On beach and close to amenaties

It would be nice to have another mirror or floor length mirror to have besides bathroom to get ready and more hooks in bathroom

I’ve always been happy with booking which is now my trip was booked. But if anything through booking goes through Vacasa

There was a non working refrigerator in this unit. It was reported on Thursday. It wasn’t until late Sunday afternoon that it was addressed and that was only after many phone calls and texts with VACASA representatives. To call them unprofessional would be a compliment. I asked for nothing more than to be reimbursed for the several hundred dollars worth of perishables we had purchased for the week. Their one and only offer was $70.00.

It was clean and I would go to this place again.

No breakfast at this property

The living room furniture needs to be replaced one chair had a broken leg and the couch was very uncomfortable. The whole stay would have been better if the living room would have been updated..also the towels and washcloths were very clean but terribly rough..

Overall, it was a nice place.

I enjoyed the location and the short walk to the beach.

The condo has a slight mildew smell to it.

Could have been great but just average

The location was great. Beach access and the indoor/outdoor pool were good.

Maintenance and staff were very bad. One of the two elevators was broke the entire time we were there. The other was broke on and off meaning climbing the stairs. The staff was rude when asked about it. One we called actually said “what do you want me to do about it?” The hot tub and pools had sand in them.

will return to the condo building in future, but will not stay with the same rental management company

the condo building was well maintained, great location

housekeeping came into the room on our last day 2 hours before checkout without knocking. check out was 10am and they opened the door at 8am. felt very uncomfortable and unsafe.
