Perfect accommodation, great host.

Great location only 15 mins walk to the town centre. The apartment was spacious for the 2 of us. Very comfortable and plenty of extra pillows and duvets to have for the sofa bed. Stephen was quick to answer any questions we had and even left us tea, coffee, milk and some croissants for our stay. There is parking at the flat but first come first served. However the road outside and all adjoining roads have free street parking, we didn’t have issues parking over our stay. It’s a nice location so we didn’t worry about the car at all. There is a petrol station with an M&S cafe right next door which was very handy! We will definitely be back.

Good stay

The host bought for us some milk and pastries as a welcome gift. The house it's super nice decorated.

The sofa bed wasn't really comfortable and duvet for the sofa bed should be bigger because it didn't cover all the bed.

home from home

The flat was like staying at a home from home, I have to say it's one of the homiest flats I ever stayed in. It made you feel relaxed and the guide left by the host was very useful with lots of local recommendations. I really liked the interior photos and prints being from a local artist too. The flat is bigger than the photos show, and it is very comfortable. It also had all the things you need. the host left us some milk in the fridge, and also some hot cross buns (it was an easter break). There is also tea and coffee, and other things like salt, pepper, oil etc available to use, The location is great; a short walk into town, a short walk to the race course and just a short drive to the surrounding area. The parking is great, and if no space in the parking spaces, there is parking across the road which is free and easy to get a spot (unless it a Cheltenham football club home match) 2 shops within 50meters of the flat so you can grab any bits you need, The host was very responsive when we asked a question. One of the unique things was the cleaning products were available so we could clean as we made a mess, (as you do with 2 kids) I would stay here again on my next trip.

Just be prepared that the back window looks onto a business yard, but the view from the kitchen window was good.

Nice place to rest and relax.

The flat was clean and had everything we needed. Parking wasn't great, but this was a problem we found all over England, not just here. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Apartment is well decorated and spacious. Kitchen was well equipped. Nice to be able the windows and keep the air flow in covid situation.

Location is off center. There is no restaurant within walking distance. The description said private parking, there are several parking spaces in front of the apartment, but during the 3 days we stayed, the spaces were never open. Luckily there were enough street parking space across the street. Full size bed in the bedroom was kind of small. There was no bath gel/soap provided. There was some problem with the front door key. It took us 3-5min to open the front door every time.

Lovely apartment for a Cheltenham stay

We loved how clean and comfortable the apartment was. It had everything you needed. Stephen was a very good host. Even left us milk, cereal and croissants for our first morning.

One minor niggle was the kitchen blind was broken and therefore the morning light woke our granddaughter, who slept on the sofa bed, very early.

Superb

The flat was a lot more spacious than i thought it would be, and the bed was super comfy. In a great location a short walk from town and with free on street parking. All the pre check out information was clear.

The property was a little tricky to find but only because the building didn't seem to have a number clearly shown on the outside (and it was dark!), but everything else perfect

Exceptional

Lovely little apartment. Steven our host was great. We had some goodies left for us and the kitchen was well stocked with everything you could need. Bed was comfy , plenty of clean towels . It was ideal for a 2 night stay.

We came away feeling that we'd had a relaxing stay.

It certainly is in a great position, not far from the centre. There was a petrol station nearby with an M&S shop. We were attending an event at the racecourse which was just a short drive away. Communication by Stephen was good prior to our visit. After our visit he contacted us to say we had left some items, which he promptly returned to us. One item was hair straighteners and as anyone will know life without them becomes an emergency! We greatly appreciated Stephens efforts. The apartment was very well equipped, modern, and comfortable. We were able to have a hot drink and a snack on arrival thanks to supplies left by Stephen. Next time we're in Cheltenham we shall certainly book this apartment if available.

I can't think of anything that we didn't like.

Great host, lovely apartment

The apartment was lovely. Spacious, clean with comfortable beds, fantastic location with a ten minute walk to town. The host was first class too he was constantly in touch making sure our stay was enjoyable. He also left a great guide of places to eat and things to do in Cheltenham. As a football fan I always like to visit the stadiums of every town or city I visit so it was nice the Cheltenham Town stadium is only a 5 minute walk away.

There are builders working next door but that said you couldn't hear them

Cosy flat in a great part of Cheltenham

Loved the decor and comfy extras. Plus loved the M&S biscuits left for us and the host...great guy! Great location and had parking.

Would like more space to put things in bathroom. Now being very picky, a full length mirror somewhere would be great.

An enjoyable short break.

Good location, quite close to Pittville Park & short walk to city centre. The building was on quite a busy road but as the flat was in the rear of the property we didn't hear any noise. Although there was a problem with the radiator in the living room area (due to a minor leak) the flat was still warm with the heating on & the use of an electric radiator in the living room. There was plenty of hot water & the shower worked well. There was tea & coffee plus the owner had left milk in the fridge & croissants & short bread biscuits which was very kind.

There were two minor points. Personally, it would have been nice to have curtains as well as blinds in the bedroom or blackout blinds. We found it got light in the bedroom quite early in the morning. My husband found one pillow too low & two too high. One pillow was fine for me.

Very pet friendly. Good communication from host.

It was a great place, perfect for 2 of us and the dog. Had everything we needed and more with croissants provided. Location was good enough for us as it was only short walk to the big park for the dog. We didnt walk to the town centre but it didnt seem far away! Theres limited parking right outside but we managed to get a space easily everytime if not there is parking on the street right out the front.
