Beautifully appointed unit in perfect location!

Fathoms 2 is a fabulous unit in lovely complex in a garden setting complete with pool and across the road from the beach. It was exceptionally clean, well equipped and very comfortable for our family. Highly recommend!

Spacious, comfortable, across from the beach

Fully functional kitchen including dishwasher; basic cleaning supplies available. Very clean, spacious and comfortable. Comfortable beds and linens. A/C in main and ceiling fan, pedestal fan in second bedroom. Large bathroom with full bath and large shower. Washing machine, dryer, airer and pegs was very convenient. TV, DVDs, games, tennis equipment. Ground floor apartment made it easy access to walk across the road to the beach. Nice pool and tennis court.

Not much! Garage is convenient, however difficult to fit a 4WD ute in. Minimal visitor parks or other places to park.

A large & very clean apartment...we would definitely stay again.

The location was perfect for us...close to the beach & local Cafe.

The lounges were not very comfortable & we needed to sit on extra cushions as you tended to sink too deep & far back when sitting on them.

A great place to stay for families.

Very nice and spacious apartment close to the beach. The kitchen is well stocked and lots of books, games and sport equipment to keep the kids entertained.

Our keys were meant to be in the lock box but it wasn't there where we arrived. The office was closed so we had to call the general number which took a while to get through. However, someone came within 10 mins to the office to give us the keys and was very apologetic for what happened.

Mattresses in second room are very old need to be urgently replaced. So old that you are sleeping on the bed springs. Check in requirement by Mollymook Milton to email a digital copy of Drivers Licence or Passport and Credit Card even though I booked with Booking.com dangerous and dangerous and possibly unlawful. Offshore reminders resembled a scam. MM reluctantly agreed for me to give this information in person, but I will not book with them again for this reason.

nice for small family stay for a few weeks in lovely mollymook.

Great kitchen, had everything we needed. bedroom was comfy and wifi pretty good, was able to work from there. quite enjoyed a few weeks here. Feels like a family made it nice for themselves and in doing so nice for guests!

touch expensive at this time of year for smaller family, and pool and shared facilities needed a little more love, but was all in all pretty great.

Loved this place

The facilities were great. It had everything we needed and more. I didn't need to take as much as I did because the unit supplied so many things. It was very clean and comfortable. There was plenty of room for the 2 of us but it would still be comfy for a family. Pool and tennis court on site. The grounds and gardens were very tidy and well presented. The location was perfect, just across the road and we were on the beach and a short walk to cafes. The golf club was nearby and a 3 minute drive to get groceries. We will definitely love to visit again

Beautiful stay in Mollymook.

This is across the road from the beach so you can walk to and from the beach. Outside shower to wash off. The apartment was spacious and well appointed.

The kitchen had no fresh dishcloths, no dishwasher tablets. The central bedroom could be hot in summer I would imagine with no ceiling fan. The master and lounge both have AC- so it could cool down the whole area if the bedroom doors were left open.

No dedicated on-site parking BBQ was advertised yet couldn’t turn it on nor were we given info on how to do this Pool toilet looked like it hadn’t been cleaned or maintained for a while
