These units are located in the cute, quaint town of Indian Rocks Beach and are within walking distance of several local stops, shops, and restaurants. This property has a total of seven units with two of them (Units B & C) adjoining 2 bedroom 2 bathroom units which can be turned into one large unit through double doors in each dining room. Great for groups and families vacationing together but wanting their own separate living and sleeping quarters. Check out our other listings at Sand Isle II.

This large Gulf front 4 bedroom 3.5 bathroom condo has plenty of amenities, a Gulf front pool, a private beach area, and a grilling area making this vacation home your home away from home. Enjoy direct water and beach views from the living space or balcony. The beautiful sun sets directly in front of these units and you can also watch dolphins out in the water.

Kitchen: Granite countertops, stainless steel appliances including a dishwasher, drip coffee maker, microwave, blender, and is fully equipped for cooking full meals. Basic dishes and utensils are also provided. Basic spices and cooking oil are not always available.

Living & Dining Area: The living room has a large entertainment center, cozy but spacious seating, windows with a Gulf view as well as a large balcony with dining tables and a spiral staircase that leads to the pool and the Gulf at the level just below.

The front area of this unit has large sliding doors that show off a great unobstructed view of the Gulf of Mexico. In this area two separate dining tables will seat up to twelve guests; 16 guests including the breakfast bar.

Bedroom #1: The master bedroom features a King bed, TV, ceiling fan, and an ensuite bathroom.

Bedrooms #2 & #3: Have a Queen bed, TV, and ceiling fan.

Bedroom #4: Has two sets of twin bunk beds, a ceiling fan, and a TV.

En-suite bathroom #1: En-suite for the master bedroom. Full bathroom with zero entry shower, tall double vanities, and handicap-accessible bars for the toilet and shower.

En-suite bathrooms #2 & #3: Ensuites for bedrooms #2 and #3. Full bathroom with shower and tub combo.

½ Bathroom: In the hallway, has a toilet and sink, no tub or shower.

Laundry: Washer and dryer in the laundry room in the hallway.

Outdoors: The complex has a shared space with gas grills, a shared refrigerator and freezer combo on the ground level, beach bar tiki hut that faces the pool. Plenty of sun loungers by the heated pool, tiki hut dining tables, private beach area has sun loungers that can be taken up to the surf each day, we just request that they be brought back at the end of each day.

*Elevator on property! This unit is on the 1st floor. The ground floor is parking.

Important Information

House Rules:
1. No smoking/vaping in the unit. No illegal substances on the premises.
2. No parties or events.
3. No pets. Please notify management of any service animals.
4. Adhere to the local noise ordinances starting at 10pm.
5. Rinse off and return any and all beach equipment at the end of each day. Do not leave equipment out overnight.

Renting Requirement Policy: The guest booking the reservation must occupy the unit for the duration of the stay and is required to be 25 years of age minimum. Adults may not rent a unit for anyone under the age of 25, they must be actively present at the rental unit.

Toiletries: Guests should bring their own toiletries, dishwasher pods, and laundry pods. Each unit will have two rolls of toilet tissue per bathroom, soap for every sink, a trash bag, and at least one roll of paper towels in the kitchen. 2 dishwasher pods and 2 laundry pods are also provided if applicable to the rental. We provide one set of bath towels per guest. For guest convenience, we also provide beach towels.

Parking: This unit has 3 parking spaces. There is no guest parking.

This home is conveniently located down the street from Guilty Sea Sports Pub and VIP Mexican. You will also find the following places within walking distance: JD's Restaurant & Bar, Jimmy Guana's, PJ's Oyster House, Jake's Cantina, Crabby Bills, Pipo N Betty's Bakery, and an Ice Cream shop with over 100 flavors. Also within walking distance are some local beach shops including beach rentals. There is also a CVS and a post office located close to Crabby Bills. For the kids and kids at heart, there's a small waterpark located nearby.

The surrounding local area has some great day trips as well: Florida Botanical Gardens in Largo featuring holiday lights late Nov-Jan,1st, John's Pass Village and Boardwalk, Tampa Lowry Zoo, Florida Aquarium, Clearwater Aquarium, Sunken Gardens, Dinosaur World, Ellenton Outlet Malls, Children's Museums, enjoy a Tampa Bay Ray's game at Tropicana Field, a Buccaneers Football game in Tampa, or check out some of the pro baseball teams during their local Spring Training, also Disney World and downtown Disney is just two hours away.

A perfect beachfront location for large family or friends. The extra large living room and kitchen space was very nice. Also great having both a pool and beach access. The place was very clean and kept up. Highly recommend!.

We had 6 adults and 4 children in the condo. It worked out great for us. Three of the rooms have connected bathrooms which was great. Kitchen was really well equipped. Having a spiral staircase right down to pool and beach beyond that was great! Such a fun experience!

The location is perfect, direct access to the beach and a decent size pool for those not wanting to ocean swim. Tons of amenities, cooler, beach chairs and toys, games. Mattresses could use an upgrade, some were pretty hard. Overall excellent place. Would stay here again.

Really close to the beach. Amenities were great. A/C broke on the last day. Property management had someone out there right a way to get it up and going again. Great family getaway in a quiet area. Walking distance to a CVS. Would stay there again

Easy check in process however the lock pad for the key is very difficult to put back. It was equipped with everything one would need with lots of beach and bath towels and kitchen essentials. Could use some more wash clothes however. The only issue was the faucet in the 1st bedroom, you either got cold/Luke warm water or really hot water. Could use a good dusting under couches and beds as well. New outdoor tents would be appreciated too. But was large enough for 8 of us, great pool and beach access and walking distance to several restaurants.

Property was located in an easy to reach location that was central to walk to a few bars, restaurants and the ever important morning coffee. We did have a few odd things that were out of everyone’s control. Red tide came in and basically made it hard to be on the beach and even sitting on the porch was difficult for the older folks staying with us who had COPD. Also, unbelievably there was a fire from an outlet or nightlight in a unit above us which had us all evacuated. Overall, weird things like that aside it was a beautiful setting, unit could use some updating like setting the tiles for the floor which move a little, outdated bathrooms that looked a little dirty but I think just aged and the sliders and trim that needed to be painted or replaced, which is something that needs to be done on a regular basis with salt air. The pool had a few days of cloudiness but luckily was resolved as it was really our only escape since beach was off limits. Oh and the walls are thin, so expect to hear people in the hallway or next bedroom over me you can hear water coming down the pipes from upper units. So overall, did we enjoy it? Yes. Would we stay in this unit again, probably not. There appeared to be a few places along this strip slightly more updated especially for the price. But the sunset and location is quite amazing.

Located close to restaurants and amenities in Indian Rocks Beach plus halfway between John's Pass and Clearwater Beach so you can easily visit both. The condo is clean and spacious with plenty of room for families. Management was easy to reach and easy to work with. The pool was perfect for the kids with plenty of loungers and a small bar. This unit (unit A) has a set of stairs with direct access to the pool - this is a big plus, but the steps may be steep for some. There was a grilling area with 3 separate grills which which were all clean and ready to go. Additional lounge chairs for the beach. The shuffle board cement was cracked but the guys got out and played and had a great time. Large kitchen and great room perfect for large groups with 2 dining areas and a pool table. Large deck with 2 more tables for seating. Everyone agreed that Slyce Pizza was the best place to eat - 1 block north. Pizza was amazing, Mozzarella tower, Brie cheese platter, Antipasto salad. Everything was delicious.
