Ground Level: Exterior amenities include a private gated pool with large pool deck, hot tub and private beach access with dune-top seating, 2 outside showers and gas grill area. Inside you'll find the Recroom with deck access, kitchenette with full-size refrigerator, sink and microwave, pool table, foosball table and half bath with outside access. Master Bedroom with 2 Singles and flat-screen TV/DVD and a Master Bedroom with a DuoBunk, Trundle and flat-screen TV/DVD.
Mid Level: King Master Bedroom with flat-screen TV, large master bath with double vanity and deck access, King Master Bedroom with flat-screen TV/DVD, deck access and a large master bath with double vanity and whirlpool tub, Queen Bedroom with flat-screen TV, deck access and semi-private bathroom (second door from the bathroom to the hallway), 2 Queen Bedrooms with flat-screen TV/DVD and the laundry area with washer and dryer.
Top Level: Vaulted Great room with large flat-screen TV/DVD, surround sound, gas fireplace, deck access and elevated ship's watch with Queen Sleeper Sofa and stunning ocean views, desk and fax machine. Dining area seating 8 with amazing ocean views, kitchen with 2 dishwashers and breakfast bar seating 4 and a half bathroom. Vaulted King Master Bedroom with flat-screen TV/DVD, deck access and large master bath with double vanity and a whirlpool tub.
Extras: Private Pool (32 x 16, heated for $200), Hot Tub, 8 Satelite TVs, 5 DVD Players, surround sound, high-speed wireless internet, private walkway to the beach with dune deck, high chair, port-a-crib, pack-n-play, fax machine, books, video/DVD library, pool table, foosball table, basketball hoop, 2 outside showers, gas grill, kitchenette with full refrigerator, foot wash, boogie boards, parking for 7 cars, gas fireplace (available November 1- April 30) and linens and towels provided. Pool heated by AquaCal heat pump which heats the pool in the off-season and cools the pool in-season; ambient air temperature of 45 degrees needed to heat the pool.

Linens and towels provided at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep sofas, top bunks and trundle beds in which case the sheets are provided. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the house sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.
SPARKLE CLUB: Guests will be able to arrive at their vacation home at 12:00 pm with access to the first level of the home and the pool area only (be advised the pool and spa may not be cleaned by noon, if the home offers a private pool). Please do not attempt to go to any other level in your vacation home until the housekeeping team has completed their work OR 4:00 pm check in time.
Kilmarlic Golf Club Member. This program offers guests a variety of activities that include discounted golf access, wild horse tours, golf lessons, clinics and more!
