One of the worst hotel experiences won't ever go there

Nothing !!! can't think of anything I like except the fact that I found somewhere to sleep and woke up happy won't be spending another night there

1. Towel and toilerites are a big probelm ... you ask them for towel ,it's an issue ... they left you with 2 small towel 😂 to clean up with ... only one toilet roll ... The bed was a joke not in any shape or form comfortable... the space was like a quick money making room without any care for the customer .. The TV is just there but no connection 😂 you can't watch any channel..we can't even search cos the channels ain't working 😂 I wouldn't recommend this place . Best for your very own convenience, pay for the best so you can get the best service and convenience

Great rooms if you don't let reception turn you off

A very large, clean room with big bathroom and a view over the city. Close to public transportation.

The check in process was tedious - we were supposed to check in on line but needed Wi-Fi to do that.... The reception area was quite sketchy and they wanted to give us a different (and inappropriate) room to the one we booked. So after some confusion and negotiating we had our "original" room again which, to our great surprise, was big, clean, and very nice. It's too bad that the reception area (if you can call it that) is not at all representative of the quality of the rooms! But id rather have it this way around... ;)

- La cama muy cómoda y limpia. - Súper bien comunicado. La estación está a 2min del hotel y con la Elisabeth line estás en 30min en el centro. - Supermercados muy cerca. - No tiene moqueta. - La habitación tenía una nevera, kettle, etc - Personal agradable y check in y check out súper rápido.

- Una almohada por persona y una sola mesilla. - Para quien le importe: estuvimos de miércoles a lunes y solo limpian la habitación viernes (nos avisaron cuando hicimos el check in) - Las habitaciones son mucho más pequeñas de lo que parece en las fotos. Las paredes están llenas de manchas, rozaduras etc. - Para quien le importe: en la tv solo se veía un canal (no avisamos, seguro que podrían solucionarlo) - La ducha a penas tiene potencia. Si tienes el pelo largo olvídate de poder lavártelo bien. - El wifi muy lento. - La ventana de la habitación había que abrirla con un palo porque está a 2m del suelo. - La limpieza podría ser mejor. No es terrible pero se veían manchas extrañas en el baño, butaca, mesa. - Los ascensores no han pasado una revisión en años. - Como hotel familiar no se yo; los rellanos huelen ;)

Great value for money and i'd probably stay again

Large room, comfortable bed & good bathroom. I stayed for work so wasn't in the room much, other than to sleep. Its set up like flats, which was slightly confusing, but the room was secure & other guests quiet, meaning it wasn't a problem.

My room over looked the market place, where the stall holders were setting up early (about 4.30am), however I probably only noticed as i had the window open.

It’s good value for money if you’re looking for someplace to stay outside central London and with access to the train and metro station.

The area felt a bit dodgy at night, with lots of noise coming from the street. It could have been cleaner, it was a bit dusty.

The stains on the furniture and the lamps, some of the staff not the receptionist they were great. The mouse outside my window every night.

Good clean room. Central to lots of food. I'd stay again if in the area.

Super clean. Great wifi. Good price. Location is right in the middle of Woolwich, right beside the square. Tons of food places right out the door.

It's a slightly odd place. Rooms off at the end of the earth compared to the reception. But all I wanted was a room.

Location is cool. The property is directly opposite the train station, so easy accessibility to city centre.

Our room didn't have a kitchenette.

Nice en suite, even though the shower was cold and under powered

Lifts broken, lots of stairs with luggage and no warning prior - would be unfortunate if somebody was unable to take the stairs. The shower was cold and under pressured, the temperature control didn’t work. Was told we needed to bring a £100 cash deposit which was ridiculous, we withdrew the money but they didn’t even ask for it. Complained and asked for a partial refund but haven’t heard back - will be escalating to booking.com.

All round very disappointing and not suitable for a young family! Should not be advertised as a family room!

Room was fairly spacious.

No bath in a family room is unacceptable!! Paying higher than average for a family room to arrive drenched by rain with two small children to find out there is no bath, having to bath them at a friend’s house is just unacceptable. What’s more, the bath was there just covered up with a piece of wood, so we can only imagine it was a rodent problem!! Secondly, although the bedding was freshly made the floor was clearly not freshly mopped, our feet were filthy after walking around in the room. Sofa old and knackered, blinds only came up slightly but also didn’t block out light at all so still broad daylight when shut - again not great for a ‘family room’ trying to get little ones to sleep. Staff onsite have been pleasant but not really able to help. The written response i received was ‘we’re very sorry about that’ and the receptionist was only able to advise that the manager is unavailable for a while! It’s only when I’ve called afterwards that I’ve been given an ‘info@‘ email address to reach the manager! Still I’m dubious my complaint will ever reach the right person and even be responded to! Plus I’ve been advised that if my booking didn’t actually state there was a bath then my complaint isn’t valid. Even though the photos on the booking show baths in the property!!

Comfortable stay, great location

Good sized room with a comfortable bed. Very clean and modern property. Brilliant location for commuting. Friendly and helpful staff. I will be staying there again when visiting Excel and O2 next.

Room facilities need improving. The bedside table lamp did not work, and the hairdryer was broken, but it worked. The portable fan was noisy but was replaced promptly. No ironing board provided with the iron.

the rooms a big I really enjoyed because i came with my kids. very clean, modern bathrooms, so lovely. the hope is just infront of the Woolwich treinstation, all shops around , buses, everything you would think of is accessible around. i was so happy and looking forward coming back

Beautiful building, large room .

Very dirty floor in the room , non opening window 😞. Not updated website,no bath like is published. Was disappointed cose that was one of exiting when I saw it before I booked room. They give apologise....

Hotell is near a main road and the train station which is great for travelling around london but it was quiite noisy at night
