Fitzgerald is located at Mile Post 5. This home offers exceptional ocean views, there is no house on the oceanfront so your beach access is easy and direct. This home is close to shopping, restaurants, family entertainment and the Avalon Fishing Pier.
Ground Level: Exterior amenities include an outside shower, charcoal grill, plenty of parking and the fully gated private pool.
Mid Level: Entry level with covered deck. Queen Bedroom with semi-private full bath (second door from bathroom to hallway), Queen Bedroom with smart TV, Bedroom with DuoBunk, Trundle and TV, and the laundry area with washer and dryer.
Top Level: Great room with large flat-screen TV and ocean views, kitchen, dining area with bench seating 8 and deck access and ocean views, and a Queen Bedroom with semi-private full bath (additional doorway to the great room).
Extras: Private Pool (13 x 20), 3 TVs, charcoal grill, high-speed wireless internet, parking for 5 cars, enclosed outside shower, ceiling fans, high chair, baby gate, sun deck and deck furniture. No Smoking. 1 DOG PERMITTED. Full week rentals only. Distance to beach access: 200'. Beds: 3 Queens, 1 DuoBunk, Trundle. House Address: 3128 B North Virginia Dare Trail, Kill Devil Hills. Linens and towels provided at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep sofas, top bunks and trundle beds in which case the sheets are provided. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the house sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.
This property does NOT provide beach chairs.
