The Farmhouse is a well appointed casita in a quiet neighborhood. It was very clean, the bed was comfortable & the walkway was well lit at night for coming & going. The host was very accommodating & easy to work with. Great place to stay in Orange.

We chose this property because it is a convenient drive to the parks and airport. It is located in a nice neighborhood and the house is super cute. We did not rent a car but Ubers were super easy in the area and grocery stores were not too far of a walk. It was the perfect size for 2 adults.

It is a cute little casita behind another house, but it was not big enough for us and our 10 yr old daughter. There was a thin quilt on the bed and another blanket in the closet that we would have used but instead we had to go to Walmart and buy two blankets…one for us and one for our daughter who was going to sleep on the futon couch. It was so small that the 3 of us ended up sleeping in the crowded bed. The Keurig coffee maker didn’t work to my surprise after I bought creamer and pods. There was no cookie sheet to cook pizza on (lack of other kitchen supplies too). And when we tried to cook a pizza in the oven the smoke detector wouldn’t stop going off so we finally gave up and went and got food. I wish We would have known these things so we could make a better decision when choosing a place to stay.

My husband and I spent several relaxing days here. The property is close to shopping, entertainment, the parks, venues and has easy access to the freeway. It had all the comforts of home and was a much welcomed change from hotels. Anthony was great and answered all of my questions promptly. We highly recommend staying here and hope to do so again soon!

When we arrived at the house we did not have the security code to enter the front door. I called vrbo and it took a few minutes until we talked to the host. We were at the wrong door and did not know it. Once we received the door code and entered the correct place, there was a strong floral scent so I unplugged all the deodorizers. I am a coffee drinker and the Keurig does not produce good coffee using the reusable pods. A regular coffeemaker would be nice. The flatware and some of the dishes were dirty. The futon was very uncomfortable. The white blanket had brown “crusties” on one side. When you turned on the kitchen faucet - it would turn on and then stop. You would have to jiggle to turn it on and off. I would suggest the host have a notebook describing everything about the place and how everything works and where to park your car. Maybe suggest a few places to eat or get food. I am grateful the neighborhood and unit was quiet and the place had a washer/dryer unit. The unit is nice looking and the bathroom is nice. The bedroom is nice. Nice tv. Since the unit accommodates three (we’re a family of three) it would be great to have linens and a pillow for the futon and towels set out for three people rather than two.

This was far and away my best house rental ever. The house was adorable, and the neighborhood was quiet and in a great central location to everything you could possibly need in the Anaheim area. Plus, a huge THANK YOU to the host for being super accommodating and allowing me to check in early after a 19 hour drive. I would definitely stay here again!

We loved our stay in this very clean, comfortable cottage home. We had everything we needed and Anthony was quick to respond to any questions we had. Easy to unlock and lock the door. A very cute place we will hopefully get to use again in the future.

This 1 bedroom apartment is fresh and clean. New paint. New linens. Tidy and neat. Its a safe, clean neighborhood. Very enjoyable experience. I would stay here again.

The property was a perfect little getaway! The house was in pristine condition. Very clean. The owner was very responsive and friendly. Despite being close in location to the other home on the property, it never felt like we were being seen or watched. The people in the house nearby were quiet and kept to themselves. Everything in the house worked well. The only thing I will make note of is the fire alarms. Seemingly every meal we cooked triggered the alarm despite having on the overhead fan. I wouldn’t say anything we made besides steak had any substantial amounts of smoke. At any rate, still a great stay nonetheless. Would highly recommend! It’s also worth noting that the AC worked beautifully and the wifi was speedy.

I was pleasantly suprised at the quality of this property considering the very reasonable price! Very cute, very clean one bedroom with everything I needed for a couple of nights during a recent business trip. Nice neighborhood. Safe and private. I will definitely stay here the next time my husband and I are the area!

I was down for medical appointments and to see my son who lives in Anaheim. This was the perfect place to stay. I loved the outdoor space. It also has a washer and dryer which was a bonus

Anthony was a very good, communicative host. Only note would be that the laundry machine was a bit wonky. Otherwise, wonderful stay in a great neighborhood. Recommend.

Very clean property in a very nice neighborhood. Great location close to the 55. The only things I would suggest is that more bath towels and wash clothes be provided. We stayed 5 nights and there were only 2 sets of towels. The washer and dryer had issues but the property owner got back to us with a fix for the washer. Also the futon in the living room is very small so would not sleep an average sized adult and so sheets are provided for the futon though there are extra blankets in the closet. Futon is also not super comfortable to sit on for longer periods of time to watch TV. All in all a great place and would stay here again. Bonus, there a really cute dog at the neighbors.

I like the neighborhood great location but it started off with no remote for the TV sent a message to the host and he brought me the one that goes to the TV. Then only one eye on the stove worked and had a strong gas smell message the host and he told me there was matches there to light the eyes I didn't bother with that. So then went to use the stove had it on for 10 to 15 minutes and it was ice cold and again another strong gas smell messaged the host to let him know he never messaged me back so I didn't get to use it at all. The next time I heard from him was when I messaged him I checked out. So it was a ok stay but everything did not work.

The owner was very responsive and attentive. The property was clean and comfortable. The sofa futon in the front room would only be appropriate for a child, in my opinion. The owner allowed onsite parking. Safe, quiet neighborhood. Just delightful! Will stay again.
