Agréable

La nourriture est assez bonne même si il manque un peu de choix .. mais dans l’ensemble c’est convenable à un 4 étoiles .. l’hôtel a une bonne animation malgré le hors saison ils restent motivés et souriant , le personnel est sympa et serviable.

La propreté est à améliorer malgré de femmes de ménages à l’écoute .. mais rien de méchant

Heureusement qu’il y avait les animations

L’animation et le personnel est vraiment le point fort de l’hôtel . Les animateurs sont très bien vraiment une chouette équipe . Les serveurs les gens à l’accueil tout le personnel vraiment aimable .Les filles du club enfants aussi sont très bien. Vraiment une grande piscine sympa pas non plus hyper propre mais assez de transat pour tous .

Le ménage des chambres n’est vraiment pas fait correctement, il manque toujours quelque chose et c’est sale .Au restaurant c’était vraiment toujours la même chose dix jours exactement les mêmes aliments après pour le prix ça reste quand même correct. En général l’hôtel n’est pas très propre.accès a la plage en petit train mais la plage sent le pipi de chat des chats et chiens errants et en plus elle est moche les boissons servies à la plage sont degueulasse et chaude .La salle de sport toutes les machines sans exception sont cassés ! C’est dommage parce que ça pourrait vraiment être un hôtel sympa

Plus jamais, hôtel à fuir.

La piscine et la végétation très jolie et bien entretenue.

La nourriture est catastrophique, limite immangeable, froid, insipide. Le personnel à l’accueil est mal aimable. Le personnel de la restauration agresse les clients et nous insulte. Le ménage dans les chambres est inexistant, les draps changés une fois en 8 jours. Vol d’argent dans les chambres. Animations nulles (sauf aquagym)

I was told there was a gym, but I was surprised that it was closed and should have mentioned in the advertising that no gym was available

Never come back again.

The garden and swimming pool.

Very expensive for the proposed service. We have spent 1 night due to an early flight on the next day but even that 1 day was a suffer. We have been mixed with the all inclusive guests: we paid for an espresso and were provided filtered coffee which was free and unlimited for the AI guests. No beach towel available in the afternoon, we should have wait 1 hour with 2 small kids when we had only 1 afternoon to go to the beach. The room entrance card was not working and should wait 30 min to find someone to open the room door. Room very far from the reception. Only 2 towels in the room for 4 person. The quality of the food in the restaurant was not what you can expect from a 4 star hotel. Many plates were empty 30 min after the opening hours. Salads were not fresh. The next day we had to leave early that we said at the reception, but no breakfast available at 6.30 only hot drinks and bread however we have paid for the breakfast and we were not able to provide food to our small kids. All of that for 185 euro for that night.
