Property was clean and convenient. Easy communication with owners. Good place to stay for a summer get away.

We keep returning because this place has it all! Great location, close to outlets, bike trails, and the beach. Comes equipped with bikes and beach chairs, and there is access to tennis courts and two pools. Unlike many rentals, this house has all the items you typically have to run out for after arriving...paper products, dish towels, hand towels, and even some spices and condiments. We especially love sitting on the deck and looking at the pond in the morning. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

The property is wonderful. It is clean and well maintained. We loved our week with our sons and their families. We enjoyed the beach , boardwalk, and playing games on the rainy days. Great way to reconnect with our grandchildren!

Fabulous community, with a wonderful pool for the whole family. Close enough to the beach to bike. The house is spacious and eight of us had plenty of room. Owner Scott is a very good communicator. What a great vacation!

This is a perfect home for a week at the beach. The house has everything you can think of for a fun beach vacation. And the location — between the shops and the beach — is the best!

Scott and Diana have a beautiful beach house & property which is nicely situated near the main beach communities and all center area attractions. Plenty of restaurants, shopping, and leisure sports accomodate the area. The area also provides lots of hiking trails near the house and through out all the Delaware Parks. Aside from the Rehoboth area, we explored the townships of Lewes, Dewey, Bethany, and also Ocean City ,Md. We enjoyed nature walking, biking,swimming shopping, dining, beach combing, kayaking, surf fishing, and the simple pleasures of just relaxing at the beach house, their pools and beaches. Their property truely is a diamond in the ruff, providing a great country like location that is nicely located away from the tourists for some calm relaxation, yet near all the ammentities that you may want to do on a nice beach vacation week. The house is full of provisions including kitchen accessories, games, and outdoor activity equipment in the garage. Thank you to Scott & Dianne for a relaxing and enjoyable week away. Rain or shine, there is always something to enjoy and we hope to revisit again!! *Make sure to visit "Revelations Microbrewery", a short walk near the beach house & enjoy the beach house sunsets!!!!...

Fantastic house in a location convenient to everything (beaches, food, shopping). Great amenities within the development (pool, tennis, playground). Plenty of space to spread out or bring friends, and a kid-friendly home and development. Wish we’d had more time to spend there! Scott patiently answered all my questions, and the house had everything we could’ve hoped for. It’s a tradeoff of being able to walk to the beach vs. being able to escape somewhere quiet and peaceful every evening to wind down after a busy day. This house is definitely the latter and was exactly what we needed.

We returned to this lovely home for a second year! So many nice touches and extras make this place a great value. Beach chairs? They got 'em. Bikes? There's four. And enough showers for everyone to get one after a day at the beach and still make it to dinner. We made use of the grill, gorgeous tub, and the two balconies with great views. Comfort, style and convenience all in one place. Highly recommend!

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was super clean and the kitchen was very well stocked. It was really nice to sit out on the deck and enjoy the pond and fountain. Scott was quick to respond to any questions we had through the week. A very relaxing vacation. Thanks!

This townhouse and the location were great! When we arrived and walked through the home, our first thought was this is even better than the pictures showed. It's very well kept and clean. It was nice to have the option of a beach day or a pool day (or both!). Pool was a short walk away! We had plenty of room and loved being able to sit out on the balcony, right off the living room/kitchen. We even got to see the blue heron walking around in the pond! Our son-in-law loves to cook and had everything he needed in the kitchen. Scott was very responsive to any questions that we had during the week and provided some local recommendations. All around, we made a great decision to rent this awesome townhouse.

We've been staying in Rehoboth for almost 50 years, and for most of that time resisted staying anywhere but within walking distance of the beach. We have come to love this location at Canal Pointe - it's close to the Junction-Breakwater biking trail and has nice amenities like the pools and tennis courts. You can take some back roads to the Route 1 outlets and grocery stores, and the beach and Rehoboth Ave shops are just minutes by car or bike. This house was impeccably clean, stylish, and very spacious. Our group of ten adults fit nicely, with room enough for family dinners and fun game nights on the comfy couch off the kitchen. The house has three different living rooms (where some people actually got work done). We made sure to make use of the foosball table and luxurious tub in the master bedroom. There is also a nice bedroom to bathroom ratio :) Perhaps what we appreciated the most were the nice touches and extras that came with this rental - paper products, dish and bathroom soaps, hand towels, bikes, beach chairs, a few spices and condiments, and some basic food items that came in handy in a rush to make dinner after a long beach day. This is unheard of in most rentals!! We in turn left a few things for the next folks. The small fridge is great for storing beverages, there were TWO types of coffee pots, and the kitchen appliances were modern (although, the ice-maker couldn't quite keep up with our demand. Truth be told, none of them can). The only inconvenience, aside from the crippling and unpredictable Rehoboth traffic at this time of year, was the requirement to transport bagged trash and recyclables to a collection point by the main pool (not easily walked when carrying trash). You might want to to double bag and line your car seats for the trip - especially if you've got crab claws! We found out the hard way. This is perplexing, given that the single family homes on the street have curbside pickup. The spacious deck on the main floor provides a nice view of the pond and nighttime stars, but the neighbors renting next door took advantage of the apparent lack of smoking restrictions and made it all but unbearable to be out there. (Not something the owners can control, but just a heads up if you are sky viewers like we are). Overall, this was a beautifully furnished, thoughtfully equipped home with lots to offer. We hope to return!!

An amazing and incredible place! This absolutely delightful townhouse is decorated beautifully, and has so, so many extras. We used the bicycles every day (and yes, there were bike locks too). Went to the beach several times and took advantage of the beach chairs. The extra shower in the garage was key to cleaning off the sand afterwards. The kitchen is so well equipped – it was a pleasure to use good pots and pans, and dishes. Some vacation homes have kitchens equipped with stuff no one would use on a daily basis. Not 37325 Trent! The kitchen has excellent pots and pans, dishes, glassware – including lovely stemware. We took advantage of the pool and playground frequently too. Very close by. The beds are very comfortable, and again – bedrooms are charming. Lots of extra pillows too. We loved the baby gates since we had a 15-month-old with us. The board games came in handy too (on that one drizzling day). A very important fact in my book: you don’t have to go on the coastal highway to go to the boardwalk beach. The highway is so very busy and it is key that this place is situated in an area that sidesteps it. (For downtown anyway.) Many places are walkable: we walked to one of the outlets, and to Revelation Brewery. Diana and Scott were extremely helpful and responded quickly when I reached out to let them know I hadn’t followed through on requesting linens. And their messages prior to arrival were also helpful: where to turn to avoid traffic, places to go with children, etc., etc. I highly recommend this five-star townhouse!

This beautiful property has the spa e to accommodate large families. The pool and playground access were terrific for the kids. Access to the bike trails was fantastic. The shower in the garage makes coming home from the beach easy. The deck off the kitchen is fantastic for relaxation at dinner time. We highly recommend this property to families or even to multiple families that choose to vacation together. The host was responsive, polite, and extremely helpful. One of my best interactions with a VRBO host!

I can’t express enough how wonderful this property is. It was the perfect location and size for our group. We had several adults and children come together to enjoy an amazing beach vacation. The house was everything we expected and more. There was plenty of space, no one felt crowded. Beach chairs, toys, boogie boards and bikes available for use. Everything was organized and clean. It looked like no one had stayed there before us, but had such a warm, home like feel at the same time. Very close to everything, especially the outlets! Scott was always responsive from the start to any questions I had prior to and during the trip. I’m very thankful he recommended the Rusty Rudder restaurant. That night was a favorite of ours. He made the process of renting easy and enjoyable. Highly recommended and I would absolutely return! - Tara and friends/family

This home is in a lovely development with a great pool and easy trash removal. All the furniture was very comfortable and plenty of seating area. Spacious and open layout. Kitchen was set up well. Grill worked great. Bikes and beach chairs were very helpful. Just a great experience. Might want to bring a blue ray dvd player if you are old school like me. Ha, Ha. Thanks Scott! Great experience. Everyone was impressed with the location of this property and the accommodations. Beautiful master suite and plenty of space and fun activities for the kids!

This place met all of our needs, and more. The property owner thoughtfully included many extras, including beach chairs, beach toys and bicycles. The location is ideal. We would definitely stay here again, and most definitely recommend it!

We loved the house. It was spotless, well stocked and a convenient location to bike ride or drive to town within 10 minutes. It was the perfect space for our family of four and two guests. There was plenty of space and so many nice touches. We would highly recommend!

Myself I two others were down for a week of golf. The property was as described and Scott could not have been more responsive when we needed something. Would highly recommend the property and definitely would stay there again. Ron.
