Ground Level: Outside you'll find the fully gated private pool, outside shower, walkway connecting to the community beach walkway and basketball goal. Inside offers a game room with a Queen Sleep Sofa, TV, game table seating 4, air hockey, wet bar with mini fridge and patio access, and a Queen Bedroom with TV and Semi-private bathroom. (Bathroom is shared with the Recroom).
Mid Level: This level offers 3 Master Bedrooms with private bathrooms: 2 Queen Master Bedrooms with TV (one with deck access and the other with a whirlpool bath plus separate shower), and a Master Bedroom with 2 DuoBunks, TV and deck access. Double Laundry with 2 washers/dryers and the hot tub is on the Oceanside deck.
Top Level: Queen Master Bedroom with 2 balconies and outstanding ocean views, TV/DVD and a private bathroom with whirlpool tub and separate shower. Great room with TV/VCR/DVD, Queen Sleep Sofa, gorgeous ocean views, stereo and deck access, dining room seating 12, half bathroom, and a well-equipped kitchen with counter seating for 3.
Extras: Private Pool (12 x 24, heated for $500), Hot Tub, 7 TVs, 2 DVDs, VCR, walkway connecting to community beach walkway, high-speed wireless internet access, stereo/CD, charcoal grill, picnic table, gas fireplace (available November 1-April 30), community water, parking for 6 to 7 vehicles, outside shower, basketball goal, and linens and towels provided. Linens and towels provided at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep sofas, top bunks and trundle beds in which case the sheets are provided. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the house sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.
