Great house! Very good value for money and easy check in process! Everything provided. We had lots of fun!

Great big house with many rooms! Lots of games and cooking facilities!

Wonderful

The room scenery is very beautiful, the room layout is very warm, the house layout is very clean and sanitary, the facilities are very complete, the staff also has temporary changes, the landlord is very easy to communicate. Encountered some problems, contacted the landlord, he was the first time to contact and provide solutions, this is one of the most wonderful landlords in the world

Very clean and tidy and huge spaces. Excellent.

Some lightbulbs need replacing in main living area, not a biggie but maybe owner needs to know. Also the downstairs heater didn’t work. Other than that everything was fantastic thank you.

Such a beautiful place to stay!! Felt so peaceful, and the place was so warm. The home was very spacious and had heads of little extras like brochures and games. Very tidy and clean as well.

Very spacious and warm. Great location close to the boat ramp for fishing etc. lots of games and table tennis table.

Great - would use this home again.

It was really well set up for the age range we had 4-63

The lighting was not great above the oven and the lights didn't seem to work on the rangehood.

Spacious, beautiful and very clean house. a lovely space to relax in, with wverything needed for a comfortable stay.

That it was very clean, spacious and had amazingly comfortable beds. Also table tennis was an unexpected bonus - we would have stayed longer if had known that was available!

The house was incredible, with plenty of space inside and lovely decor throughout. The rooms are large and there's enough space for privacy if wanted.

Beautiful, wished we had more than 1 night to stay!

We loved the modern design and spaces for the family. Our son loved the Lego and soft toys. Beds were very comfortable. Location was very convenient short drive to town.

Stunning spacious home

Gorgeous house, lovely location just out of Kaikoura in a beautiful friendly subdivision. Would be a great place for a few couples, well set up for entertaining. Very relaxing vibe as well.

It was all great! Beds a little creaky as slat beds, but apart from that we absolutely loved our stay there!!

Lovely home. Nice and private. Would be lovely to use outdoor living in the summer.

Not really set up for the winter, unfortunately took a long time to heat the house, needs electric blankets in winter and more heaters.

Lovely luxurious stay

Excellent location. Excellent service. Was perfect for our family. The kids enjoyed the table tennis. Friendly staff. Very clean n tidy.

we thoroughly enjoyed our stay if only the beds were more comfortable and newer. I hope to arrange another group soon

sunny. a view, roomy, clean.

No electric blankets. we would have taken one if we had known. Beds need replacing. they were older basic beds and mattresses. garage bedroom would be better with a wall separating it from from the garage and also a wardrobe - somewhere to hang clothes. this room took all the heat from the heat pump as it had to be kept warm for people to sleep in it and it had no insulation. all guests pay the same price so need equal facilities.

We stayed for just one night, but already thinking of coming back one day. For our big company of mums with various amount of kids it was a perfect stay. We found everything we needed. It was tidy, cosy, and nicely located.
