Fake Hotel-wish i could give 0star.

Nothing is good here

I have booked this room in booking.com and connected with the oyo for budget amount and when i have make it to the hotel they have charged me around double the amount and they are not accepting online transaction, i was forced to take up the room because i was in a hurry and no time to look for new rooms,They are using the online platforms showing budget friendly rooms to get the customers. Even i have talked to the oyo customer care and they even can’t help me because the Hotel name is even fake in receipt . Not recommended to any of the travellers. This is fake!!!

Great view from the outside

Iam not able to check in and I paid full amount they are not giving back the refund. They updated like Iam checked in but actually Iam not they are behave rudely and said get out from here like that. This is biggest scam. So don’t book anyone via online go directly and book it. Compare to online less price only

Cheating people for money, with bad service, maintenance, and not honest

Central location

Service, maintenance, smelly toilet cheating people ....receipt received in other hotel name ...I paid 4 times more the quoted price, the atitude of the front desk you pay the price we quote and get the room. Did not receive the receipt for the advance money which was paid

Only the location of the hotel which was nearer to the Chennai Central railway station

1. The staff is arrogant & manner less behaviour, 2. The hotel is not family friendly, only the couple (unmarried) are checking in which make me embarassed infront of my family as I only booked 3. Hotel should mention that it is of OYO otherwise I could never be booked this 4. Paid overcharges here

There's nothing to like here, the hot water wasn't hot enough rooms were not clean and there is a price mismatch, they charged us extra saying you wouldn't get a room for this cost, if so why list it in the first place with that price we would've gone for another alternative if it was not in our budget, very dissatisfied

Waste of time and no neat ness, getting very bad smell. Totally waste.

The owner of lodge is not accepted the fare of OYO bookings, and he demanded extra amount from me. I paid Rs. 400/- excess, since i reached there with my family and small kid at about 10-00 P.M., and he refused to give room under OYO booking. However, it is very far around 2 K.M. from the main road and it is not good place for family and neighboring houses are family persons.

It is not recommended for staying with family. It is very far from the main road as well as city also. Don't bring your family to this hotel, there is no food facilities near to this lodge. for food you have to go around 2 K.M. from this lodge.
