Exceeded my expectations!

The size of the room was amazing for what I paid. Very modern, clean, and comfortable. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable. The breakfast was excellent as well.

The only reason I gave it an ‘ 8’ and not a ten was because the way the vanity is in between the two sleeping areas. There was no way to avoid waking family members while I was getting ready. This won’t stop me from staying there again though! :)

The staff was very kind, the breakfast they provided had a lot of options.

When we got to our room, the AC unit had been leaking and the carpet was damp. They sent staff to fix it, but the problem was never fixed. By the time we left, a good part of the carpet was soaked, and it was damp and smelly in the room.

It was a great stay. Not being critical, just trying to help by responding to your questions.

Breakfast was sufficient. Good assortment of items available. Loved the location and very quiet. The balcony was an added bonus. We would def stay here again!

Our air conditioner had a smell and was quite loud even on low. The blue circle light on the sink mirror is really bright and when we were on our left side, the light was bothersome. We blocked the light at night with a box so as to remove the glow. The sink area was nice separate from the bathroom. Really liked that idea as two people can be getting ready at the same time without getting in each others way. There needs to be an additional hook to hang the towel on after both showering and needing to hang our towels separately.

Breakfast was good selection but even in steamers it was on cold side! Bacon, biscuits...I know breakfast is said to be free but it's figured in the cost of the room. Attendants were very sweet in the kitchen area.

The room had when we first arrive a very, very chemical smell of cleaners. I think it may helped cover the very musty smell that remained the whole time. We decided to go look around and eat dinner & see a movie. Upon return when opening the door there was still a slight chemical smell to greet us but the musty was really coming through. Bad for allergies & breathing problems! There was also the next afternoon a storm pass through, when it stopped there were four maybe five chairs in the pool. The tables where turned up so we didn't swim we found something else to do. The following day chairs were still in the pool & the turned up tables laying around. So we didn't swim before leaving.

overall not a good experience, especially for the price but we made the best of it instead of leaving.

good location, close enough to everything without having to deal with crazy traffic.

room was dirty. floor was obviously not vacuumed. there was trash on sides of bed frame that were covered by comforter and only seen when bed wasn’t made. shower had hair in it. maid literally stood outside our bedroom door at 9:50 and when asked if she was waiting on us to leave, she said yes. ( checkout wasn’t until 11). balcony room was literally a hill and this should have been stated when booking to earn people that it’s a possibility since we thought we would have a view of “something” (mountains, town, even another resort or road), however this was literally a bank when you get assigned the first floor.

It’s surrounded by everything you need to be close to.

Staff was hospitable, breakfast was ok.

Only 2 functioning ice machines in whole hotel, only one functioning elevator. We had to leave our balcony door open at night to keep the room cool.
