The interior design of the hotel as a whole and the room itself was altogether very lovely and looked very clean, well-kept and inviting.

Okay place, really rude staff

First of all the rooms may not have all the facilities listed on booking. Secondly, the staff are really rude. I asked about the mini fridge that was missing in the room and they said that they have no idea what’s listed on booking and they don’t care. After that they have said “you’d have been better booking straight from us because it would have been cheaper”. Just a general feeling of rudeness and not giving a ….

Recommended for people whose want to go shopping

Our room was comfy and the Wi-Fi was good. We love the design of the hotel and there is a grocery store and super fancy shopping center close to the hotel.

The air conditioning isn’t working properly on night. It makes the room a little bit hotter than outside. 7-10 mins walk to any bus station

A lovely, well-designed hotel in a quiet location

A lovely, well-designed hotel in a quiet location, perfect for a short and restful stay. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the atmosphere feels welcoming.

My only comment is that the mattress was too soft for my liking, but that is a surely a matter of personal preference and not a major drawback.

The location is good and it was clean.

I allegedly got a room upgrade but I could not stand up in the shower due to a low ceiling. The curtains over the windows were nearly see through.

I would probably go back to this hotel

a very cozy hotel, looks like a designer job, close to city centre, a very nice room with bathtub in the bedroom and the room was like in the pictures. Loved it!

I booked for 3 people but I had no bedding for the sofa, just a duvet, we arrived very tired at 3am so I did bother asking about, especially when is no phone in the room. The shower drain was emptying very slow so had to do a very quick shower, but after I figured out that the shower tap was hot on the blue side and cold on the red side. 🤔 I had the room at floor 5 and my keycard wasn’t working so had to go down to reception to ask for a quick check but the 2 reception girls were dealing with requests of 1 guest, so ignored me. All this time my family was waiting for me outside the room. Service is something they definitely have to work on!!

Lovely boutique hotel, rooms spacious and extremely comfy. Would highly recommend
