Beautiful newer house with plenty of space and beach view. The hot tub at nights was awesome and for once great wifi on the island!

Location is perfect across from a small public beach. The house has a gate on the porch for the dog to hang out while enjoying the hot tub. The private shower under the house was fantastic after beach trips. Much has been updated in the house. A few fixes would give it 5 stars, such as the master bedroom door catches on the floor when opened, ants kept coming in through cracks in the kitchen counters, no steamer in the kitchen, and the kitchen utensil drawer is doesn’t slide in at our very well at all.

Great home, clean upon arrival, plenty of soap, toilet paper, paper towels, bath towels and dish soap. If you like filtered water bring it with you. We also brought all our groceries because we felt the restaurant options were limited. Will stay here again!

Our family loved our Picture Perfect Dauphin Island get away (kids, parents, and grandparents). The property was wonderful, I'd say even better than the online pictures. Beach access was right across the street. The hot tub was a huge perk, especially in the cooler evenings. I would suggest stocking up on some food prior to arrival if able. There are a few convenience stores on the island, but groceries are somewhat limited for a group. We most enjoyed grilling and cooking at the house, but did venture out a couple nights for take out pizza and dinner (make reservations for sit down restaurants). Overall we had an amazing time and would highly recommend booking this property!

We loved Dauphin Island! It was the perfect home away from home. The house is beautiful, sparkling clean and very spacious with incredible views. We loved being close to the beach. The beach is very nice here and not terribly crowded at all. The deck and hot tub was wonderful. We enjoyed it so much. The 4 bedrooms and bathrooms are well equipped and pretty, the living room couches were very comfortable. We cooked a few times and were especially grateful for the outstanding kitchen, which is really beautiful and well stocked with lots of good cooking pots and pans, plates, and glasses. The kitchen was very functional.
Perfect house and location for a peaceful vacation. We look forward to our next trip here! Highly recommended!

Cons - There a was dog poop around the exterior of the property. Also dog hair in the washing machine. I did not know how to unlock the elevator or hot tub.

Picture perfect was everything we hoped it would be and more. The house was clean and well layed out. Our location was perfect with the bay out our back door and the beach just out our front. We found everything we needed at the house to cook and grill. Plenty of towels were available and the hot tub was an added bonus!! From the first we walked into the home we were impressed with the layout, beauty, cleanliness, and view of the beach and surf. The big table was perfect for our family of 10. The two couches very comfy. The porch was amazing as was the hot tub. Awesome to have outside water hoses to wash off everything. We used the washer and dryer which was also nice to have available. The only issue we had was with the outdoor grill but it was remedied very quickly. We liked being just a few steps from the beach and not on the beach itself as it felt more private. Highly recommend!

Beautiful view--inside and out. The accommodations were luxurious. Vacasa responded immediately when we couldn't get one of the tvs to work, and neighbors were very helpful when our car got stuck in the sand. We will recommend this to friends and family.

Our stay at Dauphin Island.
The house was very nice and when the hot tub went into sleep mode, it was fixed within 24 hours.
One of the couples found sand in their dresser. Another couple said there was mold starting to grow in their bathroom.
And in the bunk bed room the shower head was pulled. Out like someone had hung on it.
Also we would suggest maybe more toilet paper.

Winter Wonder Sand
We loved everything about it! Best location on that sugar white sand. The house was super spacious! Awesome beach front hot tub! Fully equipped kitchen and great table for family games. We love the sun beaming through the window sunrise to sunset! Our dogs had a blast romping around on the deck!

Gorgeous Gulf and Bay views!
Beautiful large home in a gorgeous and quiet location. Flexible sleeping arrangements for our family with young kids with each room having a bathroom and tv. Loved the hot tub on the deck facing the Gulf. The under the home parking was great right near convenient outdoor storage daily for our beach wagon (we were grateful for boogie boards in there we borrowed!). Great, private outdoor shower and hose upstairs for washing out our cooler and the sand before entering the home and the hot tub. Great ice maker in the freezer and the full kitchen was perfect with plenty of dishes and pots and pans. Enjoyed the counter seating and the large table in the beautiful grand room. Full sized washer, dryer, and dishwasher which we used often. WiFi was great and when we needed to reach Vacasa to have it fixed, had immediate and great service at all times of day. Can’t say enough wonderful things about the location! Beach just across the street through a beachside parking lot was convenient because of the pavement and not having to walk through someone’s yard. We were able to camp out daily on a quiet spot on the beach and marvel at our sandcastle staying the whole week because of how private the beaches really are. Our first family trip since the COVID pandemic and we felt very safe. My young kids loved their first trip to the beach and we loved the hot tub with the kids asleep just right inside the home. We’d definitely stay here again!
