that they put bunk beds in. We had to find other beds....murphy bed that was in the dining room and a sleeper sofa on the first floor. We had no place just for the children to have their clothes or things other than the main living room in the house.. No one ever checked back with us on trash or my other questions. Beyond that.. it is decorated nicely and great location.

Family thanksgiving
Perfect spot to gather with family. Very close to town and the beach but set back in a quiet area. Wonderful kitchen, dining and living areas made it a fun place to cook and enjoy time together. The rooftop was also a favorite!

Disappointing stay
My family loves Seaside. We have been vacationing there since the 1990's. We have stayed at the Bothey (now Allora) on 3 or 4 occasions. All of those occasions except for this one were great. This time there were a considerable number of roaches on the lower level of the home. I advised the Homeowners collection folks and they only offered to provide us with roach spray and a roach hotel box for us to use in the home. They told us that their policy is that they could not have an exterminator to treat the home while we were staying there. They didn't offer to move us to another home and didn't offer to reimburse us for a portion of the fee we paid because we were uncomfortable staying in the lower part of the home. Accordingly, I am disappointed and will not stay in another home offered by Homeowners Collections. Bernard Taylor

Family Vacation with Friends
This property was awesome! The location could not be beat as it was so close to everything - shops, restaurants, walk to beach. The house itself was gorgeous with upgraded furnishings and it provided everything we needed including 5 full baths! The appliances were top notch (our favorite was the refrigerator!!). We booked through Home Owner's Collection which was a great decision on our part as the whole experience was amazing. Would definitely recommend this property to all my friends and family.

Quick off summer
My family and I really enjoyed our stay at the Bothy cottage in Seaside. I was given the wrong lockbox code, so was unable to check in at first, but the manager of the property helped us very promptly. The kitchen area was excellent and the layout of the cottage was great for myself and the 8 teenage girls with me to have a very enjoyable stay. One of the upstairs bedrooms has very little air conditioning, but a fan was provided. Would stay here again!
