KITCHEN: Fully equipped w/appliances, refrigerator, microwave, gas oven, coffee maker, blender, toaster, breakfast bar w/ seating.
OUTDOOR: Large sunny deck & Gas Grill, Gas Fire pit, outdoor table with chairs set, forest, mountain & partial lake views

GENERAL: Linens/towels, trash bags, paper towels, central heat (no A/C).
PARKING: Driveway (4 vehicles), no street parking
NO WASHER/DRYER in this house.
RELEASE & WAIVER OF LIABILITY AND INDEMNIFICATION AGREEMENT. You understand that you accept full responsibility for any bodily injury arising from all accidents that may happen on the property and hold the owner harmless. You understand there are potential dangers may present to adults who consume medication, alcohol, or drugs and children who are not carefully supervised. You agree to be fully and solely responsible for any accidents you may incur. You understand the risks discussed above and agree that you will assume all responsibility for yourself and the consequences of those in your party. You agree to waive any claim whatsoever against the owner for accidents or claims arising from swimming, exposure to the plants that can be poisonous if eaten, or any other activities on the property. Renter shall indemnify, defend and hold harmless the property owner, its respective affiliates and partners from and against all demands, suits, judgments, settlements, claims, damages to persons and/or property, fines, liens, losses, and other liabilities, including attorneys' fees arising out of or in any way related to your stay in our property and its surrounding land including claims for loss or damage to any property or for death or injury to any individual. owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur while on the premises or facilities. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to the property.
Guest access
Entire house is available for guests, accept access to the garage is currently restricted. Must climb stairs to bedroom on the second floor.
