The baby shower, spending time with family was amazing, so could overlook the hotel. Won't be back!

When we arrived, they could not find my reservation, floor in room had a sticky nasty spot. There was hair in the sheets. Had to ask for room deposit back. Couldn't connect to Wi-Fi This was the third time staying there. will not go back. My aunt stayed the same time I did, we were in town for our niece's baby shower. She had to change rooms twice, and the second time she was changed, when she opened the door, she found someone already sleeping in the bed. I am done.

Overall it was a good experience but I wish the window privacy issue would get fixed.

Very clean and affordable friendly staff

The windows in the rooms didn’t have any screen to block the sun or to prevent people from looking inside room . We had to turn off all lights to prevent anyone from seeing inside or we had to change in restroom. We did tell front desk about the issues and they did accommodate us with another room but when we moved over to that room it had the same issues. We went outside to see if other rooms had the same problem and it was apparent that only certain rooms had these problems.

Better than I anticipated with a few minor hiccups!

I was very shocked and surprised by the quality of this hotel. Where I am from Holiday Inn gets a bad rep, and after this stay I dare not judge a book by its cover. The hotel was very tidy and organized, breakfast is not too shabby at all! The staff were pleasant. Room was very spacious, and we even had a chase lounger I’m the room.

There were a few cons, upon arrival we found what appeared to be a baby roach crawling across the toilet. The first morning during our stay, a house keeping staff entered our room unannounced while my fiancé was using the restroom. I believe she was wearing headphones and just got busy with her normal routine and forgot to knock. Lastly, while we didn’t ask for a traditional turn down of the room or housekeeping, we had asked for fresh towels to be left by house keeping that weren’t received. All in all I am still thoroughly shocked by the quality of this hotel, and enjoyed seeing and talking with most of the staff!

Pretty good.

The breakfast was excellent. The buffet food was fresh. The bed was comfortable. The room was clean like it should be, better than the usual.

The pancake machine was out of order. The window shade was electric and the controls didn't work right. The primary shower head was loose in the wall and stuck on a massage setting.

This hotel does not meet the Holiday Inn Express standards. Overpriced. Staff very nice though.

Location to Big Boy Arena was good, staff were very friendly.

Breakfast was not refilled on either day, nothing to eat other than cereal after 830am but no milk available. Egg whites and biscuits and gravy were the only hot foods and the coffee tasted burned. Pool was freezing cold. Most of the kids could not get in it never mind stay in the pool due to the temperature. The hotel smelled extremely strong of marijuana, sometimes so bad we could not be in the hallway.

Exceptional

I absolutely loved the staff! there was one man in particular (though all staff were great) that truly made it such a great experience! I wish I knew his name. I cannot talk highly enough of him.

Staff was awesome. Room was clean.

My toilet didn't flush, I had to fix it multiple times. My lamps had no bulbs and the one that did have a bulb didn't work.

Typical Holiday Inn Express

This is a fairly typical Holiday Inn Express. Parking is fine, and since the finished the road construction getting in/out of the hotel is generally easy.

They were constantly running out of breakfast items, which was rather annoying. People were congregating in the breakfast area, because they were waiting for items. I did not care too much, but if you want a good breakfast, find it elsewhere.
