Freundliches Personal, aber sehr laut

Sehr freundliches Personal das wirklich bei allen Anliegen geholfen hat.

Je nachdem welches Zimmer hat ist die Lautstärke nicht auszuhalten. Das Hotel liegt an einer stark befahrenen Hauptstraße. Die Zimmer zur Straße sind selbst mit den von der Rezeption verteilten Mitarbeitern sehr laut, sodass an Schlaf nicht zu denken ist. Nach der ersten Nacht konnten wir gratis in eines der hinteren Zimmer wechseln, welches deutlich komfortabler und ruhiger war. Insgesamt ist die Anlage recht sauber, jedoch haben wir eine Kakerlake im Bad entdeckt und sie Pedro getauft. Der Pool war leider defekt und konnte nur an den letzten zwei Tagen genutzt werden. Ich würde das Hotel aufgrund von Preis/ Leistung und Service weiterempfehlen, allerdings sollte man unbedingt eines der hinteren Zimmer nehmen.

El lugar es super limpio, tranquilo y seguro además tiene piscina y una terraza con agua , café microondas pava eléctrica y todo lo necesario para estar cómodo

I would stay here again!

I liked the shared terrace area as well as access to a shared fridge and microwave. Walk to the beach was short, I didn’t time it but maybe 10-15 min. Staff here are fantastic. Good wifi.

Rooms near the front are loud but ear plugs are provided.

La habitación no tenía ventanas. Ni siquiera el baño tenía ventana o alguna vía de ventilación. Se siente mucho encierro y olor a humedad.

Good value, great staff, wonderful common area. Cold showers and lack of storage were minor inconveniences.

Great common area beside pool with microwave, fridge, coffee maker and lots of seating. This was a wonderful place to relax. Room was nice, bathroom was spacious. Elevator access. Staff were very nice.

Only cold water in sink. Shower was solar heated, so no warm showers until later in day. No storage (cupboard or closet or drawers) in the bedroom. Pool could use a good cleaning/ paint job.

We were just going to stay the night and ended up staying an extra night.

Centrally located and had available gated parking for car. Small rooftop pool with a nice patio with access to a communal fridge/microwave etc. Small hotel with very friendly/helpful employees.

Not a great experience. It you don’t want noise, stay far away.

Property was clean and the room was nice enough. The noise level was outrageous. I only stayed for 2 hours specifically because of the noise level.

I tonight it was going to be a “real” pool but was is it a okay pool

stayed for one night, very clean and friendly and helpful staff. very good value for money, the location is good meaning it’s close to the airport and other neighborhood with convenient transit

a bit noisy from the Main Street so make sure to bring earplugs

Very friendly, helpful staff! Happy with our one night stay.

Clean, tidy rooms. Nice small pool, pleasant seating areas and outdoor kitchen. Near large grocery store.

Rooms and hallways are not insulated well so traffic noise is loud. Ear plugs are provided and help. No hotel sign (replacement one on order)

Pleasant

The pool and Terrace area.

Originally in room 2 with a balcony (no furniture) right next to a busy intersection. We were expecting some noise however we were no prepared for the actual amount of noise. The owners were accommodating to relocate us once another room became available (8) which was far more quiet but still required ear plugs at night. I would suggest hangers and a rack for hangers, bureau or something, so travellers can in pack. Cafe pour fa vor, 2 blocks to the south has amazing and healthy breakfast and lunch menu. The bakery, Las Chatos has amazing gelato. Lots of great restaurants bars within a 15-20 min walk.

Friendly vibe

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. They were able to change room on request. Big bathroom with room to move around. Provided two bottles of water a day no Charge. Pool area was relaxing and a full fridge is shared among guests.

The bed is very hard. My first room did not have a window, but they moved me to a balcony room after the first night. The balcony rooms are loud from the busy street but I didn't mind because I had fresh air.

Friendly staff, great pool area

Staff was very knowledgeable and friendly, check in was a breeze, the pool area was so lovely, the room was clean and had everything we needed for our stay, parking inside the gate of the facility

The hotel is situated on the corner of two busy streets and the traffic noise is incredibly loud. Even with the provided ear plugs, we could still hear the noise from the street all night long. There are other rooms further away from the busy street- but I’m not sure if they have windows. Otherwise- this place is lovely.

it was simple, if you are looking for resort experience with all rhe ameneties… this place is not for you

i dont speak spanish and there was a communication barrier and the staff wasnt super helpful on activities in the area and the front desk was left unattended several times

Home away from home

The location was walking distance to all of the restaurants I wanted to try, to the beach and to the popular Boardwalk. The staff was also very inviting and kind and made me feel at home

Clean They changed booking dates for me They offered new room see below

Room walls paper thin. Heard people on reception talking clearly. No window in room I booked. Does not tell you that on website. New room offered on busy road. No water in pool at time of stay. Elevator broken Disappointed with all 11 day stay paid for. Left for new hotel after 1 night No refund given despite talking with Booking.com. Would not book again.

Run run run do not stay here

Door to the patio was broken and didn’t lock, room was sold online as two double beds. Upon arrival there was one bed, one broken lock on the patio door and no other rooms. This place falsely advertised and did not have even close to good accommodations. Poor
