Location

The fact that the property is 2 Bedrooms and only 1 Bathroom was not clear to us with the description provided by Booking. The bathroom was ensuite with the main, inconvenient for the other guest to use. Also,Booking kept sending us "the add" "upgrades" that were totally not clear, like add air condition and view to the pool. All the units had air condition and view to the pool. We paid too much!

The pool was a great respite from the beach heat and the location was ideal for the eating habits of my family

The layout and room was beautiful and perfect for my family. Guests were all very respectful despite the various age groups.

It was strange to not have staff on site but I’m getting use to new trends

Great stay, would come back.

I liked the location, right across the street from the beach. The apartment was clean, and it had all the amenities I needed. It was quite easy to enter the property and the apartment. I liked the fact that the apartment had multiple streaming apps and everything worked as expected. The parking right outside the gate made it feel safe. We walked across the street to eat at one of the other hotel's restaurants both nights.

No issues for two people. There are limited dining options near the property (2 across the street inside other hotels but can be pricy). However, there are multiple other options down the street by the Pampano peer which is a 10 min walk or 2 min drive. Again, this has nothing to do with the place itself.

Perfect! It was our first but will not be it last!

Everything was perfect! I loved that the gate and doors had codes so you didn’t have to keep up with keys and the area was secure. Close and easy access to the beach. Very clean.

We had no complaints about anything.

The property was clean and comfortable reminding me of Florida when I was a kid. Great seafood you can walk to. Beach is across the street

Parking can be an issue as some guest can’t understand if you are staying in condo 4 you park in space 4.

We enjoyed most of stay. Beautiful place

Clean rooms and spacious. Great location and just steps away from the beach.

People got in the pool late at night around 11 and partied until 4-5 in the morning. Very loud and we could hear all the noise. The next day the pool would have pieces of the pool noodles in it and towels and shorts on the side. Also the room by the laundry room always has someone sitting outside smoking weed and it stunk so bad it gave us headaches.

I like the Propety because it’s very close to the beach, one of the room had 2 full bed , my family and I enjoyed the stay at RA suite the only reason my don’t say this property was exceptional it because they don’t put mirrors in the property.

This place is excellent! Spacious rooms in immaculate condition. Perfect location across the street from the beach. Fully equipped kitchen with new appliances, free laundry. We would never stay anywhere else in Pompano.

There is absolutely nothing wrong to be found here

Sink collapsed and came unglued, had to stay the last 48 hrs without using sink. They would not relocate and did not offer any compensation for the inconvenience.

Great deal, great location for a family

The location cannot be any better. I loved how all the apartments surrounded the pool. It had such a community feeling and I ended up meeting most of the other families who were there.

A couple of the outlets did not work in the kitchen. The kitchen could have been stocked a bit more.

The first 9 days we stayed in apt. 8. During that time the pool temperature was so cold.

The location to the beach was great. The pool outside our door was very nice.

The ad we looked at, in august of 2022, for apt 2 listed a full size refrigerator but when we arrived it was more of a dorm size fridge. I think that a smaller full size fridge could be located in the dining area. This would allow individuals to keep refreshment, fruits and vegetables. We ended up purchasing a cooler and buying ice everyday for 28 days.

very convenient location near the beach, modern rooms, comfortable beds, cozy courtyard and lovely pool, very prompt responsiveness from the management team

a bit noisy as it is on a busy road. the 2-level support model (management team + local housekeeping team) makes it a bit longer to receive services.

The location is great! the room was clean and comfortable. They had beach chairs and towels which made it so convenient to enjoy the beach. We liked that if we had any questions or concerns they were quick to respond. The communication was excellent!

The property was very clean. Only thing is it might need a little touch ups on paint in the bathroom. Nothing that was major, only make it look refreshed! I would ask if they could get better pillows for the master bedroom. It would make a difference in comfort. very minor things that definitely didn’t stop us from enjoying all the rest of our amenities.

BLUF: To us, they responded inadequately to roaches inhabiting the kitchen. We received a can of "Raid" and a refund of less than 10% for the issue. Bedroom windows are street facing with traffic noise intruding throughout the day and night. Kitchen cleanliness - we encountered many roaches in the kitchen everyday. We were handed some "Raid" spray around day 2 or 3; however, this was more or less an inadequate bandaid to the issue. We made the issue known to management immediately upon us recognizing the roaches. Road noise - our windows faced the main street, which made for a stream of street-noise throughout the day and night. Staff, in our opinion, should happily serve the guests.

Very clean, spotless and confortable. Safe especially for solo female. Excellent access to the beach..will rent again.

I think the couches need a bit of either steam cleaning and have a the option of a option of a throw over.

Best place to stay in Pompano Beach!

Loved the location especially being so close to a beach, little just feet away, and the cleanliness upon arrival.

Someone took my parking space on the last day that was designated and never left that spot. And clear instructions on access the gates.
