After a delicious meal, kick back and relax by streaming all your favorite movies on any of the four smart TVs, ensuring perfect downtime. Though the interior design and decor are stunning, the backyard is a secluded sanctuary with a spacious deck, private grill, and pool with spa! Spend an afternoon grilling up some juicy burgers and splitting time between lounging in the sun and taking a dip in the pool. Open a few bottles of wine and watch the golfers pass by as the sun goes down to finish off the perfect day. Heron Point by Pete Dye is remarkably close, as you can see the fairways from your backyard! If you want a day by the water, Sea Pines Beach is a short bike ride away where you take some time for yourself on the warm sand. Plus, a tremendous local surf shop is nearby for some shopping and gear if needed. Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 PM Check-out time: 10:00 AM All guests shall abide by Vacasa's good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. This home does not offer pool heat. This property is managed by Vacasa South Carolina LLC. If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the nightly pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting "Yes" to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The nightly fee ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles. This rental is located on floor 1. 7 days notification is required in order to heat the pool spa. A fee of USD 65 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool spa heat for your stay. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation. House is very roomy and was great for our long weekend. We had some minor issues but **** was quick to resolve any issues we had.

We had 4 adults and 3 kids on this trip and the house was perfect - the set up of the bedrooms (one suite on side of the house and a suite on the other) - and the 3 bathroom set up was great. The ocean was a bit further than we expected, but having never been to the island before, we didnt realize that getting anymore required navigating through several streets, but the drive itself to the ocean only took about 6 minutes. By bike, I think it took us about 15 minutes.
The spa does not work, which was confusing because there were instructions in the house on how to get the spa heated, and after much back and forth, it was confirmed that the spa is broken - the listing should be updated for that - but the kids loved the pool anyway! The queen bed in the hallway is very hard in my opinion, I had to layer it with a few blankets to make it comfortable enough to sleep on and the twin in the blue room is hard as a rock - I would reccomend upgrading those mattresses, but the other ones were very soft. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would consider staying at this same house again if we were to come back!

this house is tucked away in Sea Pines but so close the hustle of Harbor Town it's a perfect spot. You can easily bike to anywhere in Sea Pines from the many nearby paths. House is quiet and very roomy for a large group or family. Pool is very nice and was greatly enjoyed.

I did not book this place, but the place I did book had no heat in the middle of the record cold temps in Hilton Head on Christmas Eve. Vacasa moved us to this house. Overall we liked the house. The beds were nice and the kitchen was stocked well. It is down a very quiet road but not real close to the beach. It is quite dated for such a nice house. The bedspreads are old and very 90s. They need to redo the bathroom. It is a really nice place to stay if you are not too fussy and plan to cook frequently as it is better stocked than most even has a crockpot.

It’s fine for a short stay, but glad we didn’t stay longer. The carpet smells like a combo mildew/animal stink. Vacasa was useless at handling minor issues. No soap at sinks, no coffee filters (I left some for the next guest) and had to hunt for trash bags. The little things make a big difference. Clearly nobody is thinking about the people that stay there.

Our family spent a positively delightful week at this home. The house was clean, well-equipped, perfectly located, and well-maintained. We had everything we needed right at our fingertips. Our kids could even hop on their bikes and safely go to the beach or Harbour Town. The pool was refreshing and a perfect temperature. I highly recommend this home!

The property met our expectations. The heated pool and spa made the cooler weather bearable! We had rented bikes and ride all around Sea Pines so the houses location is terrific! We’d definitely return to the house. Now, the only reason for 4-stars is that we called Vacasa on the second day of our 5-day stay to let them know the bathtub would not drain so we were unable to use that tub for showers. We were told we’d receive a call back from Maintenance the next day and we never heard from them the entire trip so though the house was great, the customer experience was lacking.

Read the pool outline closely. We got there 2 days after a storm and the pool was very dirty. Management took a day to bring in someone to clean it. I gave them all the money way ahead of our stay and they said to let them know 5-7 days a head of time to heat the pool. They never did heat it either. The equipment is so old it can’t heat both th pool and spa at same time. The yard was a mess until we left. When someone came to clean the yard we had to leave at 10:00am. Then they don’t let you in until 4. Lose a whole day. Such a rip off.
If they would cut the edges in the back yard you could watch people put on the green. Beds were ok but not super comfortable. One of the master bathrooms had so much crude in the vent it was gross when you came out of the shower or use the toilet it was gross to look at.
Good space inside. No washing machine soap. Yet they want you start the washer.

This was the perfect house for our HHI getaway. Located in beautiful Sea Pines, we took full advantage of the bike trails and being so close to the beach. The house is clean, spacious and beautifully decorated. The pool were fun for all and we made good use of the grill and the fully stocked kitchen.

We had a good time! We wish we could have been closer to beach but was still fun. Parking to the nearest public beach was unpredictable but there is a trolley....although we didn’t use. The house itself was very nice-
