The nature light from ceiling is good for house, but not first choice for hotel like purpose.

The private entrance and solitude. The room was clean and a good size for a studio with all the amenities. The kind hosts left a little surprise of snacks and a couple of beers in the fridge! The sleeping arrangements for our family were perfect for an overnight but would be perfect for a couple if staying more than a few days. I highly recommend this property and the nice hosts!

Absolutely loved our stay! It’s in such a cute neighborhood. It’s very pleasing to the eye right when you walk through the gate. Loved the private small yard that you can relax in. The hosts have thoughtful touches throughout the cottage like filtered water, coffee, and snacks. They have a detailed list in view that explains how everything works, which is super helpful. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

Cute studio. Like the yard area. Almost everything.
Small shower. TV to close to the furniture. However, the plan was to visit family most of the hours so not a big deal.

The location was perfect for us, a short walk from family. We loved being able to walk to Lincoln Avenue for coffee and bagels. The farmers market on Saturday morning was lovely too.
The suite was beautiful and had all anyone could need. It was immaculately clean and well designed, plus we appreciated the complimentary items, which made us feel so welcome. It took me a couple of days to realise I could recharge my electronics from the bedside table as the lack of accessible outlets in other places has been frustrating. The lovely and private yard got the sunshine most of the day. We were able to enjoy breakfast in the morning and a beer early evening with family. If circumstances permit, we’d love to come back.
Nothing. It was in a lovely area, where we could go for a nice walk. The whole neighbourhood smelled of jasmine, it was beautiful and felt very safe.

Location., privacy, easy access. Plenty of amenities, microwave,coffee station well stocked. Very nice setup. The small garden with a beautiful table and umbrella allowed us to enjoy the outdoors.
I will say this is one of the nicer B and B's I have stayed at. Even the additional air mattress was comfortable. The sofa chairs seemed a lil warn but to be expected with many guests.

The location was excellent. Cute and quiet little neighborhood. Walking distance to strip of food and shops. Studio was nice and private. We didn't use it, but there was everything needed to cook.
Nothing really. Maybe a small shelf to place my toiletries by the sink would be nice.

The last time I was here, I still gave it a 10/10 but mentioned the bed frame was a bit squeaky. Well this time they’d purchased a new bed frame!! No more squeaky bed frame and the bed was SO COMFORTABLE. They put real shampoo and conditioner in the shower dispenser and they have a plethora of snacks available. I can’t rave about this little studio enough!

Everything about this stay was fantastic. The living area is very spacious, tv and snacks available, and they use REAL shampoo and conditioner in their shower dispenser (also props for the shower dispenser) which was just HUGE.
I have to mention again that the bed is very squeaky, so if you're a light sleeper or if that bothers you, just a heads up!

The hosts were incredibly responsive to any and all requests via the Booking.com app, they were very clear in their instructions on how to access the property and where things were, and the accommodations go above and beyond in terms of making it feel like home!
The bed is a little squeaky, that is literally the ONLY thing I could say that's somewhat negative haha

We liked the location and having a lovely front yard. Studio has all the necessities and much more! We really enjoyed our stay.
Our only recommendation for improvement is getting a new matrass.

We loved the private patio. A couple of friends came over and we enjoyed lunch and a good visit there. Also, the location was perfect for our needs.
Also, Teri was very accommodating in providing me with a shower stool to use as I was recovering from a serious ankle break.
