Very poor

Fridge no good, the building had a smell, it's not clean, no elevator, no comp breakfast. Bathroom sink clogged, toilet don't stop flushing

Location was great.

The hotel is in very poor condition. Room had a very bad musty smell. Bathroom was filthy. Cigarette burn holes in the very old tatered blanket. Pool was closed. No breakfast as advertised, not that I would eat anything made in that establishment and almost $200 for one night! Staff were very polite and friendly.

One of the worst places I ever stayed in. Terrible hotel.

On entering the room drapes were tied in a knot and couldn't be adjusted Difficulty opening and closing the door. Bed coverlet and blankets had cigarette burn holes. Water wasn't going down the drain. Dirty water was coming from the shower drain Room wasn't cleaned by housekeeping. There was no elevator, had to carry luggage up to the second floor. Overall the hotel was quite shabby and dirty which is why I cut my stay short. I Was quite surprised this hotel is associated with Wyndham Corp. I have stayed at Wyndham hotels before which is why I selected this hotel. To say I was disappointed would be grossly understated.

I spent way too much money to not have a pool or breakfast

I booked this room because of the pool and the breakfast - NEITHER WERE AVAILABLE. At the very least, I should have been told before I completed the booking. I wasn't even allowed to SIT in the pool area.

I did not appreciate not knowing that the pool was closed and the breakfast was not available until I was actually checking into the hotel. The gentleman at the desk when I got there late at night was not nice or helpful at all; the staff during the remainder of my stay were very nice, but that did not change the fact that the two reasons I selected that hotel were not available.

I will NEVER stay there again.....

There was NO breakfast. Just coffee.

Not enough towels for 3 people. Cable TV was terrible. Not enough towels. No breakfast after being told there was breakfast.

If it’s the last place available

Wasn’t sure if hotel was even open when I arrived, I was the only car in the parking lot. When I asked if I was the only guest I was told that I was probably the only person that had a car. Although the bed and sleeping area was okay, the bathrooms were horrible and I honestly thought I was staying at an abandon property. I understand this isn’t a flagship property but when you just let a property go, it reflects the overall brand. I wouldn’t stay here again for the price and will without question drive just down the road for $20 more a night.

No room service ! LG bugs on carpeting ! Carpet needs vaccumed and cleaned ! Stepped into LG fish hook and straws laying in front of night stand . Can we have money back for 2 nights as we ended up leaving

The overall location was great. Although the immediate location was not great. The front desk clerks were very nice and accommodating.

The rooms. The rooms on the first floor were just discusting and in disrepair. I think they have people living on the first floor full time. We moved to the second floor that was supposedly remodeled, but wasn’t much better. Whoever remodeled it did an awful job. Parking area did not feel safe.

Will do ok in a pinch, but overall not great

The area was a little sketchy and front desk staff was inattentive. Room was ok, but the hotel itself is dirty and smells like mildew.
