Yen is fantastic !

the best part was the lady at the front desk (her name is Yen) who seemed to have managed the hotel, she took care of everything. and was super helpful.

the hotel is located in a nearly completely abandoned subdivision. most buildings are desolate and exposed to the elements. the hotel itself has issues which should be addressed (pictures) there are not a lot of choices for food nearby and most places need to be driven to with taxi unless you rent a motorbike, but still you have to drive 20-30 min to pretty much all the interesting places in any direction

The people were very nice, friendly and helpful. They helped us find a restaurant and book our transport. The room is big and well equipped.

The hotel was clean every time, very close to a beautiful beach and the girl at the reception (My Yen) and her friend Sam were absolutely amazing. My Yen helped us with everything we needed, showed us around and made our stay pleasant. She is a very happy little human :)

The best service ever in Phu Quoc. The receptionist was so lovely,support us a lot! Good service suitable for the price, cannot expect more than that. Provide taxi pickup at Airport with very low price! Forgot my phone on the chair outside! But they kept it for me!!!

Difficult to contact, especially on Booking. If u have special demand, should contact by phone. In a very uncrowded area,the view from balcony was quite scary tbh. Need to ask her how to use warm water,connect TV, it works!

Pros: The service was exceptional. Close to the beach. Very comfy bed. Clean rooms. Cons: Area lacked restaurants & was far from the city (about 10km)

Good location, great staff, beautiful beach.

The receptionist was very nice and helped with everything. You are very lucky to have such staff! The location is good, 8-9 minutes to the beautiful sea.

Some rooms smelled of damp. Our room smelt, but Mom didn't.

Pleasant

The lobby looks very nice. The room is fairly big and clean. The beach that is a short walk from the hotel is very nice, with calm and clean water.

Everything felt sloppy and the area of the hotel felt abandoned, with not much to do around. The checking was slow and after that we didn't see anybody at the reception for the next 3 days. While cleaning the room, they always left the balcony door open, which let mosquitoes and other insects come inside the room. There was no 'Do not disturb' sign which we could use to skip cleaning. Power outlets are not conveniently placed. The provided slippers were dirty and not even the same size. The essentials were few and honestly looked like they were collected from other hotels. No hand/face towels were provided.

Among the many hotels in this area it is for sure one of the better ones

the staff is friendly and even though they cannot speak good English they will try to help you. the rooms are clean

the hotel is only surrounded by other hotels and there is not a lot happening in this area. the restaurants, bars, markets are in the city which is a 20 minute drive from the hotel. there is a beach close to the hotel but it is very trashy (as of May 2022). I hope this will change once tourism picks up again

Green Tree Good value

The beach was only 500 meters down the road. The hotel is new so everything is fresh. The included breakfast was adequate but we did wonder why it wasn't served on the main floor lobby area. Lots of seating there.

As the area is just being developed it was a bit of an industrial wasteland. Very few services were available close by - one coffee shop. There were no services associated with our hotel at the beach. This means no specific seating area. Most of the sitting area on the beach front was set aside for other hotels. Bring something to put on the sand.
