Loca extraordinário, porém, péssimos anfitriões e serviços de restaurante...

Excelente ambiente: piscinas, quadras, praia...

Limpeza no quarto Troca de enxovais, toalhas Atendimento no restaurante - PÉSSIMOOOOOOO Péssimo atendimento - os investidores tem que entender que buscamos um lugar pra esquecer os problemas; queremos conforto. Não é simplesmente cobrar e não ajudar. Mandei várias mensagens pra empresa que administra o flat, simplesmente, ignoraram...

O restaurante é horrível, comida fria e mais de duas horas de espera. A acomodação é perfeita, mas nao contem com o restaurante pra nada.

Well located apartment in Caneiros

The communication with the hosts was good. Specially Malu was very helpful. The apartment is nice and very well located. It is clean and easy. For those going to reveillon carneiros it is a great option. However there are some points that should definitely improve. Which i will point below.

For the price paid, it is expected the basic things. Like a handsoap, blanket and a better bedding ( to fit the mattress). It is very unconfortable to sleep in a bed which the sheet is not the correct size. We asked for a blanket as they only provide a sheet to cover yourselves, and it would be available at an extra charge. Even it was a cheap value we thought it was unfair to charge for a blanket When we paid R$ 15.000 for a week. A blanket is something basic in a service accommodation. Also, the Iron was only provided bc I asked. We also thought it would be convenient to have Coffee, at least a small one, and even salt and pepper. Ppl are there for a short period and if they are cooking it would be appreciated not having to buy big packs of stuffs. Considering there is not many restaurants around the area, sometimes it is handy to use the apt kitchen.

Flat muito bem montado falta pouca coisa de acabamento ainda, no geral é bom.

Eu particularmente prefiro cama mais firmes, uma sugestão para que os investidores ponham já que tem 2 camas de casal no flat que ponham uma de cada juntamente com uns travesseiros mais altos

Tudo muito maravilhoso. O hotel tem a melhor localização de carneiros com certeza! Tudo certinho, tudo limpo, é uma paz não tem descrição que descreva!

Não há mercados/padarias próximos e a conveniência do resort os preços achei abusivos.

Bangalô extremamente limpo e bem equipado. Churrasqueira, cervejeira ,utensílios tudo !!! Bem localizado. Piscina Privativa. Otimo atendimento.

Very good

The grounds and location were very nice.

Unfortunately the food and service at the restaurant were awful. We could never eat at the hotel. Other than that the stay was perfect

horrible stay at a very beautiful place

In General it is a very nice place and you may spend nice vacations there. very beautiful area and in front of the beach next to the famous church at the beach.

basically, it is a shame that owners do rent their apartments in the area of the buildings. the complete area is under construction work. a loooot of workers are around there. many many apartments and open areas are not finished yet. you cannot imagine the pollution and sound there. impossible to relax during the day time. I will complain at booking and inform them accordingly. there was no direct contact with the owner of the apartments and the organization taking care of the apartments is everything else than friendly and absolutely not looking for a solution to solve the problem. we spend 3 days there with many friends/family and everybody was disappointed about that. two couples even left the place immediately. our apartment itself was very simple. the apartments of our friends where by far better equipped and had the same price. I don’t recommend to stay here. there are many other beautiful places at the beach. additionally there is nothing close to buy something at the supermarket. you have to have a car for that.
