Excellent stay. Will be back

Food was excellent

Pricey.. wanted to stay one extra night , my room was available but they wanted to charge way too much for the extra night.. would of been great if they would of cut me a deal.

This hotel went above and beyond our every expectation.

The hotel and its staff was above and beyond our expectations. Every person from check-in desk to valets to service workers were always pleasant and helpful. It’s obvious the whole hotel has had a facelift and the rooms were fresh and modern. The location and views to the beach were perfect and the pool area was great. The restaurant Voyager was the highlight of our meal experiences. 5 star in every respect.

The only thing we were disappointed in was the sunset cruise that we did one evening. It was a pretty boring ride and we never have done a cruise like that where we didn’t listen to some narration and history about what we were looking at.

Good service, good rooms

Hotel was clean and room was spacious. Reception staff were efficient and friendly - we didn’t use the facilities so I can’t comment but the hotel delivered what we needed at a good price

Beautiful Resort on the Beach!

It was a beautiful facility located directly on the beach. I loved that a great selection of restaurants were inside the facilities whether you wanted to grab a slice of pizza or burger vs. fine dining. The evening ambiance was great along with the staff.

Very enjoyable and relaxing

The location was perfect The staff was great. The food was good and reasonable The options for restaurants was plentiful and we tried and enjoyed them all

The coffee shop was the only place that was pricey and had staff that was not as friendly

I wish the restaurant Latitude had other meat choice than pork to choose from for breakfast. Breakfast was good however.

The Bartender Olivia was super cool and nice and the main manager Mr. Jimmy was absolutely the Best, he went out his way to get us reservation for Voyagers, he was very friendly, and nice.

The proximity to the beach. The convenience of the location.

The quality of the breakfast food along with the pizza that was offered was less than expected. The experience of having parents bringing small children with diapers into the adult hot tub was disgusting

We love PBR, and will be back!!! One of the best places to stay in OBA!

The restaurants, staff, bars, complimentary valet, rooms, and location are all top notch! LOVE the coffee shop in the lobby!!!!

I miss being able to order food from the pool bar. particularly the peel and eat shrimp and hummus with veggies/pita. Other than that, nothing!

Ruined by loud piped music

The room was clean and comfy

The terrible loud music playing outside all the time when we just wanted to listen to the sea! Even when there was no one around the pool to 'maybe' enjoy....really spoilt the place
