an apartment for a family.

The apartment is ok, well-equipped, and elegant; the location is acceptable.

The apartment is for a family with children, in no case for two families. Even though there are two bathrooms, the rooms do not have a door/wall. The separation is done by a curtain. So, in no case can it be a question of sound insulation between the rooms. Since check-in is possible without going to the reception, I was asked to send the identity document and a copy of the credit card by email, which did not seem secure to me.

This is a beautiful room!

I liked having two separate areas for the bedrooms, the spaciousness, the beautiful bathroom and kitchen, and the quality of the facilities.

It’s not clear how to get a fan blowing in the bedroom. It got a little bit hot and stale. The curtains for the second bedroom was a little odd.

Great place to stay in Quebec City.

Comfortable bright and spacious apartment. Well equipped kitchen. Soundproofed, you hardly hear any noises. Good bed and great shower. Located close to city center. Supermarket, bakery, restaurants, bars and shops are around the corner.

I’m not a fan of cool white LED lights.

Great location for families, unless privacy inside the room is important.

The location was great and the rooms were super clean. We also liked that there was an elevator so there were no stairs.

We rented a two bedroom two bath to accommodate my son and his wife along with his mother-in-law. The bedrooms only have curtains separating the rooms. So, there was no real privacy like we expected. The management explained that fire codes don’t allow them to enclose the rooms in this property because there are no windows in the rooms. We ended up having to rent a third room.

Great value for the location.

Ir was clean, spacious and quiet. Nice decorated. Easy access to a parking lot.

The colours of the wall to dark and the bedrooms didn’t have doors only black curtains.

Beaucoup d’accessoires manquants : un seul verre à vin ? Pas d’ustensiles de cuisine, pas de chiffons / sopalins, etc. Il faut tout amener soi-même pour pouvoir cuisiner. Parking payant en face. Voisins bruyants dans notre cas. Il faut communiquer sa carte de crédit par e-mail avant d’avoir les informations d’accès au logement, processus peu securisé… Pourquoi cela n’est pas automatique avec Booking.com ?

Super de belles places, la deco étais parfaite, chaleureux, le plancher de la salle de bain en céramique chaude, le lit

Loft chaleureux, bien situé

De trouver un motton cheveux d une autre personne derrière la porte de salle de bain🤢le plancher avait quelques taches sales pas de linge de table ni linge de vaisselle. Ne pas avoir de rideaux opaques fais que les voisins de l autre immeuble nous voit bien, j aurai apprécier d avoir mon intimité.

Manque d’essuie vaisselle et torchons dans la cuisine Pas de napperons et napking Pas d’essuie tout. Rideaux trop transparents. Pas de store dans les fenêtres. Stationnement payant. Difficulté à faire fonctionner le guichet ds le stationnement.

Un des meilleurs lofts à Québec

Le loft est super clean, bien placé et bien équipé. Il y'a un parking juste en face, parfait pour un voyageur. Il est grand et exactement comme sur les photos. Un des meilleurs lofts à Québec avec un excellent rapport qualité/prix.

Il manque juste un placard pour les valises. 😀

J'ai adoré loger dans le penthouse !

Le penthouse est très agréable : l'agencement parfait, la vue sur la ville en général et La Fabrique en premier plan incroyables. L'emplacement est aussi très bon pour visiter Québec à pieds et les arrêts de bus sont au pied de l'immeuble.

La situation exceptionnelle de l'appartement en fait aussi son unique défaut à mon sens, puisque le bruit de la circulation est quand même très présent le jour comme la nuit. Des boules Quiès pourraient être mises à disposition sur les tables de nuit par exemple, comme le font d'autres établissements. Il n'y a pas de placards (ni de cintres) pour défaire sa valise et ranger ses vêtements mais cela ne m'a pas dérangé pour 3 nuits. Un presse-agrumes pourrait être ajouté et une éponge (en plus de la brosse à vaisselle mise à disposition). Voilà les points d'amélioration qui pourraient être apportés pour une expérience +++ Au-delà de ces remarques, mon séjour dans cet appartement était excellent et je renouvellerais l'expériences sans hésiter.

Beau loft qualitatif assez proche du centre

Bon emplacement pour visiter Québec. Tout peut se faire à pied. (15 mns de la porte St Jean) Le loft est spacieux très ajouré de grandes surfaces vitrées , bien agencé, beau design actuel, meubles de qualité, parking public facile bien que payant ( 18€/jour) sur la rue à côté. Personnel réactif et agréable.

Les détails du quotidien ne correspondent pas au standing attendu : pas d’interrupteur pour les lampes de chevet et donc devoir se lever pour les éteindre, équipement pour cuisine très basique et limité, pas de machine à café, aucun rangement pour les vêtements et valises , pas de possibilité d’avoir de l’air frais ( pas d’ouverture des vitrages).

Modern eingerichtete Ferienwohnung. Mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Zentral gelegen, das Kneipenviertel ist um die Ecke, die Altstadt fußläufig oder mit dem Bus schnell erreichbar.

Would come again with family!

Very clean and spacious apartment. Although the rooms didn’t have doors, the curtains were blackout.

Kitchen wasn’t fully equipped for basic cooking - no oil, no scrub to wash pots and pans (only a big brush was provided), no paper towels (only one dish cloth). The living room curtains should be thick. The sun tends to get quite bright during the day and it’s hard to sit in the living room. No cabinets to hang clothes, only a few hooks in the room. That could be a problem for stays longer than two nights. Couldn’t figure out how to control the air conditioning. Looked like the controls were in all the rooms but the AC didn’t seem to work in the bedrooms.

Bezahlbare Luxuswohnung

Frühstück war ja nicht enthalten, aber direkt vor der Tür ein Subway mit leckerem Kaffee und Frühstück. die Loft/ Wohnung übertraf unsere Erwartungen voll und war in den 3 Wochen Rundreise die edelste Wohnung überhaupt. Mit allem ausgestattet und liegt sehr gut.

A nice condo close to Old Quebec

The condo was nice and large and the building was very quiet. The beds were comfortable and sheets were crisp and clean. The bathrooms were large and shower was very nice.

There weren’t any closets or dressers. No where to hang clothes.

Great!

Clean, spacious, comfortable, and beautiful decor. Bathrooms were well equipped. Location is great, lots of coffee shops nearby. Also a very walkable region.

We got a two-bedroom room and I already knew that there are no actual walls/windows dividing them, only blackout curtains. But that means that sound leaks a lot between rooms. It was okay for us since we already expected it, but something to keep in mind.
