I was glad that I only booked 1 night.

The tub was dirty.The towels were dirty. The toilet was clogged on first flush.

I wish that if I'm paying for a PEACEFUL good time, it shouldn't feel like I'm living in a shelter.

The room was clean.

First when displaying that you serve a Continental breakfast, you should explain what you really giving. FROZEN WAFFLES/PANCAKES, BREAD TO TOAST, CEREAL (CORN FLAKES AND TRIX), MILK AND APPLE JUICE. There were children running in the rooms til the wee hours of the night. I had to literally hit the ceiling to get them to stop. (Twice). Rep gave incorrect information for pool it closed hrs earlier than we were told. The pool water was dirty. This was definitely my FIRST and LAST time here.

the outside looks better than the inside and the pool was closed.

Staff is a 10 facility is a 5.

Staff was amazing and kind and great to chat with and super helpful!

BUT there is NO breakfast and NO pool and the sign out front doesn’t light up so it’s hard to find in the dark. I’m aware Covid shut down some things but staff said breakfast hasn’t come back there like it has at other hotels and the pool was closed before Covid but it’s advertised as having a pool. My little girl was CRUSHED!

The room was not what I expected the covers was dirty the main door window was broken the back door was also broken anybody could walk in not safe for families shower was not clean No breakfast wi-fi was not working as well this was a waste of money and very unacceptable.
