I booked another hotel because this hotel so creepy and so far with ipoh

I don’t like this hotel how come the Shoplot became to be hotel. Not secure parking & so many foreigners here

No match expectation

Quiet place and feel chill

No bath towels provided, request to staff and reply will provide us later, but not getting any even until last day. Also, The living room/lobby very hot during afternoon

Unpleasant experience

The floor was wet. I guess the room was just cleaned. The staff didn't even respond properly when texted. The password given was incorrect for the room's safety door. The flush didn't work properly at all. Lastly, the room was not cold at all although there was a fan with the A/C.

Overall Good🥰 Good Place to Stay❤️

The Bathtub really good and clean, check in and out really Easy, Floor quite clean, Overall Good.

Disappointed pls avoid staying here as it does not worth the money.

None as this was a disappointment.

Firstly, the cleanliness for this hotel is bad, there’s ants running around and small cockroaches running thru our body during our sleep. Second, there’s water leaking from the toilet to outside which makes us feel disgust. Third, a lot of Bangladeshi people walking around so if you’re coming as a group of girls, best to avoid this place as it’s very dangerous. Last but not least, the air con was running out of gas and they didn’t check properly before we stay in, when we were resting in the middle, they sent two bangla workers to service the air con. They walk around with their dirty slippers, using the toilet to wash the air con and etc.

The room was nice and comfy

The ac was not enough fr the big room. It wasn't cool enough. Mayb they should try wig a greater horsepower ac. The major concern was about the location which was literally in a dark area. I was very concern about parking the car there. Moreover, the location doesn't look safe.

Will not consider a return

- Self-Check In with given entrance pass code which ease the check-in process - Staff is responsive - Ample free parking

- No proper maintenance - pendant light is dusty - Aircond temperature cannot be adjusted, too cold - Bathroom has no shower rack - Basin is too small

Exceptional

I was staying here for many times. Everytime i came Ipoh, CJ house of course is my 1st choice. I love their bed, it was very comfy. The room is clean and is near to Tesco and Aeon where suitable for me to shopping. Nearby have alot of hawker stalls, malay food, chinese food and so on. CJ house never disappointed me all this while.

Pleasant stay with a good sleep despite little shortcomings that may be improved.

Overall room was clean and spacious. Shower was warm (except no warm water for bath tub). While location is a bit off from the city, there is plenty of parking. Easy check in and out. Comfortable beds and clean towels.

Tap for shower was too tight and operated only via a tiny lever that was meant to control the inlet, rather than a proper handle. Bidet head was missing. There was no hot water for the bath tub. We arrived with a missing mat for the floor but it was quickly resolved by the staff. Security can be improved in the area as it is secluded.

TV cannot on & fan too slow 😂. Plus please change the iron with better brand so that my clothes and scarves dont get defect
