This three bedroom, three bathroom, ski in ski out condo is nestled just below the Corridor Trail which connects the Mary Jane side of Winter Park Resort back to the main base area and features all the modern amenities your group could want. Warm up in the open living room and watch the snow fall. Cook dinner and entertain in the gourmet kitchen. And rest easy in one of the three immaculate bedrooms. Ready to get outside? Walk out your door to the heated walkway to the Corridor Ski Trail and ski down to the base of Mary Jane.

This condo was perfect setting for me, my two college aged sons and four of their college friends. It accommodated 7 "men" easily as there were 7 beds. The location was excellent as it was truly ski in/out. Access was so easy: we came back for lunch daily. Beds were comfy, hot tub was excellent. The kitchen had tons of glasses and dishware so we weren't constantly doing dishes. We cooked all our meals. Grill (outside) got hot enough to sear steaks. Parking was easy, TV was awesome. Check in was super easy. The management team was accessible, though we never needed them. Heat/fireplace was great. Lots of supplies in kitchen (paper towels, foil, plastic bags) We left lots of stuff like olive oil, brownie mix etc - hopefully others can benefit. Would strongly recommend Winter Park as well as this condo. Skiing was excellent.

I truly enjoyed staying at this home. It was perfect for my experience and guest who are not as mobile and agile and could easily navigate with the elevator, parking and home situated on one level. It was absolutely beautiful and accommodating and I look forward to renting again. Take care

The house is spectacular! Plenty of room for my family which includes 4 adult children. The Management Co was communicative and left nothing to wonder about. The checkin process was smooth. We couldn't have asked for a better stay.

We have been to Winter Park a few times but this was our favorite place so far. Ski on and off for intermediate/advanced skiers was key for our group as we love the Parsen Bowl and Mary Jane ski areas. And the Lift is very accessible so when we wanted to go bar hopping in Winter Park we didn't have to worry about driving. Loved the communal hot tub which we used every day apres ski and the BBQ area was great when we wanted to make burgers for dinner one night. Staff was very responsive checked on us a few times to make sure we had everything we needed. One unexpected benefit was the rental and tune shop next store which did a great job tuning up our skis and boards. Thanks for a great stay!

We really enjoyed our stay at Chill 303! The condo was probably the nicest we have ever stayed at as a family and me personally (I have been going to Colorado skiing over 35 years) It was clean, smelled good, and has all the modern amenities you could ask for. The hot tub is a nice feature after a long hard day on the slopes. The master bathtub was a jacuzzi style and made recovery of tired sore legs super easy. The fireplace gets the living room toasty and sets a nice mood along with the beautiful views of the snow covered trees. This was a fantastic vacation and when we come back to WP, we will stay at Chill again! The one draw back as others have stated is the staircase you have to climb to get to the ski run in the morning (this is the reason we didn't rate it excellent) A little trick is to wear like crocs or flip flops and carry your ski boots and put them on at the top and through your shoes into your backpack and go! This will save your feet, ankles and legs a lot of extra work (we wish we would have figured this out earlier) Also, be aware that you can only get home in the evening by coming from the Mary Jane side and there are no easy runs (either blue or black diamond ) to do this. My daughter and her friend could not ski Mary Jane due to the difficulty of the runs so just be aware of this, no biggie if your a good skier. Overall, we had a wonderful time and we highly recommend staying at Chill 303!

Chill 303 was a beautiful home for my family as we gathered for my daughter's destination wedding. Spacious and great bathroom amenities/products. Would consider staying here again if in Winter Park. Slightly warm as no AC but fresh air kept it manageable.

Winterpark in Summer
The condo I rented for the family was clean with comfy beds and was stocked with necessities. The host was personable and wanted to make our experience pleasant. Winterpark in the summer provides hiking trails and many bicycle trails as well as the alpine slide, miniature golf, childrens rope course, and stores. We had a nice time and Denver just an hour away provided more experiences. I would stay again.

Fantastic Place
What an amazing place. Top to bottom great stay. First and most importantly the actual condo is amazing. The amenities are nice too. The grill did not work and the treadmill/pool did not work. But those minor issues DO NOT outweigh how nice this place was for our family.

Exceeded Expectations
I don't leave reviews much, but they are extremely beneficial for booking your next vacation, and our experience was so wonderful I had to share! Everything was like pushing the easy button…communication was great and everyone was so accommodating…convenience was there in service is management company and location of property! We came in May when slopes were still open to fit in one more ski of the summer…even though Ironhorse lifts were already closed, short drive to Mary Jane base and could still ski back in to this condo! Linens were excellent (extremely important to us), kitchen had everything we needed, ski lockers were perfect, parking was right by elevator, and we used the pool and hot tub! Couldn't have asked for anything better. Thank you, Winter Park Lodging Company!!

My wife and I loved the condo! Very comfortable! I cold live there actually! We would definitely want to reserve that unit again.
The only negative I would have to say is the walkway and stairs to the corridor trail. That's a tough hike in ski boots and carrying skis and poles!

3 generation ski trip.
The location and spaces were perfect for the group. We had skiers and snow boarders that loved being able to take off as they wanted and return when each needed. The little one wasn't out yet so Grandma stayed in with him and enjoyed the views.
The kitchen was so easy to work in and exceptional amount of cookware and dinnerware. We have been to several places in the past that did not compare to the kitchen setup at Chill 303.
I really appreciated coming into a place with an empty refrigerator so we could load it up with our food. Also many seating spaces for eating and relaxing.
The bedrooms and bathrooms were very clean and beautifully appointed.
We could not have had a better place for our first family ski trip in 2 years.

We were very impressed with the condo itself. Everything looked brand new. It was well stocked with a lot of kitchen items for our baking needs. Extra nice touch with the gift basket and handwritten note. A couple of suggestions 1) add a skillet for making pancakes. 2) the glass shower door in master bedroom needs adjusting. We could not get it to swing out, making it very hard to get in an out. 3) the combo door lock did not work correctly so the winter park resort folks had to give us their master code till they got it fixed. 4) the elevator broke down every day, Sometimes more than once, making the steps to the third floor exhausting. 5) the plentiful supply of paper towels and TP was a nice touch. 6) Even though there were some hiccups during the stay. The Winter park resort hosts were very attentive to our needs and responded in a timely manner and apologizing when appropriate for any difficulties we may have had. You have very nice place with lots of potential.

Beautiful Condo
The condo was impeccable. Very relaxing after a day of skiing. One note, if the Mary Jane slopes are not open then you can't ski into the property. The corridor was open so we could ski to the village and took the free shuttle back to the condo. The walk from the village was short enough that without gear/kids it was very doable.

Chill 303 was perfect in every way. Our family of 7 (including children ranging in age from 7-16) all loved it! The condo was clean, modern and well stocked. We will definitely stay here again!

Great Condo
We loved chill 303. We appreciated how clean the condo was when we arrived. The ice maker was frozen and not working when we arrived but maintenance came that evening and brought us ice and fixed the problem. We had everything we needed to enjoy the week.

Excellent stay at Chill 303
A group of close friends and I vacationed at Chill 303 back in January of 2020. The condo was well-furnished and cozy. We all greatly enjoyed our time there and the close access to the Winter Park resort. We will definitely be looking into this rental again once it becomes possible to do so.

Feb stay
Very nice condo, great location- no complaints at all. if we had to give one suggestion, we would suggest to have a few more hooks/ rack for coats, etc. in the hallway leading to the Kitchen. Also, bedrooms were quite hot, not easy to bring temps down with thermostat. Other then that, we had an excellent stay! Thanks again!

CHILLAXING Ski Vacation!
We had two families stay in Chill 303. Lots of luxury finishes. The beds were comfy and the location was amazing. We loved having two masters and the full-size bunks were perfect for our teenage boys. Winter Park Lodging Company made shopping easy by providing some key staples in the condo. Steps to Mary Jane made getting to the base convenient for the skiers. If you didn't want to wait for the bus, it's a short walk to the village. The lockers and the hot tub were a hit! So convenient. WPLC provided assistance anytime we needed anything. Great Service! I do have a recommendation regarding ski/board clothing. Lots of hooks and a bench would be a wonderful addition to the entry of the condo. Seven adult size pants, coats & gear were strung everywhere during the week to dry. Not a place to hang or place all the extra clothing. It would be a wonderful addition to the beautiful condo. Thank WPLC for another great ski vacation in Winter Park. Already looking forward to booking with you again next year!

Lots to love
We stayed here in early February and loved it. Two couples and three kids and it was more than enough room for us. The living room has gorgeous windows that really showcase the trees & snowy landscape. Great beds and large, modern bathrooms. We cooked in one night and the kitchen is fully stocked and very high-end. It was really easy to walk out and up the heated path to the Corridor (green) trail to ski down to the base. Even the kids could do it! We made sure to use the hot tub and watch the stars at night (!!!) and there's a workout pool. We had a small issue with the lock and Winter Park Lodging Company talked us through it right away. Can't recommend them or this condo enough!
