Tolle Unterkunft

Großes, geräumiges Zimmer, gute Verkehrsanbindung und praktische Safeaufbewahrung für den Zimmerschlüssel.

TV Nutzung kompliziert bzw. beinahe nur Streaming möglich, kaum Live TV Sender.

Чистая уютная квартира, недалеко от остановки общественного транспорта

Шум от трамваев, начиная с 5 утра мимо окон едут трамваи и тормозят на светофоре прямо под окнами, с непривычки нереально выспаться.

Good place to work while traveling

I liked it all. It is not close to downtown, this makes the place very quiet and good to work. Everything was good but the wifi. The trains is very close. You can get anywhere quick and easily

Excellent

The location was very good, especially because of the center it is in., Was a bit noisy tho, but it was manageable, it didn't bother us at all.

You have to pay for surface parking. You have to renew it over and over again in 120 minutes. You have other options but they are so much more expensive.

Comodo, moderno e funzionale

La casa era ben disposta, il bagno era sufficientemente grande, così come la stanza da letto. Le forniture della casa erano buone: ferro da stiro e lavatrice presenti, ma non utilizzate da noi. Dato che abbiamo solo dormito, non abbiamo neanche testato la cucina che è elettrica, ma non ad induzione. Grande disponibilità di prese elettriche e prolunghe in casa. Struttura con self check-in e self check-out. Non è presente personale in struttura. Posizione comoda vicino al capolinea del tram 2 che attraversa praticamente tutto centro. Quartiere tranquillo e multietnico. Comodissimo il supermercato a 5 minuti. Wi-Fi ok.

Pulizia generale non ottimale. Il letto non aveva lenzuola, ma solo un coprimaterasso e una coperta. Cuscini praticamente inesistenti: abbiamo dovuto piegarli a metà per trovare un sostengno. Fornitura per la prima colazione e condimenti vari scarsa.

Lage und Einrichtung ist sehr gut. Apartment ist sehr sauber und ruhig, obschon straßenseitig im ersten Stock gelegen

Fernseher oder die Fernbedienung funktionieren sehr schlecht und da der Vorhang angerissen ist kann man das Zimmer schlecht verdunkeln und man wird sehr zeitig dadurch wach

Agreeable

I slept well and it was quite and hot.

It wasnt clean, lot of dust and the linen were dirty. The location of the apartment is very far from the city centre. It is a strange area.

Ładne mkeszkanie, szkoda że zaniedbane i brudne

Mieszkanie ładnie urządzone chodź małe, łóżko wygodne, w okolicy sklepy spożywcze, łatwy dojazd do centrum

Mieszkanie było brudne, ręczniki w łazience poplamione permanentnie, pilot od telewizora nie działał mimo wymienionych baterii, pościel była stara, sztuczna i mocno zużyta z widocznymi dziurami od papierosów ( poprosiliśmy o nową, którą otrzymaliśmy dopiero na drugi dzień) cienkie ściany przez które wszystko słychać. Nie da się spać z otwartym oknem przez hałas uliczny. Naczynia były niedomyte, a gąbka do naczyń bardzo brudna, dużo kurzu oraz brud pod łóżkiem/ pod aneksem kuchennym. Brak odkurzacza/ miotły aby samemu posprzątać. Pajęczyny pająki i białe robaki na framugach drzwi..

Overall I felt very comfortable in this apartment.

The organisation & communication went really smooth. The key of the apartment was easy to find and the owner answered directly and clear to any question.

I am allergic to dust and I noticed a small reaction in the apartment. There was a lot of dust under the beds in the small room. It would be good to clean it sometimes with the vacuum cleaner.

Bien decorado, luminoso, colchón, gel de ducha, servilletas y demás cosas de cocina, cajones y perchas suficientes, toallas, zona tranquila, primera planta de fácil acceso, pero lo mejor fue el/la anfitrión/ona 👍

La distancia al tren no era tan cercana al menos con maleta, las almohadas, la ducha estrecha y sin estanterías para colocar artículos básicos, el suelo estaba sucio y no llevaba chanclas, hizo falta una manta adicional, los cajones de la cómoda apenas abren y el reloj de pared hacía ruido.

Ми задоволені! І залюбки повернемося іще!

Чисто, затишно, зручне ліжко і на кухні є всі необхідні прибори. Дуже зручне розташування. Поруч і лінії трамваїв і поїздів. А ще магазини і Дунай, вздовж якого гуляли) система реєстрації безконтактна і це теж дуже практично!

Якщо маєте чутливий сон, краще пошукати інше місце. Поруч з будинком трамвай, який постійно проіжджає з грохотом

Locație placuta si curată . Am găsit parcare subterana la 300 de metri de locație cu 9 Euro pe zi . Aproape stația de tramvai si magazine alimentare .

Lipsa unui prăjitor de pâine La Tv nu mergea nici un canal iar netul la wifii cam slab .

Accessible, clean and comfy. It just works!

From check in to check out, things just worked. The first thing that impressed me was that it was warm and smelled nice. Easy to find and very comfortable and clean! Loving it!

Über booking.com hat man erst nach Nachfrage eine Erklärung zum Check-In erhalten. Zum Auschecken kam keine Info. Die Sauberkeit war nur oberflächlich gegeben. Geschirr/Backofen/Küchenschränke waren nicht sauber, es gab nur benutzte Schwämme und Tücher zur Verfügung. Das Waschmittel der Bettwäsche/Handtücher war sehr penetrant. Die Straßenbahn vorm Haus war viertelstündig spür-/hörbar. Im Bad gabs keine Ablagen. Fugen in der Dusche/Waschbecken werden wohl so gut wie nie gesäubert.

Ich war enttäuscht und werde dieses Apartement weder jemals wieder nutzen noch weiter empfehlen.

Das Bett ist gut.

Heruntergerissene Vorhänge, Heizungseinstellung hing lose aus der Wand (offene Kabel), Das Waschbecken im Bad war winzig, kleiner als ein Waschbecken normalerweise im Gäste WC. Keine Abstellmöglichkeit im Bad. Das Spülbecken ist so in der Ecke, dass man kaum dran kommt und man es nur sehr schlecht nutzen kann ohne sich zu verrenken. Als ich bei Ankunft telefonisch Kontakt aufnahm, wurde ich angeknurrt, sie habe mir eine Email geschickt. Bei einer Bewertung von 8,7 habe ich definitiv mehr erwartet.

Good price/quality ratio, ideal for a short stay in Vienna

Clean and comfy apartment with a reasonable price. The kitchen is well furnished and the instruction to get the keys are clear. The tv contains a lot of entertainment and soap for the shower are provided.

The neighborhood is not the best. First it is noisy, which prevents opening the window, and second, there are some weird aggressive people. However the proximity with a supermarket is a big plus.

Bettwäsche und Bett machte den Eindruck als wäre es nicht sauber gewesen, es waren Flecken vorhanden. Auch die frühe Check-out ist etwas schade, das wäre ggf. doch auch etwas später möglich.

Nice apartment with facilities in a well connected suburb.

Location is in a suburb, but close to public transport and some restaurants. No complaints. The room size is good, kitchen is well equipped and private bathroom is great. Bed is comfortable for 2 people.

The window ventilation when opened lets in a lot of street and tram noise, and when shut makes the room feel unventilated. Not sure if there is separate ventilation than the window, but that is something which can be a problem to people who have air issues.
