SPACIOUS APARTMENT WITH A PARISIAN ATMOSPHERE

Everything was wonderful. The owner was very responsive and helpful. Good location. The apartment is spacious and equipped with everything we needed

The apartment is located on the 1st floor and it was quite noisy even though I knew this ( because I had read other reviews) it was unpleasant. Otherwise, a cleaning of the sofa and the carpet would be welcome for other visitors.

Great flat, very friendly and supportive owner

Edgar was very friendly, supportive and made us feel very welcome. The location is centrally located to Montmatre, many restaurants, bars, bakery & supermarket are close by.

We were 7. 1 more toilet would have been great - but this was on us as we didn't read carefully.

Very enjoyable. Communication was excellent. Would certainly recommend.

Very comfortable rooms. Very good facilities. Lots of towels and complimentary tote bag and chocolates was a nice surprise.

Noise from street very early disturbed sleep.

Nice apartment, interesting hood, but much too loud

Very attractive hood

The bathroom was stinking.It was very loud in the late evening and the very early morning. We can’t get no sleep.

Exceptional

Constant communication with host, comfortable bed, pleasant sheets, view form the room, the street is alive, we enjoyed this, we chose it because it is our favourite area in Paris, for the ones enjoying local day-to-day life. The kitchen/living is a nice place for having the coffee with friends and plan for the day, for this we had all we needed. The coffee machine is a capsule based one. The shower and toilet are in separate rooms which is good. It is located close to 2 metro stations, and car/uber accessible, The fruit shop across the street is a joy for taste and eye. It was a great stay and we fully enjoyed it.

We missed an added set of smaller towels, but we survived :), hangers for towels in the toilet room would be helpful.

No AC so needed windows open but very loud at nighttime from people on the streets.

Lovely, well located apartment. Great communication. A few minor issues - but nothing terrible.

The property is a great size for larger families. It’s situated in a really great area full of restaurants and shops and you’re perfectly located for most of Paris’s attractions. Everything is clean, the beds are comfortable (not always the case in European apartments!) and the kitchenette is well stocked. The staff were very helpful and accommodating, communication was excellent and we had no problem arranging the collection / drop off of keys, leaving luggage etc.

There are a couple of signs of wear and tear here and there (damage on the sofa bed, front door knob, flooring etc.) - nothing terrible, but it could do with some repair and upgrading here and there. There was also a bit of a stale smell in the apartment which seemed to be coming from the orange bathroom (although we didn’t use it). It faded when the windows were opened. Overall it didn’t bother us too much. Also, if you’re a light sleeper, bring earplugs! Two of the bedrooms are on a busy road which has lots of people, motorbikes and cars - and you’re pretty close to the noise.

Great location and pretty apartment!

it is located in a perfect neighborhood! Supermarket, fruit shop and all kinds of bakery places are just downstairs. The apartment is pretty, well decorated and spacious for 5 people.

The two bedrooms facing the street are quite noisy but this has been flagged by other guests in their comments, so this was not a surprise. And there were ear plugs provided for use.

Nice beds, and its location at the rue des martyrs, a street Full of Bakeries, Cheese and fish stores. Nespresso coffee machine with cups

excellent location, although a bit noisy. touristic spots in walking distance. the host was very helpful. very clean. coffee machine with coffee tabs was appreciated :-)

living room small, and therefore no comfortable seating for 4 people - this however is a rather minor issue

Exceptional

The apartment is overwhelmingly beautiful and well equipped. I have rarely experienced such a welcoming host who constantly cares about you during your stay. Located in a very lively spot in Monmartre, you sleep well and quietly. Perfect beds. Many interesting sights within walking distance (Sacre coeur, Pigalle, Moulin Rouge, Louvre). Fabulous bakeries, charcouterie, fromagerie and other food stores around. Inviting cafés and restaurants nearby. Clubs in walking distance. We'll definitely come back.

Excellent stay in the heart of Paris!

It was just a perfect stay! The location is fantastic - just few steps to famous Rue des Martyrs where you can find a lot of local gastronomical shops. The flat is clean, pretty big (for the center of Paris) and well equipped.

The only one thing is the noise from the super-live street on the morning - vegetables, fish, meat stores prepare to be opened at 7am. But it can be expected because of the location. Actually it not a big issue - on another hand you can feel the city rhythm :)
