This luxury vacation rental is uniquely designed for elegance and comfort that will make you feel right at home. The newly renovated craftsman home can be rented as a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home, or split into two separate one bedroom units - making it perfect for couples, larger families and groups or singles. Relax at home and entertain or walk a block to the heart of Ashland's shopping and theatre district to dine in its finest restaurants, bars and cafes, enjoy the best of the arts or take a walk in beautiful Lithia Park.

This beautiful 1,400 sq. ft. 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom unit offers a full state of the art kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, cork floors, an espresso machine, coffee maker juicer, full eating and cooking utensils, 6 burner stove top and oven, dishwasher and dining area with a table that folds out to seat 6.
The living room will make you feel right at home with books, games, 40 inch flat screen t.v, bose sound system, leather couches and views of the mountains and downtown Ashland.
The master bedroom suite has a full walk in closet, 42 inch flat screen T.V., a queen-size bed with organic sheets, goose down pillows and comforter and an ihome radio/music player. The bathroom has a rainwater shower/bathtub and granite countertops. The second bathroom has granite countertops and a rainwater shower. We offer shampoo, conditioner, body wash, local lavender oatmeal soap and local organic jojoba and Shea butter lotion.
The second bedroom looks out over the zen gardens and is filled with the sound of the crystal water fountain. The bedroom has organic cotton sheets, goose down pillows and blankets, a walk-in closet, alarm clock and 42 inch smart T.V.
The third bedroom is incredibly versatile as it can be a twin, queen, or a 2 twin bedroom. Smaller parties use it as a game/tv room. The room looks out over the zen gardens and offers books, games, a Bose radio, 32 inch flat screen tv and a table with chairs.
The also has a covered porch with a couch to watch the world go by, a deck with a seating area facing the mountains and a large gated yard with beautiful lush gardens and outdoor seating for 6.

This house looked perfect for our family and adult children, and it was. The check-in was seamless, the house was spotless, and it was very comfortable. We enjoyed cooking together in the kitchen and loved the yard. The location is amazing, close to everything we wanted to do.

Terrific, historic house that has been thoughtfully renovated with modern appliances, comfortable beds, and lovely landscaping. We came with our teenager kids for two nights, and left wishing we had spent more time! The house is a leisurely 15-min stroll through downtown to the OSF theatres or to the base of the delightful Lithia Park. So much thoughtful planning went into the design of the renovation of this place! Cork flooring throughout the living areas, wool (!) carpet in the bedrooms, a whole-house carbon water filter - I could go on, but it was truly an easy and comfortable stay. The wifi was super fast too, which was welcomed by our kids, lol! Highly recommended :-)

We arrived on Friday afternoon to find a sparkling and very welcoming home waiting for us. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need. We ate at the home for most meals except for our final dinner. Porch is lovely to relax in whether it is with a cup of coffee or dessert. Background was cool and cozy. The downtown is nearby and walkable. We saw our plays easily and safely. We will return to this place! Thank you-

We had a great time in this Craftsman gem in Ashland. Perfect location - so close to theater, restaurants and shopping. Enjoyed the cute front porch and backyard in addition to the comfortable beds and great air conditioning inside. Beautifully decorated home with absolutely everything we needed for a great stay!

My best friends and I stayed for a long weekend at this property and it was perfect. In walking distance to all the restaurants and shops! Great outdoor space in the front and back and a great living space. Also just a short drive to the wineries. Would highly recommend!

Since the listing didn’t have many photos of the bathrooms - I got a little nervous about our choice. However the bathrooms are modern, clean and very well decorated. This place is very nice and the location was perfect to walk to a show with my elderly mother. Will stay again.

As and Ashland native with family still living there, I can say this is probably one of the best locations you could possibly pick. Excellent access, but still quiet enough and parking is easy. The home was exceptionally well appointed with quality furnishings and kitchen wares. I really loved all the crystal energy as well! Thank you for providing such a lovely place to stay.

We so enjoyed our stay here. The rooms being on one level were perfect for our small children, and the location of the property was unbeatable for walking to restaurants and plays. The house was well furnished and had many thoughtful touches, including things like very nice linens and high-quality soaps and paper products. We would stay again in a heartbeat!

We've rented Titania and Oberon several times now and always enjoy the clean well equipped kitchen and bathrooms, the tasteful decor and the proximity to downtown Ashland and the Oregon Shakespeare Festival. We were able to walk everywhere and enjoyed exploring the neighborhood. The porch and backyard are perfect for relaxing with wine and snacks. The little garden is beautifully planned and maintained. There is lots of space and privacy for two couples. We shall return.

This was a lovely property to stay in for the long weekend. I particularly enjoyed the backyard, as well as the front porch. Close to everything you might want to get to in Ashland, yet still residential and peaceful. Good communication with the owner.
