Elegant ground level fairway villa overlooking Oyster Bay Golf Links - This condo has been completely renovated in 2023 and features two bedrooms and two full baths with 2 queen beds (master bedroom) & 2 queen beds (2nd bedroom). The common area of the condo has an open floor plan with kitchen/dining and living room areas and access to the patio through sliding doors in the living room. There is a large smart television in the living room area for entertainment value throughout the common areas. The condo has central heat & air and ceiling fans for comfort throughout. The kitchen features new cabinetry, countertops and raised bar for additional seating. It is fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, blender, toaster, full-size refrigerator and range Both bedrooms have private baths and flat panel smart televisions. A private screened porch connects to the entry bedroom. A separate laundry room is located in the entry hall with full-sized washer & dryer. Community pool, charcoal grills and tennis courts on site Complimentary linens, towels and departure cleaning service.

The condo was immaculately clean when we arrived, so a really great first impression, and we really appreciated that! Linens, sheets and pillows, were of good quality. There were extra blankets and pillows in the linen closet. Bath towels, hand towels, wash towels were of good quality also, 2 of each kind in each bathroom, and the kitchen had all types of implements for cooking needs. We very much enjoyed our stay in this lovely condo and hope to return next summer! Make sure to bring your own hairdryer, if you use one :)

The property was just as described. It had plenty of room, it was clean, comfortable and perfect for us! Sunset Beach is my new favorite place and I hope to bring my husband back soon and let him enjoy the golf while I enjoy the beach!

What an adorable condo! It was very clean and cozy and had all of the amenities , plus more that we could have needed. Excellent use of bedroom space having double Queen beds in both rooms with very comfy mattresses. We will definitely stay again. Location to the beach and nearby attractions was perfect.

Me and my family loved this property!! Not only is it peaceful but it was in a nice neighborhood as well, check in and out was good and the room was nice and spacious also the kids loved tennis court. I would stay again

We enjoyed staying at this 2-bd condo. It was very nice. However, we encountered a few problems but they were resolved by the staff very quickly. The kitchen was equipped with many things for us but there were no sharp cutting knives. And the dishwasher didn’t work (there were dirty dishes and cups in there when we arrived… I guess previous renters didn’t say anything to the office staff). After I called the office staff, they sent housekeeping to the condo with plenty of new knives that they bought at the store. And they sent maintenance to fix the dishwasher. As we were packing to leave in the morning, we saw a couple of roaches under the bed. Even though we got so many mosquito bites, we still enjoyed our stay. Plenty of parking, easy checkin/checkout, very close to Sunset Beach.

Our family really enjoyed staying here. Everything was clean and just as listed. We were pleasantly surprised by how close it was to all of our favorite places in Calabash. We would definitely stay here again!

We weren’t there for golf but if you were, it would be the perfect location. We needed a last minute reservation and had convenient access to the intercoastal waterway parking and an easy drive to the beach. It looks as thought the unit can split into 2 units (1 hotel-style room, and 1 condo style) so it would have been nice to only rent the condo since having both was much more than we needed. Communication for check-in/check-out was clear and easy. Not as much clean up required like other VRBOs, so that made it easier to pack up and head out in the morning. Cleaning could have been more thorough (old coffee in coffee maker and crumbs on the carpet) but was adequate and in the end not a huge problem. Would definitely stay again in the future!

Property was clean and as described but there was no extras - salt, pepper, oil, dish towels/cloths. Beds/pillows could use an update but were good enough. However, all around great stay, great location but communication with property management was non existent (ask your questions well ahead of time)

Original check-in agreement was 4:00pm. Week before changed to 5:00 but it was still not clean. Check out @ 10. The night before changed to 9:00am. The condo was very worn. Kitchen plates/cups/utensils looked like they were bought at yard sale. Nothing matched. Place and fridge smelled like they just dumped a lot of cleaning all over place. The exhaust fan light in bathroom was 1/5 full of dead gnats. Smoke detector battery went low so chirped all night. Called realty company and they said would put in work order. Called twice. Finally drove by and picked up a battery. Maintenance showed up next day. Said they just got work order. Closed one of the bedroom doors as we left. Door knob was broken so would not open back up. I had to take off hinges to get to my clothes. Water pressure was good and hot. They did allow us to depart at 10:00 because of all the inconvenience. Oh…hope you don’t have a bad back. Mattresses had no support and found a bug in one bed the day we left. Washed everything when we arrived home.

Property was fine except for useless dirty screened in porch area with no furniture. The outer porch area was covered with big spiders and webs everywhere. The inside was okay and had nice pool with in easy walking distance. The beach was beautiful with all sand, no hard shells to walk over. The only complaint is very little free public beach parking. There was a$10 all day charge in larger lot right next to small free lot. Beach very crowded due no other parking on Sunset Beach. But still glad we went. Not sure we'll go back to this area due to only one public beach access.

Condo was spacious and clean. Wasn't moderningly updated sorta reminded me of the Brady Bunch house. All appliances worked well and there were things there that we were unable to bring on our 15 hour roda trip. They let us check in early. Beds were pretty cozy. All in all i would reccomend and will probably use again next year.

The property worked perfectly for us traveling from SC, moving to WV. The only issue that we experienced was one of the toilets was in non-working order. Thank goodness there was a second bathroom. But was a tad awkward for a mom traveling with her adult son. Furnishings were dated, but everything was clean.

The condo was very well furnished and very close to everywhere that we needed to be. However, the two plastic chairs on the patio were broken and we had to carry kitchen chairs outside to enjoy the outside. The return filter for the a/c was VERY dirty and I did not look at the filter so I can only imagine. The cleaning folks had left sandy sheets in the washer so that took a bit of time to get clean, but other that that the condo was nice.
