Our stay was nice. We would stay again.

Easy access with the door code. The condo was very clean and nicely decorated. Convenient location. The bed in the master bedroom was very comfortable. I love the comforter so much I ordered one for home just like it!

Sun/ noise blocking curtains would be nice. The outside of the building is dull and unwelcoming. Needs to be more bath mats in the master bathroom. Nothing to keep us from staying again, just some minor improvements.

Very disappointed in this particular unit but would be willing to stay again in a different unit.

We have stayed at this property previously in another unit and loved it so much we decided to stay again. The location is great and the atmosphere is amazing. No crazy young people disturbing the peace.

The unit we stayed in this time was not cleaned properly. Check out states that sheets should not be stripped off beds and you can tell the sheets have not been washed in several stays. We had to go to Walmart to use new sheets because I was not willing to chance it. The fold out bed was disgusting. The rug in the living room had very noticeable crumbs that were not vacuumed, stains on arms of couches. The small bedroom is too small of a room to have a queen size bed. To walk around the room you have to walk sideways around the wall to not hit your feet on the massive bed frame. We could not get the tv in the small bedroom to turn on even after changing battery remotes. The shower drain needs cleaned in that room as well because it does not drain properly.

Relaxing trip. Beautiful condo. Great location. Would recommend.

Bed was too soft for us, that's just our opinion. We like a firm mattress. Sheets were too itchy. We have sensitive skin. But, the condo was beautiful. Loved the decoration, loved the balcony watching the ducks, great location. Very quiet. Very clean.

Overall excellent place for the price!! wish pool could’ve been open but it’s seasonal

we loved everything about it. The BED WAS THE BOMB!!!!!! 20+stars!!! It was very clean in kitchen living area & bedrooms. everything was near us so we didn’t have to travel far to have a good time

main bath tub was clean but we went out & brought cleaning supplies wasn’t a big deal

Fantastic condo, great location, perfect for family

The property was in a great location. there is a movie theater, adventure zoo, race track, restaurants, and shopping close by. the balcony overlooks a little stream river that is nice. The condo is decorated beautifully and the master bed was amazingly comfy. We visit my in laws in Myrtle Beach at least annually and we stop near Gatlinburg to split the drive and visit other friends. I hope to return and will definitely want to rebook this condo! Thank you for your hospitality!

Everything was fine. The only negative was that the elevator was dirty and smelled, but it was so minor I wouldn’t even mention it if this space wasn’t required.

Several issues arose, probably will not stay again unless on top floor.

Good location. Nice layout of condo. Cleaning crew came when called. Owner was very accommodating

The property was not clean at 4 pm and we were not able to get in until 6 pm after calling the property manager. Renters in unit above were incredibly loud all hours of day and night. Carpet is very dirty and needs replacing. Jacuzzi tub is missing one jet and full of mildew- had to clean it myself. HOA needs to clean common areas. Very dirty in elevator, stairwells and roof.

it was nice little get away from home.

I liked the view and all the stuff to do around it.

I did not like that the jacuzzi did not work and that the pool was not open. we had a few nice days and could have at least sat by it.

The home was so beautiful and equally functional! Beds were comfy, carpet was soft, fireplace was so sweet! Overall, we would love a return visit
