excellent and enjoyable

spacious, complete with amneties such as washing machine, kitchen appliances, air conditioning etc. perfect stay for my family consisting of 3 adults and 3 children. staff is always available to contact and very helpful to answer queries and do pool booking.

1. mirror is only available in the bathroom. im not one of those who do makeup in bathrooms, plus we also need mirrors to wear our tudung, so the absence of one other than the bathroom is quite an inconvenience. 2. there’s no cupboard for the second bedroom maybe due to tight space. would be nicer if owner could put in hooks on the wall or at the door so occupant can hang clothes and towel there.

very spacious and clean with large bathroom and basic amenities such as washing machine, fridge, air cond, kitchen appliances etc. staff is also available all day long and helpful enough with our queries. my kids love the pool, booking is done via staff.

1. mirror is only available in the bathroom. inconvenient to do my makeup and wear tudung if need to step into bathroom each time. 2. there’s no cupboard in second bedroom due to space i reckon. it would be nice if owner could put up hooks on the wall or door so occupants can hang their clothes and towels.

Es war rundum angenehm und ich kann es außer den kleinen mangeln weiterempfehlen.

Das Personal war sehr gut, Buchungen für den Pool oder für den Fitnessraum gingen sehr schnell. Bei sonstigen Anliegen habe ich auch eine schnelle Antwort bekommen. Sowohl die Bezahlung und das einchecken liefen reibungslos ab. Die Matratzen waren neu und die Bettwäsche war sehr sauber. Ich mochte die Aussicht sehr und das Haus war sehr übersichtlich. Ich bin mit dem Aufenthalt rund um zufrieden.

Die Ausstattung in der Küche war leider sehr bedürftig. Des Weiteren durfte man leider die Waschmaschine nur 15 min betätigen. Der Sofa war leider total unhygienisch. Der war kaputt und hatte viele Flecken, allerdings wurde dies mit einer Decke verdeckt. Das Gästebad hat leider nach Urin gerochen.

Probably fraud! Hands off this place!

The basic communication was good, even if it didn't lead to anything in the end.

This accommodation seems to me to be a scam. We were in contact with the providers after the booking, which was initially positive. We were then asked not to pay in cash as described on Booking, but to pay in advance via a payment service. Even if we were suspicious of this, we wanted to accommodate the providers, which (fortunately in this case) we were unable to do. Nevertheless, we were assured that we could carry out our check-in as discussed. Approximately 15 minutes before our appointment for the handover of the accommodation and its payment, we were then denied this due to an "emergency", which in our view is absolutely unacceptable.

nice homestay, everthing is good, the environment the staff. Nice and good for big family.

Maybe the owner can replace the washing machine/dryer to the good one. Quite noisy when spining and may disturb the neighbors down there.

the residence is spacious and tidy -carpark is provided - imo quite easy to locate the carpark and elevator to go to the unit - worth the money - basic electrical appliances are provided

the owner required a reminder from me to send me the details on how to check in - he said that he'll send me the pdf file regarding how to check in one day prior but it wasn't done until late 10pm before the day, I had to remind him myself then only he sent it - for me, this is quite unacceptable 😔 - otherwise everything is fine

Highly recommended for a short stay, especially if you’re travelling with family.

It was quite spacious and comfortable. The beds wasn’t the best, but it was fine — comfort wise. The toilets were clean, so was the kitchen. We also enjoyed the pool. The location was great!

The guards were a bit unfriendly.
